Love the doors!

This car is so cute! It's well made, the doors are fun to open and shut, and all 7 of our dollhouse family will fit (illegally) in the car! Just another fun addition to the dollhouse for pretend play!

Great add on for doll houses!

I bought this after owning the Hape furnished doll house, and my 4yr old and 2yr old both love it. It is simple in design, & they play with it every time they use the house. The doors open & close & after owning it for over a year with plenty of toddler use, they are just as strong as they were in the beginning. In fact, over all it shows very little wear from regular use. I also like that with the addition of the car, it makes the Hape doll-house even more boy friendly to play with, since most doll houses are designed with only girls in mind.

Solid Doll People Car

Every good thing that was said about this Hape Wooden Doll Family Car is true. It is incredibly well constructed with doors that open and close. The heavier weight makes it travel farther without tipping and having dolls fall out. It has a roomy interior and is quite handsome. I believe it will last for several generations.

So functional! My favorite HAPE dollhouse accessory

If you are stuck in analysis paralysis over which dollhouse accessories to buy, let me say that I've been there, and this was my favorite purchase. You won't regret buying this car. It's easily one of the best doll/dollhouse accessories I've seen or owned. It is perfectly proportioned for 1:12 dolls, it's high quality, and so very functional. The dolls fit in nicely (this is critical) and the seats are large enough for them to stay seated. I have the HAPE dolls and Melissa and Doug and some other random dolls - they all fit and are supported by the seat backs. The wheels run smoothly. The quality and finish are perfect. The doors are sturdy and still open/close easily. I've written a couple of negative reviews for HAPE accessories. I haven't been in love with HAPE's line of dollhouses and accessories at all. But Hape got it exactly right with this. This is a dollhouse accessory you definitely won't regret.

MY GRANDDAUGHTER LOVES this toy. She plays with her HABA doll family and they come to visit grandma. Sometimes, grandpa and grandma pick the little doll up and they drive her out to their house for a sleep over. She is acting out her life and we are thrilled to see what a hit this car is!

A little expensive but perfect for my toddler, I’m glad I was willing to splurge. He loves how the doors open. He wants people to put inside now, sometimes blaze is his driver.

Goes great with the doll house

I bought the dollhouse and car for my grandchildren for Christmas. Both were a big hit. But I was really surprise how much they play with the car. They love putting the people and animals in the car. The car is very sturdy and the doors even open. If you buy the dollhouse be sure to get the car!
