We often times make our own sushi at home, which cannot be beat! But the sushi rolls are always such a pain to cut into pieces... no longer the case with these knives. Just wet your fingers and the tip of the knife and cut sushi rolls like a pro. The knives are very thin and very sharp. Not something you want to leave around.

Really good product. I have been making sushi for some time now but did not have a good knife so I had to use a serrated knife which obviously is not ideal for sushi. I have bought expensive knives before including the ceramic ones that are hyped but I never found anything really impressive. I saw this knife on Amazon and the only reason I was willing to give it a shot was the price. I did not have very high expectations as it is so inexpensive. Last weekend I used it for sushi and I was amazed. It cuts like butter and the design is very comfortable to grip. I cannot say yet how long it will stay like that before getting dull or needing sharpening but so far so good. Highly recommended for sushi lovers.

We tried many different knives for cutting sushi. Were using a bread saw which worked fairly well, but not perfectly. I tried this and have been very happy with the results. It is not a super high end knife by any means - in fact it seems cheaply made. Bottom line :: it works better than all other knives we have tried for this purpose.

My boyfriend loves this knife. I bought it for him because he has been on a sushi kick for a while. He makes about 30 individual rolls a day. Slices through the rice very easily and does not stick very much at all. The only time the rice stuck was while making California rolls.

The metal used is well within the hardness to hold a really good edge and the coating helps prevent rust growth. Only draw back are the holes when cleaning, but an extre few seconds isn't anything to complain about Been using this blade for over 2 years and still going strong

Bought this knife for very low price (under $10) and I really like it. I wish the seller (Chef Knife) sold more different types of knifes. When I got it it was very sharp. Like any knife it dulls over time but sharpens really well. The holes on the side of the knife do help keep food from sticking to it. The non stick coating makes it very easy to clean. When I bought this knife they didn't have the option of getting a 2, 3, and 4 pack but I wish they did. It would of been a nice inexpensive gift to give to someone. That person would have thought I spent a lot of money on the gift too. My advice to you is get the knife. And if its the only thing in your cart to reach $25 get a simple to use knife sharpener and knife sharpener stick. I'm no knife sharpening expert but mine seems to stay sharper longer when I use a knife sharpener then finish it off with a stick.

I've had this knife for a full year, and I use it multiple times a day. It's become my favorite knife, and I use it for pretty much everything: vegetables, meat, bread, and sushi, too. Over the course of the year the knife has remained just as sharp as it was when I first got it (which is extremely sharp!) I have noticed some of the non-stick coating peeling off recently, but I think that is because I've been putting it in the dishwasher every night. Other than that, everything is as good as new. I just ordered a second knife (hey, it's less than $10) and will hand wash this one. I have lots of other knives but I rarely take them out of the block any more since this guy does the lion's share.

It’s sharp, stays sharp and is easily sharpened! It’s our second time buying the same knife. We use it for a standard chefs knife and it gets abused. We have been through the Henkel and now have Korin knives but this is the standby. It’s inexpensive and if/when it breaks you don’t feel bad sending it to recycle.

I absolutely love this knife. It works exactly as I thought it would. I don't even have to wipe it each time a cut into a sushi roll. It is super sharp too. I didn't realize how much of a difference those little holes would make in cutting into sushi but it works. It was such a pain having to deal with a regular chef knife when cutting in the past. I couldn't believe how inexpensive this was too. The only downfall is that it does not come with a sleeve. I hate just leaving it in my drawer and I don't have room for it in my wood block. I guess I can just double it up with another knife though

This is a great knife. What's great about it is the non-stick coating and holes. This knife cuts things easily where other knives get stuck when the sides of the knife cling to the material being cut, say a thick hunk of cheese or a thick vegetable. I bought it for sushi, but I haven't made sushi since I bought it, so I can't talk about that from experience, but I am confident that it will be great for that purpose, as it just slides through everything else. I don't give many 5-star reviews, but I'm really pleased with this knife.
