This is one of the first steps in a long journey to independence for the wee ones. As a loving parent it is hard to watch them not need me anymore. But even in this phase of life my decisions lighten the blows of life. We chose the soft tip spoons because we have concern for their fragile oral pharynx. Also, these spoons reduce the risk of a penetrating trauma if a child would fall while carrying them. The color assortment is impeccable and provides a Segway into teaching colors and a primitive appreciation for art.

those small colorful and cut spoons are great. they are great for feeding mush to babies, not made of metals, so not too hot when you feed the little one and will not hurt him. the spoon head is so small, so that a spoon one time is great. the small size can also be used to him for leaning how to use spoons, so you dont need to by a training one. so many pieces for you to change that will last till he can use a spoon.

These spoons are great. They're narrow enough to fit little man's mouth (started using these at 6 months) but deep enough to hold a fairly good amount. Our little guy is 17 months now and the spoons are still in great condition! My only complaint is that the handle part is so heavy that it doesn't balance on a bowl and topples over, creating a mess.

After reading the reviews on these Munchkin Soft-too infant spoons I decided to try them. I love using them to feed my baby. I'm not at all worried about hurting babies mouth. In fact, I feel like the are the perfect shape for baby's mouth. The are kind of narrow making them ideal for little mouths. One complaint I remember reading about is that they are off balance causing them to fall off of a plate. They are rather off balance, but I like everything else about them so much I just deal with the off balance nature of them. Another thing I love is that there are six of them. I hate having to pull a baby spoon out of the dishwasher when I need it. Especially because baby is usually hungry and impatient. Having six helps out in that department.

These are great - 1) the price is good. We needed a LOT of these. Very quickly after introducing solid foods our baby girl wanted to feed herself (at 4.5 months old) but it took a couple months for her to learn to put the spoon back on the tray, so every spoon went in her mouth and straight to the floor. It took 20+ spoons per feeding! So we needed good quality but also not breaking the bank. 2) they are soft. Even when she's done eating she likes to gnaw on these, they feel good on her gums. Sometimes she puts the back end of the spoon in her mouth and once she realizes there's no food there, she just bites it a bit. 3) they are the right size. Some of the bigger spoons don't fit well in her mouth and she has to twist and turn it, and all the food falls off. These are the right size so she gets all the food off them. A great purchase, I would recommend most of the munchkin brand stuff to anyone over other brands.

I had some metal baby spoons with rubber on them that I was looking for more of. I saw these and decided for the price I would give them a try. I love them and have actually started using them instead of the other spoons. They are soft and flexible. Easy to use with my 7 month old for feeding. Seem to be able to get more food in her mouth and not all over her face. And dishwasher safe is always a plus! It said top rack but I have been putting them in with the other silverware and they haven't messed up and do fine.

Wow...I got very beautiful spoon. These spoons are really bright color which babies love it.They are perfect length, perfect soft.Everything super in these spoons.I really like it lot.The length of the spoon is perfect to hold/handle. The tip of the spoon well shaped for babies little cute soft mouth. If accidently babies get hurt by this spoon they will not get much hurt compared to other spoons because it is very soft.I was really excited to use for my baby and i used couple of times. We both love it so far.No issues with these spoons and very easy to clean

These spoons are listed for infants, but we have found they work much better for toddlers. My toddler loves these, and will dig through the drawer for these spoons if we offer him a different kind. They are much longer, lighter, and softer than other brands, and are the ones we send to daycare with his lunch. These are great for sort-of-solid foods, like yogurt, or for something like cereal, for kids learning their motor skills. If you're looking for soup spoons for toddlers, I'd recommend going with Gerber Graduates Kiddy Cutlery Spoons in Assorted Colors, 3-count, as they are very short, but much wider and less shallow. If you're looking for INFANT spoons, these are likely too wide for tiny mouths (and slightly too hard). I'd recommend going with Munchkin White Hot Infant Safety Spoons, 4 Count for "starter" utensils. Overall, these are great for toddler (and the variety of colors will likely please your toddler, too). I will caution you that if you have a kid who really likes to bite down when eating, you're probably need to replace the set after a few months because they can get pretty chewed up.

Love these spoons! They are a great value for the money, and have held up perfectly over several months of use and washing. A couple of them are slightly discolored now that they've been used and washed so many times, but they still function perfectly. They are soft, but not so flexible that they lose their shape. I started out using these spoons when we first introduced foods to my baby and have continued to use them since. Would definitely recommend these!

My wife and I got these after trying a few other types of spoons, and these have been amazing - just the right size and very flexible and durable. The other spoons we tried were either so big that they were hard to get into our child's mouth (and hence ended up spilling a bunch of food), or they were so small you could barely fit enough food to on them to make a difference. We also like that, although they're soft to the touch and therefore on our child's teeth and gums, they are also very durable with barely any noted teeth marks in them. They're dishwasher safe and get clear very easily. We also always pack a few on our road trips - they fit in a regular sandwich baggie easily and are very convenient to have around. We've loved these spoons and will get more when these wear out eventually (seems like they'll last years). Pros: -light, soft, and flexible -durable -dishwasher safe -just the right size Cons: -they don't have characters on them - no really, I have no negative comments on these spoons
