• The best shower shave mirror due to its unique design. NO FOG. EASY TO CLEAN. Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back.
  • This unbreakable mirror is small enough to take with you, but large enough to get a full, clear refection of your face.
  • It works on basic science – Hold the mirror under shower stream where temperature of the shower and mirror will equalize for a long lasting, fog free reflection.
  • Easy to clean - Wet mirror and clean with a pea-sized drop of toothpaste to keep spots away. It will look like new after years of use.
  • The Shave Well Travel Mirror measures 6" tall, 4" wide and is 1/8" thick. The suction cup measures 1.78" in diameter.

After trying several more complicated and more expensive shower mirrors, I found this one and it's the best! It hangs on the bathroom wall on an easily attachable suction cup hook; when you're in the shower and ready to shave, you simply take the mirror off and run it under the shower for a few seconds (I only do it for 5 or 6 seconds, not enough to really waste much water), then put the mirror back on the hook and shave. The fog-free quality lasts throughout the few minutes it takes me to shave with no problem. As I said, I had several more complicated solutions - I even had one of those stupid mirror that supposedly "circulates" water behind the mirror. All too complicated and expensive, and they actually didn't work as well! Simpler is better, and in this case, the simplest solution is the best solution. Thank you Shave Well!

I don't write a ton of reviews, but wanted to go out of my way on this one due to the story. I didn't notice the Sunshine Industries story before buying, but read it in the packaging, and am so happy that my money is going towards a US company that empowers people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The price isn't very high and the product is super simple. This is essentially a laser cut piece from a large sheet of plastic mirror material, bagged up with a suction cup included. It ships with the clear side covered with sticker paper (you can still see some burn marks on the paper from the laser cutter). I plan to keep it in my travel toiletries bag, inside the included plastic bag to prevent scratches while not in use. Suction cup is large and very suction-y, but also easy to remove with the little tab.

Bought this to replace a more expensive shower mirror that continuously fell off the wall. This mirror is easy to de-fog and easier to work with because the mirror itself isn't actually attached to the wall (it just hangs on the suction cup). Because the mirror is a small fraction of the weight, I doubt I will see the same suction cup failure issues from its predecessor. So far so good. I also like that the company works to train people with developmental disabilities .. its nice to support a company who does the right thing. My only issue (and this is with Amazon, not the product), is that it was packaged with other items in my order that resulted in the mirror getting scratched..

It's a clear plastic plate with one side silvered to act as a mirror. The reflected image is very clear and not distorted. Being plastic it is subject to scratches and such but I've been using mine for 2 months now and haven't noticed any damage even though I'm not too careful in storing it, basically just chuck it into my toiletries kit. No anti-fog coating but a rinse under running water takes care of any fogging. There's a hole on one end you can use to hang it (suction cup included) although I don't do so as my shower is textured and the cup won't stick. Could tie a string or something to it and hang it that way if needed. It's a nice little mirror that does exactly what I need it to do. For something that I use all of 5 minutes a day it's an excellent value.

I have a heavy beard and shaving in the shower is the easiest and most comfortable way for me to shave. Unfortunately, when I travel, I can't do it because I've never come across a hotel or motel that has a shower mirror. After returning from a trip, I decided to check Amazon to see if there was a solution to this, and I came across this product from the Shave Well Company. The mirror is simplicity itself and is perfect for traveling. It comes with a suction cup that is easy to install and easy to remove. The mirror hangs on a hook attached to the suction cup. Simply run the mirror under the shower for a few seconds to get the temperature equalized to the shower, hang it on the hook, and you have a fog-free mirror, perfect for shaving! The mirror is not made of glass so it's safe to pack, and it's very compact and takes up virtually no room in my bag. If you shave in the shower and miss doing so when you travel, fret no more, this device belongs in your travel kit!

I've had this for 5 months now and have to say that it is an ideal little shaving mirror. Regarding other's criticism about fog; unless you shave within a minute or so of entering the shower, the mirror is light in mass and will be up to ambient temperature by the time you shave and fogging should not be an issue. The key is to apply a small amount of soap applied to the end of your finger and to wipe the mirror prior to use. This will favorably alter the surface tension of the water beads and will give you a nice, clear reflective surface. The issue is not fog, it is water beads, and this resolves that issue which you would see with any mirror. Beyond that, the only other thought would be to try some Rain-X product, but I think this would not work as well as it would likely leave you with small water beads vs. the nice breakdown of beading that is accomplished by using a tiny amount of soap. If I had to be hyper-critical, the only recommendation would be to make it maybe 1/2" larger in either axis. That change might be a negative for others who like to use this for travel, so frankly, I would leave it as is. I haven't dropped it yet so can't comment on durability, but I am next to certain that it would be unaffected.

Simple is best. I've used all variants of "fogless" mirrors to shave in the shower for 20 yrs- water flow thru them, coatings, etc. There is NO coating that will completely work, especially over time. Quit trying to find one. I took one more swing at the bat before buying this. It's simple physics and it just works. There's no coating to cloud over (much less stop working). Resign yourself to taking the 15 seconds to take it off the hook and hold it under the warm shower water and then enjoy a trouble-free, fog-free experience. We'll see how it holds up, but because there's no film or coating on it attempting to make it fog-free, it should hold up fine. And if it doesn't it's not that expensive so easy to replace. Speaking of which, I've dropped it on the hard bathtub from head-height twice. No breakage yet. Last - thought about the ones with hooks that have adhesive. Suction cup working great for me. Obviously, you need a flat surface. Lastly, size is fine. I see myself fine. Don't need anything larger.

Shaving has always caused me outbreaks and ingrown hairs. At 35, I finally learned how to prevent them, using pre-shave oil and a good hot lather in the shower, and using an alum block and after-shave lotion afterwards. So, a shower mirror is essential. Unfortunately, I frequently travel, and most hotels do not have shower mirrors. As an engineer and IT geek, I can get away with a few days unshaven, because we "intellectual types" are weird and geeky. Any more than that, and my customers and associates begin to wonder. This Shave Well mirror is the best thing I have found! I have used it on two trips already, and I can continue my shave habits just like I'm at home. It is strong and sturdy, and easy to keep fog-free. The mirror fits in carry-on, and so far has not caused any TSA issues, because it is acrylic plastic. My only complaint is I wish they had a carry case for it, rather than just the Ziploc-type bag it comes with. I like it so much, that I'm going to replace my at home mirror with the larger version.

Shaving in the shower is no secret to me, I've been doing it for years. However, I've also been dealing with a foggy mirror for years. I chose this Fog Free Mirror in hopes that it would remedy my current foggy situation. It did exactly just that. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase. The travel size is perfect, fitting easily into my travel hygiene bag. If you're like me, you might accidentally leave your travel mirror hanging in your home shower, only to find out that you forgot it once you reach your destination. To remedy this problem simply purchase both the Deluxe and Travel Mirrors. You can now leave the Deluxe Mirror permanently hanging in your home shower. Then you'll never leave your Travel Mirror behind again... at least not at your house... lol. This is the Deluxe Shave Mirror that I'm referring to in the review... Deluxe Shave Well Fog-free Shower Mirror - Made in the USA - 33% larger than the Original Shave Well Anti-Fog Shower Mirror

I have lived months on end in a tent periodically throughout my life. I like to keep camp simple. Anyone living outside or in mobile situations needs a good camp mirror. I have gone through a dozen, I’m sure. They work great until they don’t. They break so easily. When I bought my first Shave Well Fogless Travel Mirror, I knew I had the perfect mirror for me for all trips from now on. The mirror is made of fine durable plastic. Don’t be fooled. The reflection is as good as any glass mirror I have ever handled. It is a perfect fit for my hand and has a hole that’s useful for mounting, whether on a hook in the guest bathroom or on a branch at my favorite campsite in the New Mexico mountains. Need the fogless feature? Hold under warm water, back and front for a few seconds. Clear fogless viewing for that close shave. The price is right and I bought several more.
