then this gun made it easy and controllable to apply fluid film under my truck ...
This kit exceeded my expectations. I set my air to 85#, then this gun made it easy and controllable to apply fluid film under my truck and trailer. The wand was very helpful at reaching those tough to get spots. The 360 degree wand made it capable to reach inside the frame of my truck. I would recommend this and would buy it again if needed. Thanks

Cleans up with hot water and degreaser.
I used this and it works just fine. I used the hose with the big opening and I used it for the whole application.

sprays fluid film really nicely
I've used a pressure fed spray gun, and a 3M 3M-8997 body schutz gun with wand. While the combination of the two worked, this setup does the work of both - but even better.

Well made
The only thing that I would add to this kit is a funnel. It’s well made. Not flimsy.

Fluid Film is pretty thick and I had my doubts that I would ...
I finally got around to using this spray gun. I'm a novice and this is the first time applying any kind of undercoating. I've watched many tutorials before giving it a try. I used this on a 2002 Ranger. I have a 2 gallon compressor and set the regulator on 80 psi. Fluid Film is pretty thick and I had my doubts that I would get a spray like the ones in the tutorials. I was pleased that the gun performed as shown in the videos. I had the Ranger on ramps, so I was working with limited head room. The tube attachment solved the problem of limited head room and pointing the gun at hard to get to places became a non-issue. It took me about 2 hours and a little over a half a gallon of Fluid Film to complete the job. I put plastic down on the driveway to catch drips and over-spray. I didn't need it. I'm giving this gun a five star rating because it performed flawlessly as advertised. I highly recommend this product.

Live where roads get salted ? Buy this, here's why.
I used to use spray cans of bar and chain oil, with 24" straws. They work for getting in the frame and hidden areas, but this gun is a much better way. It works faster and saves you money because you can use bulk oil, Fluid Film or chain&bar oil which are much cheaper. This gun gives a nice thin coating that's just enough to coat and protect, so when you're under there it's not dripping all over the place. I got a gallon pail of fluid film and mixed 50/50 in a jug with chainsaw bar & chain oil which is really sticky/tacky. I also mixed in some used motor oil. Im running the gun at 75 psi. The gun comes with a few empty bottles. The way this thing sprays, about 1 bottle will do half of a truck. The hoses are very good for pushing up into frame rails and over top of shock perches, etc . The hoses are not extremely flexible, which is a benefit when pushing them up into the frame. Only thing is, they wont turn anything other than a very gradual curve...sometimes that doesn't work if the frame hole is small and you can't make the turn thru that hole. I wish they provided another hose that is thinner, like 1/4" O.D. so that you could get in smaller holes or smaller places. For these few problem spots I revert back to spray cans and LONG straws. An excellent thing to buy along with this gun is the ShopStraw FS250 . You can cut this straw into a 2 ft section and put it on spray cans of Fluid Film or Johnsens bar and chain oil JON4602 case or 4723 can , or any cheap spray chain/bar oil . You can see all this in my pic . Yeah this gun is a hundred bucks but If you think long run, your frame rusting out usually results in junking the vehicle or spending alot of money and time. A hundred bucks is nothing to prevent your frame and body from rusting out. If you're on the fence, let me save you the time. Just spend the money, get this gun. Get a jug of cheap Bar&Chain oil and Fluid Film. Some nice jack stands also make the job easier. I use Big Red jack stands, they are reasonably priced and are DOUBLE LOCKING. Now go and protect your baby from road salt and rust.

Does a fantastic job or applying fluid film
Does a fantastic job or applying fluid film. You have to find the "sweet spot" for pressure, but it's easily done. The wands are long enough, but I wish the fan tip did a better job. The straight tip wand is great as is the tip for the gun. The shortcomings of the fan wand can be overcome by moving slower and covering the same area several times.

Great fluid film atomization
I've used Amazon for years however this is my first review. This gun works great! I use v style quick connect fittings to maximize flow rate at lower pressure. Used this gun at 80psi, about a quart and a half did 2 vehicles, mkz and a Civic. Very impressed with the ease of use. Nozzle adjustment on front works great once you get the hang of it. Glad that I emptied my compressor and drained the water in bottom before I used this so I wasn't shooting water and fluid film at the vehicles undercarriage. Will use a desiccant filter in the future but as is works great. Highly recommend. Does a great job atomising the fluid film and the wand works good as well for getting inside frame tubes or hard to reach places like the wheel wells. Was able to do all in garage with jackstands (lift coming soon)

Works
Takes some fiddling, but works as expected. Helps to hear yoo the fluid film periodically for better flow and coverage. Going to keep the rust a bay.....just a little.

Very high-quality
Use the to apply fluid film under my pick up trucks. You should probably buy a trowel if you were going to try to fill this with fluid film. It never plugs up and sprays the full dispenser out evenly.
