They work great, you do however need to reuse the washers from the origional bolts. Not really sure what the plastic things, or the washers that come with the bolts are for but I've bought this hardware kit a few times and never use those parts. I've used this kit on both 2.5 and 4.0 jeep engines.

Great kit, need to order washers

Worked great for my 1994 yj wrangler 2.5l with an aftermarket header. You will need to re-use the conical washers that hold the original manifold on. If you had a broke stud like me you will Need to order some replacements. Fits 4 cylinder even though it isn’t listed as such.

Make sure to get an external torx E-8 socket

The kit is complete and correct for my 98 Jeep 4.0. If you are planning on changing the studs that come included with this kit, make sure you have an external torx E-8 socket as it is necessary to screw it into the head.

Inline 6

Worked on my new stroker 4.6L. Don't know what the nylon bits are for but the Jeep inline6 engine is what I have.

Works well.

1999 XJ worked great. Didn’t need all that came with it. Reused factory washers.

GREAT exhaust hardware

I am not a huge fan of Dorman but these exhaust manifold bolts were top notch. I will have to update in a year to tell you about the corrosion factor.
