Like so many OXO products, well designed. Light weight, great tongs, everything I need in an ice bucket and I shopped around for a while.

This is the best ice bucket we have ever tried with a well on the bottom to collect melted water, great gripper tongs and enough insulation to last for hours.

Amazing! Kept ice frozen all day OUTSIDE

Amazing! Kept ice frozen all day OUTSIDE! The next morning, there was still frozen ice in the bucket! I'm astounded by how well this ice bucket works. Considering it has a plastic lid, I would have expected the ice to melt fairly quickly, but that definitely was not the case. I highly recommend.

My boss insisted we get an ice bucket, so the hunt was on. Seriously, this thing keeps ice frozen all day long. We use it at our host / welcoming station at the church every day of the week, and it's great.

I saw that some complained that the lid broke off ...

I saw that some complained that the lid broke off. There are 2 hinges on the lid. One is a full loop that fits over the left button. The right is a half loop that snaps down over the right button. If it weren’t constructed this way, there would be no way to detach the lid for cleaning or reattach the lid after. Take a minute to evaluate things before rushing to mislead other possible buyers.

I bought this in 2015 and just want to say I still use it often and it’s no worse for the wear. A good durable product.

Great ice bucket. A little pricey, but good quality.

Perfect for Multi Occasions

I have been looking for an ice bucket that fits any decor, that my cats are unable to knock off the shelf and break. They have broken several pretty plastic ones. Most that I found were pretty but too distinctive for a particular room or type of party. This one is perfect for my multi-use needs, and is sturdy enough to stand up to my cats that climb on my storage shelves. This will be used at summer grill outs, and Christmas Eve family dinners.
