This knifeless tape is amazing. Super straight edge and easy to use. I've bought several items from VViViD and their quality has been top notch. Here's a few of the items I've wrapped on my Dodge Charger. I highly recommend them.

This product works well for my application. I used the finish line tape to mask off sections of my boat, where i'd be applying vinyl. The vinyl lays right over the top of the tape. When ready, pull a bit of the tape up to get started, pull the wire from the tape and the wire cuts right through the vinyl. This prevented me from having to use a razor and potentially damaging the surface underneath.

Great product. I watched the videos on YouTube and read the instructions. Practices a little and wrapped my car. Definitely going to buy this again.

Crisp edges when you learn how to properly use this. Some have tried using it for curves which it is not designed for the tight curves some have tried it for. 3M I believe makes a slightly different version for tight curves but for my application it worked out great on the hood of the truck.

This stuff is a god send. I need to do a partial on the hood of my car and this allowed me to get perfect lines on it. If you are trying to wrap anything, and need to create a lined pattern or a straight cut, get this stuff. It will make your life immensely easier.

You can get some serious vinyl trimming completed with this stuff. Go on youtube so that you learn how to pull the wire to cut the vinyl lines.

Used this for the very first time to put some vinyl wrapping in my bike, it's kinda tricky to get good cuts but when done right, gives great results.

Works great for installing new vinyl. Didn't cut my steak at all though, very disappointed.

I never would have attempted to try wrapping any part of my vehicle until I found out about knifeless tape. This tape is well worth the money. I'm extremely pleased with this product and it is very very easy to use. Make sure you practice though until you got it figured out on how to start the wire in the middle. I wasted a lot because I didn't do research on how to properly use the tape. I can't say enough good things about this miracle tape. Make sure you practice first!!

I bought this to replace some from a different brand that I had let sit out (apparently shelf life is a potential concern) and it was super easy to work with. I've never wrapped anything before and have no experience with paint or body work, so if I can get a decent result it seems safe to assume most anyone could. My only issue was that on fairly sharp turns the filament would come out of the tape a bit, and depending on how much or little this could be blessing or (mild) curse. Most of the time I could just reposition it by hand and it would more or less stay in place, so it wasn't a huge deal. In a sharp corner for example the tape part might wrinkle on the inner perimeter but the filament coming out would make it possible to keep the cutting edge pretty much smooth. In my first attempt at using both this and vinyl wrap I covered a trunk and a pretty large hood which, (at least for me) meant a fair bit of repositioning of the vinyl, and surprisingly at no point did the knifeless tape come up when it shouldn't. As others have said, be sure to leave yourself plenty of slack to get the cut started, in some cases I did not, and that combined with the hard to reach location of some starts made things harder than they had to be. Live and learn I suppose. In the pics I added the hood slopes down at the end so it looks crooked, but it isn't from straight on. You can see that the curved corners aren't 100% legit, but from more than a couple feet away it really isn't too bad. Just for the sake of clarity the white part is the vinyl I laid down and then cut out and the carbon fiber is the hood itself. I made a reverse stencil of sorts. If you're thinking about giving this a shot go for it, the worst that could happen is you buy another sheet of vinyl. Not a big deal.
