These were excellent and fun for grandchildren ages 3, 5 and 9 -- pumped up the little float (easy by hand) and dropped the rings into the swimming pool. Instant hit as everyone wanted to swim through them. Even if the float wasn't pumped up enough to keep the ring on the surface, the ring would still suspend in the water. Great fun, held up even after being thrown in the pool toy box (very flexible).

I bought these for the kids to play with in the pool on spring break. They were a big hit! The kids liked that they didn't collapse when they swam through them. They didn't fit back in the original carrying bag that came with them but they folded and packed up easily in my daughter's backpack. We'll likely buy more sets as gifts for b-day parties this summer because these are clever and different and fun.

We had tried to make our own rings from small hula hoops, FAIL!!! These were exactly what we were looking for. Sure beat the "swimming thru your legs" game, especially in the deep water! :p Lots of fun. Easy to use. Very nice that you can adjust the depth for a bit of variety. I purchased two sets because three rings just didn't seem enough.

Bought these for the grandkids. Comes with three rings. There is a little inflatable piece on the top of the ring, which you squeeze to inflate. The more you inflate, the higher the ring will float. So you can have then right by the surface or lower. My grandkids love them. They will do obstacle courses - i.e. dive in, swim to bottom, grab rings/squids, then swim through rings.

My kids absolutely love these rings! They have spent hours with each other and their friends inventing game upon game with these rings. They can be stored easily in the zippered bag that they came in. Once out of the bag, a simple flip and they open up. There's a small inflatable fish one each one that you press to get the air inside. It reminds me of the air pumped shoes from long ago. I think it is important to not over inflate the fish or you may risk popping a hole in them. These fish make the rings float enough to stay upright in the water and yet still submerged. They can be used in shallow or deep water thanks to the inflatable fish that keep the rings from being lost on the swimming pool floor in the deep end. The rings are durable although I would not let my kids be too rough with the rings. They use them just to swim through beneath the surface of the water. I was not sure about buying these as they have plenty of pool toys but I am glad I did. It has occupied them and also given them plenty of exercise swimming through them. They are lightweight so they move through the water as the pool jets push the water towards the skimmer. They slowly start floating that way. The kids readjust their positions every so often to keep them where they want the rings to be. I would not hesitate to recommend these swim through rings to someone who was considering buying them.

Exactly what they look like. Work as you think they should. Had them for a week and so far no issues. Kids love them, their new favorites. Instant set up. Don't know how long they will last, especially the little float bladder, which seems pretty flimsy. The only down side is that after a few days in the sun the red ring has faded to a weak pink. Washed out color immediately in the sunlight. But that's very minor. If they don't last, I'll do an update.

The games we can do with these rings! they are big enough for an adult to swim through also. The three hoops come in a round little bag, you take them from the bag, and flip the hoop open, before you get in the water just pump up the fabric type "fish" on the top, this will help the rings float. I bought these for my grandson who is 7 years old and has learned to swim pretty good. He loves to wear his swim goggles with a snorkel and then dive after the different toy choices I toss. I highly recommend!

These are a lot of fun. You can adjust the floatation on each one to sit at the top of the water, the bottom or somewhere in between. My kids enjoy lining them up in different configurations and seeing who can get through them all faster.

This was a birthday gift for my 6 year old, who has become quite the swimmer, but my 8 & 11 year old love them too! This is our first year with a real pool in the backyard & they are having a blast. They love the challenge of lining the rings up in different lay-outs in the pool & then swimming through them all. Or lining them up in a row & creating a "tunnel" to swim through. They are a great size-plenty big enough to swim through, but small enough to still sit underwater in our 36" deep pool. I love that they float upright well & stay in place fairly well, yet are light enough that if you stand up mid-dive, they will come with you, so there's no fear of a child getting "trapped" in a ring underwater. The designs on the air pockets are cute. While it seems like the color on one of the rings has faded slightly in the chlorine (or sun), the rest of the rings & air pockets seem to be holding their color fine, even though we often leave them in the pool when not in use. Each ring has a small air pocket with a tiny pump inside, to inflate it slightly, which is what holds the ring in an upright position in the water. The pump reminds me of the squeaky part of a child's-or a pet's-squeaky toy, so it is very easy for even a child to pump up the little air bladder, although it doesn't seem to take much to make it float properly. They appear sturdy & durable & I expect that they will last for several summers at least! I am very happy with our purchase and definitely recommend these for any children who like "diving" (swimming underwater) in their backyard pool!

These work great. Granted, it takes some time to figure out how to work the bladder, but once you got it where you want, you're good to go. You either have the bladder floating at the top, so the ring is right below the surface, or sitting on the bottom, with the bladder keeping the ring upright. It's too difficult to try to get the rings floating halfway down the pool. And don't let out too much air, or the ring will sit flat on the bottom. Also, whether you are trying to let air out or in, do all operations above water. That will prevent water from entering the bladder, which is hard to get out. Since there are only 3 in a pack, I wouldn't mind getting another pack so the kids can race.
