My dishes were cloudy and not coming out clean. I was sure there was something wrong with my dishwasher. I started hand washing my glasses because they looked so gross. I used vinegar and still they were cloudy. The culprit turned out to be cheap, store brand detergent. On a lark I returned to my finish gelpacs. honestly within two washing all of my glasses were crystal clear again. I will never switch. Plus Finish is less expensive than brands like cascade.

This is a very useful product. Like all Finish dish soap, it leaves dishes very clean, spot free, and gets off stuck on food. The citrus scent is very pleasing. I love the pod format as it provides very convenient pre-portioned servings to get clean dishes every time. Tgere were 90 in this box so I was excited to get such a good deal and have a convenient container to hold them under the sink. Goodbye to washing the dishes before you wash the dishes.

What a wonderful find/buy! These capsules will last me a long time - even with a house of four! I love the citrusy smell of them from within the box....but it’s the price and thorough way that they clean is why they’re worth trying. After even dishwashing session, my silverware and plates sparkle!! I’ve ordered these handy-packed boxes for both my house as well as sent to friends homes as gifts. It’s a very great thing to have awaiting your use from up under your kitchen sink.

I love the Gelpacs much more than the All-in-One PowerBalls. The Powerballs had to be removed from tiny foil wrappers, and I seemed to always lose a piece of the foil on the way to the trash, and my cats would get it - which could be dangerous if they ingested either the foil or a little bit of the residue. The Gelpacs have no wrapper, just toss into the D/W's soap dispenser. Finish is the only brand that will work with my Bosch dishwasher. I've tried others such as Cascade and my dishes don't get clean. I've never had an issue with the gelpacs sticking together because I follow the directions on how to properly store them. I also keep them in a Lock & Lock container for extra protection from moisture.

have been using for 2 years after our dishwasher started leaving crusty, sandy residue. cleaned out the DW entirely by hand, taking apart all of the mechanical parts i could get to and found build up of powder soap and i was using gel type liquid that had a thick quality, not just the square powder pods. since using this, i only run an occasional cleaner through and this has worked very well. we have filtered water on a well. but no problems in house with water fixtures. they sometimes stick together, but that's no big deal. hope they

love these! I've been using them for years. Just be sure to store them in an airtight or close to airtight container if you don't go through them very fast, particularly if you live in a humid area. They will begin to stick together if you don't put them in a sealed container. this giant box comes with three (i think.. it may have been four come to think about it.. ha!) separate sealed bags with the total 90 count decided up so that helps keep them fresh, but after opening, be sure to store it in another container if you don't want them to stick together. this also helps them dissolve better in the dishwasher i've noticed too.. they at times don't dissolve well if they get too gummy and wet before they get put in the dishwasher from the humidity. Anyway.. they are great at cleaning the dishes, and i've never had any issues with them getting the dishes clean, also smell nice, but not ridiculous or overwhelming either. (also.. this particular listing.. (90 count) is the best price usually per piece than anywhere that I can ever find in store or online)

I've used other finish products and was not impressed. Before purchasing this product, I was using Cascade detergent in the bottle. This is the only product I have found that works well with my finicky dishwasher and doesn't break the bank. The problem I have with my dishwasher is the door to the detergent part doesn't always open during the wash cycle. The gel in this product is very thin so it works even if the door doesn't open because it seeps through the cracks. I have been thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of my dishes after switching to this product and I'm sure it does an even better job if your dishwasher actually works as it's supposed to.

I have been using this product for several years, as my GE CHef dishwasher prefers this brand. I tried Cascade Platinum and it won’t dissolve thoroughly. I prefer gels to soap powders for not leaving residue in the dispenser. Most of the powder pods do not allow the door to close on the dispenser and cause a malfunction in eventually not opening at all. I have noticed in both the KitchenAid and the GE, that this is the case. We are on rainwater, so spotting is not an issue, so cannot comment on that.

First, this is a big box. It will last you awhile. I found this to be probably the best dish detergent since the industry moved away from phosphates. I still put a tablespoon in, but with this brand I don't think it's as necessary as I think it is. The scent is pleasing and the dishes do come out quite nice. There are three individual packs in this box, each pack with 30 gel pacs. Since you'll probably be keeping these under the sink, I advise against opening a pack unless you have to. It's humid under the sink and that will make these gel pacs stick together. Overall, a very good product. I like it a lot.

I have used the Finish Gelpacs for a long time. I get that they may not be as economical as using powder or liquid detergents, but they really help when it comes to convenience and conserving detergent (the people in my house always use too much detergent if left to their own devices. They also fit really nicely in my dishwasher's detergent receptacle though I imagine they would work fine just tossed into the bottom of your dishwasher. Even though I've read reviews where people talk about the gelpacs arriving in one giant clump, I have not had that problem all of the times I've ordered them. Even though they are all together in the bag, I have not had a bag where all of the gelpacs were stuck together. As far as actually cleaning my dishes, these do a really great job. I don't think I have ever had my dishes come out dirty or streaky. The orange gelpacs do have a definite smell, but it doesn't last long or cling to my dishes. My dishwasher does a good job of washing away residual detergent. Since I only do dishes a few times a week, these mega packs last me a very long time! Given their effectiveness and convenience, I will keep using these gelpacs as long as they are available.
