Love this thing
Love this thing!!! I have made a couple of throw blankets already. I love to try new crafts and this is really fun and relaxing. I've tried to learn how to knit, but because I suffer from a hand condition in which my fingers don't work as well as they used to, I have no control over the knitting needles. This product lets me "knit" and it's much easier. Fun fun fun!!

Great board, one small problem, tight adjustment holes!
I'd been using the round plastic looms for years, but wanted to upgrade to something a little more refined. This board is fantastic. The pegs have a small gauge which is perfect for making things that need a smaller gauge like socks, things for babies, little animals, etc.. The board is extremely versatile, from huge blankets to tiny little tubes, literally anything is possible with this one device! If you are used to using the plastic looms, it takes a little bit getting used to the smaller pegs with less pronounced grooves. I find that inserting the hook from the top and "scooping" the yarn over is the easiest, way. Also be careful not to wind the yarn too tightly, you really don't need to to keep the gauge looking good, and it will just make your project extremely hard to work with! My one problem with this board was that when I got it the adjustment holes drilled into to board were extremely tight. I had to use a hammer to tap out the metal pegs and to reinsert them. My husband couldn't even get them in and out by hand. I was really worried about breaking the board! I contacted the company and they said the tightness was normal, and should diminish over time, but they did offer to send me a replacement board anyway. I thought that was a nice gesture, but instead of going through the hassle of having it replaced, I just got some sandpaper and spent a few minutes sanding down each hole until the metal pegs slid in and out easily. All in all, I think this board is absolutely one million percent wonderful! 97% of the time it replaces all my other looms, knitting needles, and doo-dads. I like traditional knitting, but this is easier on my hands (remember, don't wrap your yarn too tightly!)!

Sturdy & well-built
Of all the knitting tools I've purchased thus far, the wood-frame knitting boards by Authentic Knitting Boards are the best. This particular item is among the most versatile in that it can be configured for flat panel, producing both single & double knit fabrics, or single knitting in the round. It is much sturdier and available in a smaller gauge than most fixed-peg plastic looms. With an adjustable slider and/or additional end pieces it can go from a small tube to a flat panel of about 36" wide after blocking. Scarves, hats, socks, receiving blankets, even pieced projects like sweaters are all possible on this sturdy and well constructed knitting board.

Many Uses
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and a desire to knit. I bought this thinking I would be able to knit, since I know no one who knits and I can not follow online instructions, I am a visual person and need to be shown in person. However, it arrived and my daughter took it and has been using it daily so I've had no chance to use it. She used to only sit on the couch and play video games day after day so this cured that, so if you have a child who does that, this is a great cure. She has made scarves, gloves, mittens, and all kinds of useful things with it. Now I just have to figure out how to afford yarn. It is extremely well made, the wood is sealed so there is no worry about splinters, the pegs are sturdy and no worries about them breaking. I recommend this product.

Great Product
Received the product with all bolts and spacers as advertised. I have used mostly the Knifty Knitter looms, and though they are fine to work with, I have to say I like the All in One Loom a lot better. I like the strength of the wood loom, and the same with the smooth strong pegs. The pegs keep yarn from snagging. The holes for the bolts to go through to install spacers where you want them were a little tight to get in and out at first, but once you have moved them through once or twice they works just fine. So far love the product. I only wish I would have purchased the 28" Authentic Knitting Board in addition to this one as there are much larger projects you can do with that. If you are looking to do scarves, hats, socks, etc., this is a great loom. However, if you want to do afghans, blankets, or sweaters, I would suggest the 28" knitting board if you have to choose. I think it would be beneficial to have both. Regardless, I think this loom beats the Knifty Knitter looms hands down.

Best Loom out there!
I have used most of the looms out there and this by far is the best and only loom I will ever need. It is very well made, feels good to hold, smooth and sturdy. The pegs are a strong nylon that make wrapping, knitting and purling a breeze. You can make everything with this from a baby bootie to large afghan. It is so ADULT! I love working with this and so will you. It is a small gauge so only one strand of yarn is needed, but you can also knit with bulky yarn. I cannot think of one negative thing about this loom. You can use it as a knitting loom, knitting board and round loom. It is just that awesome! Im thrilled with it and will never go back to those colorful plastic looms. Top notch loom worth every penny. You will love it!

I recommend
Beautiful item! High quality fabric. Easy to work. You can really use your worsted yarn #4. You can make scarfs, hats, socks and even sweaters when knitting in several flat pieces. Of course, you can knit in the round or in flat panels. Seems to be a little expensive but using worsted yarn instead of bulky will change your yarn expenses! And it does anything! It has replaced my round plastic looms. Really good product.

LOVE this loom! Perfect gauge size for a large variety of items
I absolutely adore this loom. The small gauge allows me to knit a wide variety of items and they have all looked amazing! I also love the adjustable sliding pegs. I wish the 20 peg extensions for this loom were available to order here as well. I have bought 2 of these looms so I can work on multiple projects at one time. The wood is nicely crafted AND finished. The screw heads can be a little bit difficult to remove from the inside of the wood, but not impossible, and with use I'm noticing that it's becoming easier to do. The pegs are strong and very smooth as well with a nice hook guiding groove. I'm incredibly impressed with this product and only wish that I could get a bigger variety in peg extensions to add on to the main bars!

Easy to use and a lot of fun
This knitting loom is amazing! I have always wanted to learn to knit, and taught myself a little bit, but is is so slow compared to crochet. I love using this knitting board. I don't have to worry about dropping stitches, and I can double knit with it. I have used it to make a ton of dish towels that I use on a daily basis. They are soft, absorbant and pretty, and I can make them just about any size I want. I have made several knitted hats with it as well, and even a cover for the vinyl seat in the bus I drive. During the summer, that bus seat gets really hot and my back starts sweating almost as soon as I sit down. This summer, I didn't have that problem, since my loom knitted seat cover kept me comfortale. It's easy to loom knit with this board while watching a movie and relaxing. Double knitting especially is relaxing and almost hypnotic on this loom. I added photos of a few of my loom knit dishtowels for your viewing pleasure ☺

Love, love this!
I am very new with looming. I got this and couldn't believe how much easier the yarn glides off the pegs rather than the plastic round looms that I was using. I have tried the circular Boye which seemed to catch on the hooked part of the pegs when trying to lift a project off the loom & I have used the Darice, which I do like a lot, but this straight All-in-one loom is fantastic. I can also change the sizes to be more or less pegs. I love the smaller gauge for my knitting also. I could carry this around, but I like my quiet time and the world is just too noisy for me to try to relax and use the board anywhere other than our home or on camping trips. Just love this! Thank you
