Awesome
I buy these for my 22 month old son who would leak out of every night time diaper we tried. The booster pad has helped tremendously. We have used them for about 2 months and have only one leak. Originally, I tried just placing the pad in the diaper; however, we've had more success with it folded over in the front. If this review was helpful, please click yes below the review. Thank you

Kept my toddler sons sheets dry
I love these. I was really on the fence about them because I’ve never of them before but they’ve been amazing. My son is a stomach sleeper and even sizing up a diaper doesn’t keep him from leaking out the front. These just tuck in the front of the diaper and are super easy to use. They allow the pee to fill the entire diaper and the booster pad. They haven’t given him a rash. They do add some bulk but my son didn’t seem to notice it at all. I just didn’t let him see what I was doing. I do wish they were a bit cheaper. I could see these being wonderful for post partum “padsicles”. He’s 22 months, 27lbs, wears size 2T pants, and is pictured in size 5 Abby & Finn disposable diapers.

Keep my little one dry through the night
My 19 month old was waking up at 4am with a soaking wet diaper. Another mom told me about these and I am so thankful ! We fold one in half and place it towards the front of my son's diaper. Now he sleeps until 7!

Great product, no leaks!
We purchased these after my son (turned 2 in April) started peeing through his night time diapers every night. He is already in size six so moving up a size was not an option. We received them on Monday and after 9 nights in a row of him peeing through his diaper the first two using these he has not even had a small leak. My son is a heavy water drinker and even goes to sleep with a cup in his bed. I tried limiting his water consumption but honestly it just made him mad so for now this helps with our cause. When I put them in his diaper I lay it flat toward the front (he always soaks it toward the top of his diaper soaking the waist band and his shirt) then lay it over him and hold it in place with the diaper. He hasn't expressed any discomfort. It does not make his diaper bulky but in the morning both are saturated (no leaks tho!) but the other good thing is the inside of it stays intact. Often with his diapers when they get saturated they open and he has the gelatinous beads that come out all over him. I haven't experienced that with these. So happy to have come across this product!

Booster for your Boy's Rooster.
My son was having issues at night peeing out his diaper, I tried a few a tricks, bought a bigger size diaper, I bought specific "night-time" diapers, made sure his "fella" was pointing down when I put on the diaper, tried to not give him water right before bed, etc. and nothing worked...He moves around a lot in his sleep and I think that sometimes he just maneuvers himself into a position where the diaper leaks out. I then read about these booster pads that parents put in the diaper. They're like a maxi pad for babies, so I figured, why not, what do I have to lose. My son was waking up soaked and we were washing his sheets every morning like clockwork. Luckily these little gems came along and have definitely helped a lot. He may pee out the diaper every now and then, but for the most part they pads hold up and he's not covered in pee when he wakes up. I recommend them if you've tried everything else and nothing seems to work. Again, what do you have to lose.

Recommend to all my mommy friends!
Tried every diaper out there including overnights and my son was soaking through every single night, without fail. This turned into terrible mornings having to get him completely washed and changed, changing sheets and then hoping for him to go back to sleep for a little bit, but after researching online I came across these little lifesavers. Could not be more happy with these! Now, I use pampers cruisers with a sposie folded in half and tucked in the upper front (after folding use the closed end to sort of aim the shooter down if you know what I mean- open end down - if you use the other way it won't work - 2 times I messed up and did it upside down and had leaks-used the right way and not 1 leak, I learned the hard way so you don't have to). My son used to pee through by 4 am after going to bed at 9. Now I've had nights where he went from 7pm and didn't wake up until almost 9am, and completely dry! I'm amazed with this product. I tell everyone about them. My husband says I sound like I'm being paid for advertising, but when you find something that works, you have to give credit where credit is due. Save money trying different diapers and just buy these!

Almost perfect to stop leaks
This is the second bag that I have ordered. They have made a big improvement in my son not waking up soaked. While they are not leak proof they work really well. The picture below shows the size of the sposie on the left and flips on the right - as you can see the flips are much larger but I find that for my 6 month old they are too big and too long (he wears a size 2 diaper and size 3 at night and they hange out a little) they also bunch up and each time I have used them it causes leaks. I think because they are too big for the diaper and move. We are happy with the sposie - I just wish it was slightly wider - if I could combine the sposie length and thickness with the flip width we would have a perfect fit.

If I could give Sposies 10 stars, I would!
After a desperate midnight web search for “stopping diaper leaks in 7 month old boy”, I finally read about Sposies Booster pads! I am so glad I did! We have had only a few minor leaks in the 10 days we have been using them, which was mostly operator error and/or restless sleeping baby. Definitely a product that we will keep on hand, as I do NOT want to go back to doing that much laundry! Added bonus: we will still be able to use the multiple sizes and brands of diapers that failed to contain the floods because we will throw in a booster!

THE Overnight Diapering Solution
I wish I had found these sooner! I have a toddler who had been a stomach sleeper since she was able to roll over and for almost a year we were either waking up in the middle of the night to change her diaper or we were waking up in the morning to urine soaked pajamas and bedding. We tried many different diaper brands but the main issue was that for a tummy sleeper, all the urine was concentrated in the front of the diaper and there just was not enough absorption. My child, if left undisturbed will sleep 12-13 hours straight and I hated the thought of her having a diaper failure at night. So randomly while looking for solutions one morning I found these Sposie diaper booster pads. They are easy to use with our existing diapers (Pampers Cruisers size 4) and they can be folded or tucked if needed to provide extra absorption where it is most needed. For our tummy sleeper, we position the pad in the front of her diaper and have not once had an accident in her bed since we started using them. They absorb plenty of liquid and then the additional urine that is not absorbed by the Sposie pad is able to still be absorbed by the diaper itself. It is like double diapering without all the bulk and waste. This is a phenomenal product and a great solution for parents looking for an overnight product to help keep baby and bedding clean and dry. The pads are not bulky and are long enought to cover about 75% of a size 4 diaper. This is a product I have started telling my friends about because it works so well and has saved me from having to wash sheets and pajamas every single morning. If you have a tummy sleeper, or a really sound sleeper then you won't regret trying these if you are in need of a "no leak" solution.

No more nightime leaking!
Our toddler, who is in a size 6 diaper, started leaking out of every diaper brand at night, even the overnight ones. Mom friends recommended doubling up on the diapers or even putting a 3T pull-up over his diaper at night. Some also recommended cutting out liquids in the evening, as my son is a big water drinker (which I love). Then someone recommended Sposies. So much cheaper than double diapering, not to mention less bulky and more comfortable for my little guy. These pads are very long and fit perfectly within the diaper. We adjust the pad so that it is more so to the front of the diaper with a little bit peeking out of the top. Has worked like a charm! They are super absorbent, and he has not had a leak overnight since using Sposies. I have already recommended these to several Mom friends who have purchased as well! UPDATE: I wrote this review a year ago, and a year later (my son is 2.5 now) we're still using sposies every night, within a pull up now, and they still keep us leak free every night!
