I was skeptical about this purchase, but I decided to give it a shot. I'm a network engineer and I sit in front of a 34" ultra wide monitor all day. After work, I'm on my cell phone a lot, and watch a lot of hockey on TV. All of these things have slowly started to give me eye strain nearly every day. I have had trouble sleeping because of it for the past several months. I got these glasses today, and within just a few hours the difference that these glasses have made on my eyes is IMMENSE. I worked all day, watched a hockey game tonight, and have been on my phone watching YouTube. My eyes feel absolutely wonderful. They eye strain and constant mild headache that I have been suffering from is no more. I can vouch for these glasses ONE HUNDRED percent. I'm no longer skeptical, I am a total believer. My ONLY complaint is that I wish there were glasses for people that have a wider size head. I like look of these glasses, but I would kill if they were just a bit wider. I'm not going to fault these glasses for that though. A bigger selection of wider sizes from the manufacturer would be great. I only really wear them in the house (I work from home), so even if they don't look great on me, it doesn't matter. They have solved my eye strain issue, and that is all I really care about. HIGHLY recommend these!

These work as advertised and significantly reduce eye strain on the computer. They are also light enough to not be bothersome for extended use. If you get computer headaches they mean a world of difference. If you don't get headaches, but spend a lot of time on the computer in general, it's probably a good idea to wear them anyway The glasses are not perfect but the lenses pretty much are. I will list a few things I don't like about the glasses but still feel they deserve 5 stars based on functionality. -Did not come with cleaning rag -Came with a soft case but not a hard case -Gets smudged by my eyebrows -Earpeice material is hard and angular and causes minor irritation on my ears. I expect this will go away soon.

To be fair, I did get them as a lightening deal for $60, but having used them now for about a month, I can honestly say they have made a huge difference. I don't use them for gaming, so I cannot comment on some of the claims--targeting better and such--but I CAN say that they have significantly reduced eye strain and fatigue from long hours looking at screens for my work. I am also getting fewer headaches, but there are too many variables affecting my headaches to say that is much more than a correlation. I do wish they fit slightly closer to my face, and I have tried adjusting the nose pads to accomplish this; however, this resulted in the glasses wanting to slide down more often, which I found more annoying than the distraction from looking down with my eyes rather than with my head. Keep them clean, and use the protective pouch when not wearing. They do attract smudges from who knows where like a magnet. This model is so light that I almost do not feel it at all. I do not wear glasses or contacts, but you can also get prescription lenses through their website. If your job has you looking at a screen 8+ hours a day, these are definitely worth your consideration. You can also check their website--they have MANY other models with a variety of styles.

These glasses exceeded my expectations, as someone who is usually skeptical about products geared towards gamers. To start off, the frame is made of a light but sturdy metal. The glasses fit fine around my head (if they don't for you, you can probably take them in to a local eye doctor who can adjust them for you). In video games, I've never really had "dry/irritated eyes" if I didn't game for too long, and got these glasses as a safety measure to protect my eyes from long-term damage. However, when I started wearing them, I found that I was able to focus better in games and perform better, probably because I wasn't losing as much moisture from my eyes, and not straining my eyes as much from the glare of my monitor. (or it could all just be the placebo effect :3)

I get chronic migraines, mostly caused by glare and flickering lights. Since I got these glasses, I no longer have to sit in a dark room to work. I've had them about 2 weeks and wearing them, I no longer have to worry about every glint and glare in my office. I have even been able to let light in through blinds and enjoy some sunlight. As an application developer, I Stare at two 24 inch monitors all day so these are getting a lot of use. I wish I had found them ten years ago. Bravo Gunar! These glasses are light and comfortable. I can wear them all day without pain on the bridge of my nose or around my ears. I have a large head and flex to fit quite well. Note: These are not meant for walking around. Remember to take them off when you get up from your desk or walk around from you game. This is not a flaw its part of the design. I would love to see these in more a wrap design to keep light out of my periphery a little more, but I'm very happy with this purchase.

These are great for my husband when he remember to wear them. We are gamerS in this house and he gets headaches that turn into migraines so we needed some preventative measures in place. These help him to enjoy what he is doing for longer without the pain. Now I can talk him into playing Crusader Kings 2 with me more now! MUHAHAHAHAHA!

I work in front of a computer for 10+ hours a day and these glasses really, REALLY help relieve eye strain. No more squinting, burning eyes, and headaches after a long day in front of the computer. They were totally worth the investment. They are super light and can be worn for 10+ hours comfortably. They also fit my face perfectly. I have a narrow face so it's hard to find glasses that fit without looking too big. I was wary of ordering these online without trying them on first, but they fit perfectly. That said, however, if you have a wide face you might think these are a little small.

Working good for me after a week. Took a day or two to get used to the amber tint making colors look a bit warmer, but the improvement in contrast and the slight magnification help me read text better, and help my eyes not work as hard in fast moving games like COD. My eyes don't feel as tired as they did a week ago, and I can see better. Big wins for me. Unfortunately, I have long eye lashes which can rub against the curved lenses, so I have to wear them a little bit further down my nose to compensate. No biggy. For those complaining about the flimsy frames, please remember, they are made that way to be light weight. They are so light weight in fact, I started to forget I had them on, which is, I'm sure, the desired effect.

Been waiting a few years to pull the trigger on owning these. As I've gotten a bit older, the strain on my eye is becoming more apparent. Seeing things at a distance is becoming harder and the strain of being in front of a PC Monitor all day (full-time job) and then Gaming and Developing (spare-time/full-time) was really putting a strain on my eyes. I've had these glasses for just 12 hours now (or so) and will never take them off again when I'm at the PC. If you're waiting to pull the trigger on these; don't wait any longer. Do your future-self a favor and get a pair now, for your vision's sake. If I take the glasses off just for a minute; I feel overwhelmed by the brightness of my monitor. The glasses seem to increase the definition of text and somehow seems to make everything sharper and give monitor depth. The comfort on these is great. Hardly feel them on your ears at all. No annoyances at all while wearing a headset either. Man. I wish I got some of these years ago.

I wasn't sure I was going to like these. I sit in front of a computer for at least 10-12 hours of my day. My eyes were getting dry, and I couldn't help but rub them. I had tried other things in the past that helped a little, but these make a big difference. The side pieces of the glasses fit fairly loosely around my head, and the glasses themselves are pretty light. I forget I'm wearing them sometimes. The side ear pieces are flat so they don't interfere with wearing a headset very much. As other reviewers have said, they do smudge very, very easily. But just keep a microfiber cloth handy and that's really not a problem. Overall, I really like them. and I use them on a daily basis. Wearing them right now, actually.
