This binder is much better than we expected. Binder is sturdy and the pages are not flimsy. Its easy to insert coins, and they stay in place once they are in. We aren't real coin collectors - mostly wheat pennies and some other older coins and bills we have run across over the years. I thought it would be a good idea to have an "official" place to keep them, other than hanging out in my jewelry box.

Just Perfect, and something that I needed for some time! Pretty excellent starter kit which I certainly needed for a long time. Value was spot on ,well worth it. This will finally get me started being organized. Binder even holds paper collectables and lots of room for record keeping and order receipts. From now forward I can continue to add to this great starter kit. Just what I needed. It would have been nice if some of the cardboard holders were larger for Silver dollars.

Five star seller and product. The album is actually much better than I was expecting and the pages are BCW, which are the same ones that my LCS charges much more for. It comes with plenty of pages and storage for coins and currency. I will definitely be coming back and buying another bundle when I fill up my current album.

UPDATE: July 21, 2016 CHANGE RATING TO 5 STARS FROM 4 The seller contacted me by email, asking for me to review the product. Since I already did so, I emailed back and told them my review and that I gave it four stars and that I had several pages tear when putting 2x2 flips. I also suggested they include a few 2x2 flips for large dollar coins; rather than the dollar bill sleeve (or in addition to them). Rick from Hobby Masters ([...]/coins) wrote back and immediately sent four new page inserts and a few large dollar 2x2 flips, with out my asking for them. The customer service from this company is beyond superior and I will purchase from them in the future. Their quality of customer service is clearly deserving of 5 stars and that is why I change from 4 stars to 4 stars in my rating. ================== Original dated: July 11, 2016 ================== PROS: Nice assortment for the beginner to start showcasing their collection CONS: Several of the sleeves tore on three pages when inserting 2 x 2 flips. Would be nice to have large dollar 2 x 2 flips included in package About the product Over all a nice starter bundle .... Arrived on time and well packaged. The kit contained, as advertised, a 2 1/2 inch blue binder with 3 D-rings, a cardboard Coin box, 10 currency pages (for bills) and 20 pages to hold 2 x 2 flips. Finally it had 3 sizes of 2 x 2 cardboard flip coin holders (having a plastic circular center - 50 each) for a total of 150 flips. The cardboard inserts themselves do not have any markings on them, nor should they. There are three sizes. The smaller flips fit cents and dimes, the next size nickles and quarters and the last size Kennedy halves and the new small dollar coins. It would have been nice for beginner to have some sort of instruction as to the sizes and what coins are place in each one. Also to show how to staple them. NOTE: I am not sure if the flips are PVC free as that they do not say, they were simply in a plastic bag. Although the advertisement says they are "ARCHIVAL SAFE!" With staples you have to be really careful with the plastic pages. Only complaint I had is that several of the sleeves tore on three pages when inserting 2 x 2 flips, along the inside edge of the page. Also the binder seems a bit flimsy for the weight it will hold and should not be stood up with the binding vertical. It could fall apart. Just my opinion .....

This is a very nice way to start out with a coin collection. While I am not a serious collector, over many, many years I have saved coins that I am interested in. I finally decided to gather them together so I could sort and display them in one place. This set fits the bill. All aspects seem sturdy enough to me. The coin flips are nice and the plastic is very clear. Know that you will not receive flips for larger coins like a US silver dollar, but you can add that to your order if need be. After you have placed a coin in the flip and plastic sleeve of a page, if you want to remove it, I would suggest using tweezers rather than trying to fit your fingers in the sleeve. That will probably stretch or tear the plastic. The sleeves are tight to hold the coins in place - not to fit our fingers in. There are also sleeves for bills. Enjoy organizing your coins.

I bought this kit hoping for something simple and able to display various coin and bill sizes. It was exactly that! The coin holders come in 3 different sizes. The binder itself seems sturdy and presentable enough to display. The one thing I'm curious about is why it says "Coins" on the binder's spine although the seller includes plastic pocket pages which accommodate paper bills too. Lettering which reads "Coins and Currency" would be more accurate in my opinion. Overall, I have no real complaints though, it was an investment worth making!

After years of putting souvenir coins and currency into a jar or box, I finally made the decision to organize them and put the currency into a display album and mount the coins properly. This starter bundle was exactly what I needed! The seller perfectly anticipated what would be needed; if I was working on something and said to myself, "Gee, I really could use X," it already was there. In addition, the vendor was in touch with me directly through Amazon to ensure that all was good. This is a perfect starter product for a first-time collector (or maybe I should say first time proper displayer) and the customer service was impeccable. You won't be disappointed if you buy this bundle! I recommend it very highly!

I got this as a Solstice present for my fiance, who collects coins and was keeping them in a box. This is perfect for him to store and display his rare coins. They look awesome in this, and he loved that there was a section for bills int he back, where he puts bill from other countries.

It is very solid binder, and has plenty of plastic sleeve pages to get you started. It also came with plenty of cardboard slabs and a case for those as well. The only downside I saw, was that the coin sleeves are only big enough for the soft cardboard slabs and not the hard plastic slabs (the ones you usually get with CoA, etc.) Hopefully I can find plastic page sleeves that can handle the larger sized hard plastic slabs.

After returning from my trip, my small box of random coins was overfilling and just chaotic to sift through. I bought this based on the reviews and I'm glad to have done so. It's an amazing binder with everything you would need to sort your coins and display them beautifully. The instructions provided suggested to staple the cardboard sleeve to prevent the coins from slipping out, but I didn't for aesthetic reasons and even with a quick upside down smack on the table, no coins fell out or moved out of place. Furthermore, I had a lot of coins to go through and I first thought what a tedious chore this would be. But as soon as I started to go through the coins, sorting them by value and country, I really began to appreciate the art and history of each coin. Each one was unique in its own way. The memories of each trip flooded back to me. What I thought would be a chore turned to be very enjoyable. Now I can't wait for my next trip and continue my coin collection.
