I had the perfect litter box cleaner - my husband. Until he declared mutiny one day and informed me that he was not scooping cat poop or pee any more. Say what?! Now it's MY job?! Well, I know my cats. I know how they LOVE to pee all over the walls and bottom of the box...there is never anything in the darn center. Scooping their urine and poo involves digging and scraping it off the walls. Soooo not fun, and no matter how efficient I try to be with getting the clump off the wall in one piece, it ALWAYS breaks apart into these tiny, teensy little bits. Now maybe the average bear can ignore this, but for an obsessive compulsive freak such as myself, those pesky clumps were taking away my sanity...piece by piece. Enter Nature's Miracle disposable box. Because it allows air circulation, the clumps can dry and get this, they actually STAY as clumps. Yes, the deviants still continue to urinate all over the walls and bottom, but once you tilt the box, the clumps fall right off. Woot woot! My mental health has been saved! Other win win factors...the box does not leak. It is extremely lightweight, and it is lined with baking soda so it doesn't smell. And, the jumbo size has walls high enough to catch my cat's preference for standing room only, ain't gonna squat to pee style. Life is good. One note, the jumbo size has high-ish walls, but the box itself is medium size. When I think jumbo, I think jumbo in both height AND width, but it still works for this cat family. Happy scooping, Peeps.

Excellent product! If I could give it 10 stars I would!! We recently moved into a smaller apartment and needed an enclosed litter box for our cat. I looked at every option and finally chose the hooded litter pan that would accomodate our enormous cat. When it came to the liner, I had always bought the plastic bag kind with draw strings - and really hated that the bags would get ripped and torn to shreds by kitty leaving a smelly mess. When I saw these disposable litter boxes and found that they fit perfectly in the enclosed litter box I figured whats the worst that can happen? These pans are great!! We use the fancy shmancy silica cat litter that dehydrates everything and there is no odor, no wetness, no mess at all with the combination of the Nature's Miracle Disposable Litter Box and the silica litter. I'm totally impressed!! Oh... and by the way... the claim that these pans last up to 30 days is absolutely true! We're at day 24 and things are still odor and wetness free! Loving it!

We buy these 2-packs of Jumbo size Nature's Miracle Disposable Litter Boxes via Subscribe and Save for the added savings. For under around eight bucks for the two, we find them to be a worthwhile purchase... Previously, I was washing our two kittens' plastic litter boxes, between changing out the litter. Aside from the time it takes, it was hard on my back, bending over to scrub them. Since the ammonia smell leaches into the plastic and one of our kittens scratches a lot, it was looking like I'd need to replace them before long. We buy unscented litter since it's best for cats' sensitive noses and these help keep the smells down since they're made with baking soda. Realistically, these cost almost as much as buying new plastic boxes and don't last as long but I prefer them since they're biodegradable. Being able to toss the litter in the box simultaneously is also a nice convenience. Made in the USA. When they first arrive, I use a sharpie and mark a line inside each box, at 2 and 3 inches (slightly OCD, haha) so it's easy to eyeball that it's kept at the right amount recommended for our litter. Precious Cat Ultra Premium Clumping Cat Litter, 40 pound bag The size is as listed in the description, roughly 21" long, 15.25" wide, and 7.75" high. Great size and the largest I've found on Amazon. They are fine for kittens or elderly cats to get in without trouble (I think you could use a craft knife if you wanted to shorten a side though). The huge sticker on the inside of the trays comes off easily and we put them, sticky side up, on the counter one of our cats likes to jump on. We toss them after a week or two as they get dusty and whatnot but it works well as a free cat deterrent. After a couple sticky landings, she generally stays off for a week or two, haha. We use these trays inside the plastic ones since we already had them and they were fairly new. I add a little extra baking soda in between the plastic and the disposable, just a thin dusting to coat the plastic. Rather than change these out monthly, we change them every couple of months. They definitely would work fine alone but would need to be changed every six weeks or so minimum (we have 3 boxes between 2 cats). I usually dump them when they're starting to break down or thinning at the bottom (and we change out the litter in between as needed). For regular scooping, we got a litter genie here that I'd recommend too (although we don't use the expensive refill bags). Litter Genie Plus Ultimate Cat Litter Odor Control Pail If you're interested in a scoop that doesn't require the shaking back and forth, the Litter Lifter is great because the slats run vertical, allowing the clean litter to fall through more easily than others we've used. Litter Lifter Cat Litter Scoop (Colors May Vary) I do wish these were a bit wider to fit the CatIt covered litter box. I got one for my aunt's elderly cat and it was so nice, we decided to get one for our cats too. Catit Jumbo Hooded Cat Litter Pan - Warm Gray The description for the CatIt box on Amazon is wrong though, as I'll post with photos in my review there. These trays are perfect length-wise but could be around four inches wider to fully fit inside. Needless to say, it's a huge cat outhouse, haha, so I'm not discounting these in their rating. Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look. The gallon milk jug is just there for size to scale. When we first got our kittens, they were just over 10 weeks old and my husband was concerned they would have trouble getting into their first litter box (hence the Sterilite plastic shoe box "step"). We kept the step because we found it to be a good litter catch and bag rest when scooping, haha... The huge Amazon cardboard box helped contain everything for the occasional bit we'd find had been flung onto a wall. We vacuum frequently but once a month or so, it's easy to dump any spilled litter from the cardboard box, back into their trays. The wee pads, I'd picked-up for, just in case, while inside their carrier (since we were driving over an hour home, when we got them)... I later put a couple pads around their trays for a litter catch. On the occasion they didn't feel we cleaned a box quickly enough for their liking, they peed on a pad over cardboard, rather than the carpet. We've since bought litter mats and the likes but for the interim, these were our solutions that worked for us. Highly recommend these disposable trays. Hopefully my rant of strange tips help someone! Smile.

I originally purchased these for my hurricane preparedness kit (or other emergency) since they were big enough for my two 12lb cats. They would also fit nicely in the large folding cage that I had for the same purpose. (I currently use LitterRobot type litter boxes around the house and none of them would fit in the cage - besides the fact that LitterRobots need electricity to cycle.) I finally needed to use these litter boxes recently, but not for an emergency. I acquired 2 female kittens that needed spaying. They need to be kept quiet for a week so I used the cage / litter box set up. It seems to be working fine. The only problem I have is the kittens dig DEEP when urinating and the litter clumps to the bottom of the litter box. However, the clumps are fairly easy to remove carefully using a litter scoop with a metal edge. I haven't noticed any odor or seepage. This looks like a nice alternative to attempting to clean plastic litter boxes on a regular basis . It has worked fine for my current situation. I have been pleased with the results. I am actually thinking about setting up a couple of these in rooms that the kittens seem to get themselves locked in occasionally to prevent mishaps. I think these were a great purchase and intend to keep them around as available alternatives.

These pans are a game changer for me! My 16lb boy uses the Jumbo size just fine. Use 2 for two cats. With regular scooping, pans last 4-6 weeks...sometimes a bit longer. (I also use a Litter Genie which until I found these things...were my favorite “litter accessory”.). I keep them in the large Amazon box they come in and also recycle the cardboard box when it’s time. (We have curbside recycling here which makes all this much easier). Have been using these for about 6 months now and recommended to several friends. Can’t imagine going back to washing litter pans now!

WHAT I BOUGHT: The jumbo size litterbox. Package of 2. WHY I BOUGHT IT: I've always known you should have an emergency kit put together for your cats, but it was always one of those things about which I thought, "I'll do it later..." I was inspired to finally put one together for my three cats after watching so many Tennesseans be misplaced by that recent fire. Of course, it doesn't have to be something so huge to need an emergency kit. You never know what's going to happen, and I'd rather be prepared just in case and never use it than need it and not have it. I have three kitties, so litter boxes are a big deal in my house. Although I have several litter boxes, each cat clearly prefers to use the largest-a huge plastic storage tote I cut an entrance into. Litter boxes are, ideally, supposed to be 1.5x the length of your cat (according to cat behaviorists), so I wanted something B I G. This was the largest litterbox of its type I could find, with the best reviews. That's why I chose it. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: SIZE- Even though I read the measurements before purchasing, I'm still pleasantly surprised by how large the box is. It's small enough to be portable, but large enough to accommodate my kitties. You could easily use it in the floorboard of a car while traveling, if needed. I am attaching photos of it next to my grown adult cat, who I would say is medium sized, for reference. QUALITY- It is SO MUCH STURDIER THAN I IMAGINED! I'm surprised by how thick each box is. Although I'm just using it for an emergency kit, I could easily see how someone could use this as their everyday litterbox. It sorta of looks like very thick papier-mâché on the outside, with a smooth interior. I've taken several pictures up close so you can see for yourself. I wish I could show in a picture just how sturdy it is. PRICE- Now that I've seen the boxes in person, I understand why the price is what it is and feel it is fully justified. USE- Since I'm storing this away in a closet with other emergency supplies, like canned kitty food, this is the one integral part about which I cannot legitimately speak. Frankly, I hope I never have to use it-the box seems fantastic, but I hope to never be in an emergency. I CAN say I would not hesitate to use this if I decided to take my babies on a road trip, and I would also happily use it as an everyday litterbox if I didn't have so many cats. The quality is convincing me that it would work well. View the attached photos for size/quality/texture info.

This is the best product when you need to go away and put extra litter boxes out or if you will be moving. This really helps. This size is perfect for bigger cats such as my own two.you use for a week or two and toss.

LOVE THESE! These are awesome. So affordable and easy to use. They are nice and deep so it keeps the littler contained if you have an ‘agressive coverer’. Ya know, like one that is trying to win the cat Olympics with the Litter Toss event and scores straight 10’s across the board going home with the gold. My cat is the opposite and a complete underachiever, she has no desire for an Olympic medal of any kind, and simply leaves her fresh logs uncovered for all to see and smell. She gives the occasional effortless scratch to the top edge of the box now and then, as if scratching the rim of the box will somehow help the stench. Maybe it’s her way of ‘wafting’ it away, because she’s obviously lost her inner cat considering she has no clue how to use littler properly. With that being said, the rim of the box does shred easily, I cannot comment on the bottom or sides because my cat doesn’t touch those areas. Heaven forbid she get litter in between her toes. These boxes are very strong and very solid, not flimsy at all. They hold up excellent with the walnut clumping litter we use, I can’t comment on clay littler because I’ve never used it with these boxes. Between the baking soda built into the box and the walnut litter, urine smells do not exist, at all. To be honest, I’m awful at the upkeep and rarely ever scoop it, if at ever. I usually just add a little more litter here and there until I’m ready to replace the box. Yes, it’s that deep. We keep it in our small kitchen and have never smelled that ‘cat pee smell’ since we’ve been using the system we have now. The uncovered poops are a different story. I usually just scoop a little litter over them and we are good to go! No one ever knows we have a cat until they see her. Everyone that has cats that comes to our house asks us what we use for littler, because it works THAT well. I highly recommend these boxes, I actually can’t recommend them enough! We have a problem cat (Siamese) that will pee on our bathroom mat if there is even the SLIGHTEST scent in her littler box. We even purchased the super expensive “Robokitty” litter box for $350 in an effort to help this issue. Assuming that if the litter was cleaned after every use she’d be happy with that. Nope. No way. Heck no. She still peed on the floor by it or on the bathroom mat. I think the pee smell just gets embedded in the plastic of litter boxes or something?! It must. We finally found the walnut littler and these boxes. She has not gone to the bathroom anywhere but the litter box for months now! It’s a small miracle. I’m thrilled I’ve found a solution, I thought for a minute I was going to have to sacrifice her to the litter gods....I’m kidding :) No cats were harmed during the making of this review. But really...if you’re considering trying these, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

One of my least favorite parts of having cats is the routine emptying out, washing and refilling the litter boxes that should take place at least once a month. I have three litter boxes so it can take a good chunk of my time away. I was afraid that a disposable box would be too flimsy or that pee would soak through, but that is not the case with these. In fact, one of my cats sits on the edge of the box with all four paws, sticks his bum over the side and pees into the corner. I've never seen any soakage, nor has the edge broken or buckled under his full weight. When it comes time to replace the litter, I just put this whole thing into a trash bag. No more dumping the litter while holding my breath or breaking my back from washing them out in the tub. One thing I wanted to note was that even with the Jumbo boxes, the walls aren't super high. One of my cats is a litter flinger, so what I did was place this inside of a large cardboard box and cut down a side for the cats to step in. That way the litter gets flung into the cardboard box and not my carpets.

I bought a couple of the small size for a kitten we just got, but the other cats have commandeered them as beds before I could even put litter in them. I made a lid for the jumbo size by riveting some ABS plastic strips to the edge of another box and cutting a door. The strips hold the top on by friction, and at least helps keep our more energetic cats from throwing out all the litter while the dig to China
