Box arrived broken open at one of the seams, but all parts and instructions were still inside. I assembled the trampoline today. I'm a 40-something mom and did it mostly on my own. It took about 3 hours, but I had a lot of interruptions like carpooling and people at the door, etc. The only part I couldn't do alone was when you flip the frame pieces right side up and put them together to form the circle. I had my kids balance them while I made the connections. I can see where it would be a lot faster and preferable to have two people on set up. I'd recommend that over doing it on your own, but it is possible. My two kids, 7 and 10, have been enjoying it and feel there is plenty of room.

We purchased this 10' Round Trampoline in February as a surprise for our children... it came in a huge box with the word "Trampoline" easily readable in about 4 or 5 spots on all sides of the box... so if you're sending it as a gift, I'd make the receiver aware, so they can hide the box before anyone who can read sees it. :) My husband and I assembled it that very night - it took at least 1 hour, maybe closer to 2 to have it completely assembled. The size of the 10' trampoline is doable for our family of 5. Quite often we have "family jump time" in the trampoline and all 5 of us (our kids are 7, 5 & 2 years old) are in there at the same time having fun. In these 5 months, not one day has gone by where the kids have not been jumping in this thing. It has become their go-to activity - its the first thing they suggest to each other when they play together. We have not had any major injuries, thankfully, though we've had to teach our kids that there are "no flips allowed" and that the zipper must always stay closed. The only "wear & tear" we've noticed, is that one of the foam protectors over the poles has ripped. This was because our son tried to slide down it like a fireman pole. I used clear packaging tape to put it back together and its still serving its purpose just fine. And for those of you who are worried about the grass dying underneath, ours has not! My husband uses a weed-wacker to trim the grass that the mower cannot reach, and the grass is just as fine as ever. This is lots of fun and I highly recommend it! If you have space in your yard for the 12' size or bigger, I would imagine that the extra space would only be more fun, but we are very happy with our purchase!

This trampoline works great, was easy to setup and the kids love it. I was torn between the Ultega and this one but I chose this one because if you notice the feet on this one do not extend outward and I barely had the 10 feet needed. My neighbor has the Ultega and it works well too. The main difference is that the Ultega has a weight capacity of 445 pounds while this one only has a 175 pound weight capacity. However I am 205 and can jump in it with my two kids with no issues. This is why I am giving it 4 stars rather than 5. I'm not sure why the great difference in the weight rating between the two but something must not be right. The net works phenomenally well and is built into the mat. This is an important design feature which I prefer over the Ultega. Basically users of the trampoline do not have to worry about hitting the springs area because the net extends from the mat not the exterior protective spring cover. So choose whats important to you but understand the slight but important details. In my mind this one is the safer of the two. If you can call a trampoline safe. Lol ------------- March Update This trampoline is awesome. The kids use it everyday and I can safely say that my 205 pound self and the 75 pounds of kids easily have fun jumping on it. The net is great and keeps everyone safely inside. I'm seriously getting my money's worth out of it.

This is a great trampoline. It's a great size for a yard that isn't huge or if you don't want it to take up a ton of space. We had four 8-9 year old girls on it at a party and they were fine jumping up and down. Weight limit is 175. Seems to be a great quality item. Assembly takes about 3-4 by yourself. Do yourself a favor and buy the better hooks to pull the straps, you have about 30 or so to pull to the edges.

So far so good. We got this for my daughter's 10th birthday. She loves it. The weight limit says 175lbs, but our daughter had about 5-6 of her girlfriends on there and it held up fine. It is pretty easy to put together. I would definitely put this together with two to three people at least. The base is pretty straight forward. The killer is pulling the 64 springs into place with the metal hook thing they give to pull them. After 20 or so your hands are definitely sore. That's mainly why you need help. We took a break about 30 or so springs into it, went got lunch then came back. The rest is pretty easy to figure out after you get done with the springs. Conclusion: For the price this is a great trampoline. My brother paid $1,500 for their trampoline, which their kids rarely use. With this it's not that big of investment, and works really good. Definitely worth the price. Tip: Make sure the 64 springs are lined up to where they are supposed to go. Work with opposites and continue that pattern until done. We were off a couple and ended up having to redo about 10-15 of them. Take the time to count it out right so you don't have to pull the springs twice. Update 6/23/17: The picture in the right was taken a year later and our 11 year old daughter still loves it and plays on it with her and her friends all the time. They practice their gymnastics on it. Works like new, no issues at all.

This came in quite a large and heavy box that I had to haul to the back porch and leave there for a few days until I had time to put it together, as I'd heard it was time consuming. It is. I think this took me just about two hours after unpacking and laying everything out, and that was with the help of a 5YO and a rotator cuff injury. I think having everything unpacked and laid out was really helpful, and you must follow the instructions, even the parts that don't make sense where you're like "Well what does it matter if it goes this way or that way?" It will matter later. There were a few steps I had to read over and over again, but anyone with average mechanical aptitude should be able to assemble this product. I recommend a nut driver and power drill, just be aware the screws that go into the legs readily strip out with a Phillips (as the instructions recommend) and the slotted bit worked much better. They provide a hook for installing the springs, and the only other thing I needed was a rubber mallet to get the last connection for the base to seat - if you're working on level ground you probably wouldn't need it. Seems like a well-made product, and my kid loves it.

So far so good. I fell victim to having to take it apart because the net was inside-out when I got to that step so PLEASE make sure all your ducks are in a row or you WILL be taking it apart and doing it over again. Regardless, it seems pretty sturdy and the kids love it. I wasn't sure if this would be too small for them (8 and 10 year old) but it doesn't appear to be. I would suggest this to parents who want to get their kids up and off the couch!

For the money, you absolutely cannot beat this trampoline. My husband assembled it by himself in about 2-3 hours, and since I heard very little swearing I assume it was fairly easy to put together. The safety net serves it's purpose. My 3 year old has a little trouble zipping it herself because of the additional clasps, but six year old can get in and out no problem. I highly recommend buying the accessory kit as well- ladder, hooks to help pull springs. It's an additional $30 but then your trampoline is ready for use. Beware though- if you live in a place that's even remotely windy at times, please make sure you buy extra anchor stakes. The four that come with the trampoline won't hold it down in any kind of wind.

Excellent experience. Kids love it, has Ben safe and reliable. After 2+ years out in the elements (in California) had to dismantle to store. Everything was in reasonably good condition, the metal has basically no rust or damage, see pics, with exception of: - cover for springs that forms a circle around the whole trampoline -- pretty much disintegrated on the sunnier side. - the bolts holding things together were very difficult to get off, had to hacksaw one. They seem to be perhaps too soft a metal or something. - only one out of 8 foam wrappers has any damage. - minor rust I the feet that sit in water when it rains. - zipper seam has some area coming out but still works well. - jumping surface and betting are in great condition Overall it has held together especially the door zipper and of course the jumping surface itself which seems almost pristine.

Read the directions. My husband and our neighbor put it together in probably less tham an hour. It would have been less but they had to undo the Springs once. My husband put our 7 footer together so he just assumed he knew what he was doing. The safety pads are on the outside of thr net instead of the inside which I love . My three-year-old daughter and her seven-year-old cousin play on it together and it's perfect size. My daughter has plenty of growing room. We didn't want a 14-footer yet , it's just unnecessarily too big. The only negative is, the padding for the poles one was slit but we're actually going to replace them with pool noodles
