The 7/8 size is very comfortable. Great workmanship. Sounds great. A fine little guitar!

Quite happy with the product and its timely delivery.

I’m a beginner and I was looking for a light weight, great sounding classical to practice finger picking classical melodies. This is the perfect fit. I tried out the C5 (full scale) at GC and I loved the rich sound. The 7/8 scale just fits my hands a little better.

The key to any purchase is satisfaction. I am satisfied. Lots of things I am pleased with, such as, sweet tone, ease of play, etc. A surprizingly light body and solid craftsmanship. The price is at the high end of what I was willing to pay, but that is because my skills are beginner to intermeadiate, and so I really would not know whatr to do with a thousand dollar guitar. So this is perfect for me. I did look at other guitars in the price range and found none that stood up to the quality of the Dolce

I love this sweet little guitar! It has a beautiful warm but mellow tone and stays in tune well. Decent action right out of the box, though it needs a tiny bit of adjustment, which is to be expected with a brand new instrument. As a shorter adult with small hands, this 7/8 size is great for my smaller size and fits me well. Would recommend to others! I've played many guitars over the years, starting out with a wonderful classical Goya in high school, then later a Kamouraska, Seagull, Yamaha, and an Electric Ibanez. I was looking for something that had the size and quality of the Goya, with a sweet lute-like sound and this fits the bill perfectly. Love it!

After returning an Ibanez GA-2, which sounded like a ukelele, I reluctantly ordered this Cordoba Dolce. The size is perfect for my hands. (3/4 seems to cramped and the full sized model which I own is a bit large). The review: *The sound is full and mellow *The intonation is perfect *Comfortable to play *The fretboard action is not bad (could be a bit lower - but Classicals are usually set-up this way) - will see if I need to adjust. *The Savarez strings that came with it are very good. After first tuning, was still in tune the following day. *The finish is beautiful and the guitar is flawless in appearance. I gave it 5 because for the price, I don't think I could have found something better. I am a hobby player and $279 is top price I be willing to spend. I am sure it wouldn't compare to a more expensive guitar; but I would not know the diferrence. I just know I can play this one easily and it sounds great !

I teach guitar at a University. I bought this to carry to my classes and not worry about bumping it around. For around $300.00 this is fantastic. The 7/8 scale is like the difference between Fender and Gibson; 3/4" shorter scale. The tone is surprisingly rich. I'm not crazy about the strings it comes with - but that's an easy fix. I also really like the fact it has a truss rod - that has always been a pet peeve of mine regarding nylon string guitars. The modern finish might seem a bit overkill and affects the tone a bit - but it's a plus if you live in climates that change. I've had more than one high-end guitar crack during the dry winter months.

My wife loves this. the 7/8 size is perfect for her petite build and hands. Cordoba really pays attention to quality. Tone and brightness are good. Better strings will enhance the sound. I have a Cordoba baritone ukulele that has stood the test of being frozen, used daily, treated casually. I have expensive guitars from the era of fine woods, but this little Cordoba is a pleaser, easy to acquire and admire.

This is a beautiful instrument. It plays well and sounds good for such a relatively inexpensive instrument.

Light, great sound, bass is outstanding, and beautiful. The fingering is about perfect to my touch. The strings are not too close nor too far from the 12th fret. I found no flaws in the workmanship with exception of a nick on the B string. Easily replaced. I've only been playing about 10 years, but I find this guitar quite satisfactory. I would certainly buy it again.
