Fit great on my 96 silverado!

Fit my 96 silverado perfectly! I received my grille insert yesterday and installed it and man does it look good and mine came with zero bent bars and when I tightened the screws down good none of the bars bent enough to notice idk if the company changed the product and made it stronger because I’ve seen people complain about bent bars and when you tighten the mounting screws it will bend but as soon as I took them out of the box they felt super sturdy and very robust. Even the box that my grilles came in was smashed from shipping but the inserts are packages really well and very protected. It’s very handy to have an extra person to help you put it on but it’s possible to do it yourself like I did.

Great product FOR the price.

I rated it high....but, you are getting exactly what you pay for. This is not a $300 grille insert that you found at the right time and place....in the Midwest it will need a new one each year and I keep my truck clean. It does look cool while the finish is fresh. It fit just fine. I have no complaints!

Great Deal

The instructions are horrible and make zero sense. Seriously. Took me a good 10-15 mins before I gave up on instructions and put it together on my own. Other than that, The grill is awesome because you don’t need to take old grill off, this grill goes right over the top of the old one. Makes the front of any 91-99 era Chevy truck look completely updated and fresh. Great value as well

If you have any of the vehicles this item states it will fit, and want to add a totally awesome new look for a very cheap price for what you will be getting, this is it! Although It is made in China it is a very high quality, very well made and easy to install 2-piece grill insert kit with highly polished external edges on the outside part of grill fins with a Black powder coated frame and mounting hardware that you can install with allowing for a little extra care for proper fit and alignment in less than 20 minutes!, It bolts right over your stock existing grill with no modification needed and after installation you will really have to look close to see your old one!, You do not have to remove your stock grill to install at all as some have said or not on my truck series anyway! Yes the instructions are a little vague, but just read them carefully and pay attention as its not rocket sceince to get the overall picture in your mind of how to mount them, note it does state there is a top and bottom one and how to identify them apart before installation so make sure you do or they wont fit right, and install all mounting hardware on the grills before you mount them, start with and work with one grill at a time, slide grill into place, align it up, tighten each screw with the only tool needed being a phillips screwdriver a little at a time at each 6 screw locations going back and forth from each screw several times with care until all of them are tight...But use caution and don't over tighten them as it will bend the mounting bracket or could damage your stock grill (note I did used a pencil to slide from outside into the stock grill fins to keep mounting bracket that the clip nuts attach to from spinning and for alignment when tightening!)...repeat process with other grill and your done! And when your done, you will step back and look at your truck and say WOW!...and be very happy with this item! I will note though that the screws are sheet metal type that screws into tinnerman type nuts clipped over the mounting brackets which is what makes this a kit that can be installed without removing your stock grill for installation, But I will keep a eye on them and if they ever start getting loose or keep working loose in time I will replace the stock scews and clip type tinnerman nuts with stainless screws and real thread on type lock nuts, but then the grill will have to be removed to do that...but still for what these grills look like installed it will still be worth doing that to keep them on my truck!...but so far so good with hardware that came with it!....and would recommend these to anyone who wants a new look for there older vehicle, and/or even if your vehicle where the stock grill vanes or fins are broken in a few spots which is a common problem on these vehicles this kit will still work and cover up those issues...unless your stock grill is just completely broken up and toast! Again very happy and would highly recommend to anyone if this kit will fit your vehicle!

The grille inserts were easy to install (I did it myself) right over top of my grille and they look great! They are a sturdy material and I feel will last a long time. They also make a big difference in the look of my truck! Very happy with purchasing these!
