Solved my summer humidity issue!
These fans solved my summer problem. So happy I purchased two of these fans. I used these for my garages gym in norther va. Northern va has the most nastiest humidity during summer and each summer. We’re spending time in between rounds and classes wiping up the sweat from the mats. My gym is about 1100 sq ft and I got both of them running with the AC on. Before this We even installed another ac unit but still didn’t cut it because of the humidity. But now with these fans. No issues with air circulation. The noise isn’t too loud but we have our music playing while we train. I highly recommend this if you’re having a humidity or air circulation issue.

Moves serious air!
I have a large saltwater fish tank in my garage, and needed a powerful fan to move air inside the garage. I was doing a bunch of research looking for something powerful but something that also didn’t break the bank. I’m very glad I went with this fan because it moves a serious amount of air when it’s on high. Noise level is moderate, on low you can’t really hear it, but on high you can hear a slight humming sound. But honestly, you should expect that with a high velocity fan like this. I don’t think you’re going to be able to find a fan that needs this much air that doesn’t make a little bit of noise. It’s just natural. If I needed another fan like this, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again. I’ve had my going for about a year now every single day, and it still going.

Ideal fan for home garage
This is an ideal size fan for a garage. For a 2-car garage probably 2 or 3 of these would be ideal--and I keep mine on high speed only--but is definitely a solution to trying to use house fans (pedestal or box fans), to create a meaningful breeze inside a home garage. A wall mount bracket comes with the fan, a very nice touch, and this fan is just a very good value. These will not be sufficient in a large shop area and it's not advertised that way. The comments that say this fan is loud are bewildering, it is not loud, especially compared to the commercial floor fans used to cool shop areas.

Had it for 3 weeks.
This fan is very good, it moves a large amount of air, i use it in my mechanic shop, so maybe I'm not the best to review the noise level, but i really think its not that loud for the amount of air it moves, the wall mount came in handy to keep it out of the way when needed, and when i have it on the wall, i unscrew the remote and let it hang with the plug for easy access, i believe thats how it was meant to be used, wither way, bottom line, this fan is great. I did oil the fan straight out the bag with a quick spray of lubricant just to make sure i had no problems, and all worked out great.

Fantastic!
I'm one of those people that HAVE to sleep to white noise, the louder the better. I got this fan and it is just fantastic! Noise is great, air flow is great and powerful, really 'softens' the air up as well making the whole room feel comfortable, its really nice. Love it, first time I spent this much on a fan and its worth every penny.

Feeling Cooler!
I am sooooooo happy I brought this fan. Bought a different one for double price and it broke after 6 months. I am sure this one will last and boy does it blow. Just turned 40 hot flashes in full effect. Had my first cool night in months last night!!!💤💤 YAY!! It is no louder on 2nd speed than having TV on while sleeping. Very happy with purchase 😁🦄✌🏼

Is it worth $30 more?
This fan shows up alongside the B-air Firtana-20X when you search for 20-inch fans on Amazon. They look fairly similar, so why does this fan cost so much more--$62 vs $39 for the B-air? Having recently bought one of each, here are my observations. Similarities: 1. Dimensions, pivoting ability, weight. They seem very similarly constructed initially. 2. Apparent effectiveness in moving air. Both have three speeds, both seem to put out air well. If anything, in a subjective test the B-air seems a bit more powerful. But again, this was subjective... 3. Construction. Both have metal shrouds, metal blades, rubber shock absorbers connecting fan to stand to keep vibration down and grounded three-prong plugs at the end of substantial cords. Differences which might explain the difference in price: 1. The Lasko has a front-mounted speed control. The B-air has its speed control mounted directly on the motor and can only be controlled from the back. 2. The Lasko comes with a substantial wall mounting plate. The B-air says it can be mounted on the wall, but doesn't include a fixture for doing so. It's up to you to find the hardware for hanging the B-air. Also, the Lasko's front-mounted switch makes controlling it when wall-mounted more convenient. 3. The Lasko's motor is enclosed in a plastic shield at the back while the B-air exposes the metal back of its motor. Is a shield better? I don't know. One reviewer complains about hair becoming sucked into the B-air's motor. Perhaps a shield would help with this. Yet a shield is an added expense, and I would think Lasko wouldn't put one over the back of their motor if there weren't some utility in doing so. 4. The Lasko has hinged connectors for mating the two halves of the fan shroud, making it an easy tool-less job to remove the shroud and clean the blades. The B-air has screws attaching the two halves of the shroud over the blade. Conclusion: It's a crap shoot. But the B-air has a surprising number of one-star reviews which claim the fan died within months of purchase--and a number of reviewers also claim that the B-air is a generic fan sold under many names. Take the risk on the B-air and you might be happy you did. If you want to hang your fan from a wall, get the Lasko. Perhaps in a year I will know more about their reliability. Right now it's hard to judge, and the Lasko is a great deal more expensive. I say go with the B-air, but if it breaks I'll be back with an update.

Man card approved!
A bought 2 of these. Its a great fan, moves a lot of air and keeps my room cool. Read some reviews that it's loud or noisey. Well, if you want something quiet purchase a box fan. I enjoy the sound and sleep with it on high. I like that it comes with a wall mount. Having the option to move it from the floor to the wall is a good option to have. I had a little hum from the motor when I first plugged it in, but it went away shortly after use. It's a great buy, I have zero complaints.

THIS FAN IS COOL
OK so it may not come with a remote and it may not stand up tall and high n revolve around the Room. One thing I will tell you is I am 50 years old and this is the best and coolest fan I have ever owned. I thought I had it on high but I had it on low and was freezing myself out. Not YOUR STANDARD white or black is the heavy metal, a fan that looks like it belongs in a shop but I don't mind because I do not break a sweat when I have it on it doesn't matter witch direction its facing the air in the Room is never warm and I'm not breaking a sweat now, yesterday, and I am confident I will not be tmrw. Best part is that I am running it in my living room, yet when I go into my kitchen I feel the breeze. Though it doesn't rotate it will move from floor to ceiling. It is solid and made w durable heavy materials and w/ it you have the option to actually attach to your wall. Too techy for me but this thing is bad .A...well you know. I love it and plan on saving tons in electric this summer. Bj

I love this fan
I absolutely love this fan! Wish I had bought it years ago. So I find that I get really hot in the morning, between showering and drying and styling my long hair, plus the bulbs from my makeup vanity can radiate some heat too. So a few years back I bought you average box fan from whatever home improvement store. As anyone who's every owned one of these pieces of crap, they cost about $20, the legs to keep them upright ALWAYS fall off. If you used the highest setting regardless of the legs, it tips over. The legs ALWAYS break, so that they won't stay attached at all. And what I recently learned, was is if does fall over & you can't upright it fast enough, the blades will break off, as laying down it will start wobbling. I finally decided maybe it was time to spend a little more money, and I could not be happier. The lowest setting is already a higher setting than the highest setting on the other. The metal looks really nice on it. And it blows SO MUCH AIR!! It has the tilt so that I can point it up towards me or leave it at fully vertical. It has the nice base, so no falling over or lack of sturdiness. And it does have the ability to mount on the wall if you were putting it in a shop or a garage. The noise level is not a factor at all to me, but I guess for someone using it in their home, rather than a garage or workshop you'd probably consider it loud.
