• STAINED GLASS WORK SURFACE - Ideal for cutting and assembling stained glass projects. Protects table and counter top surfaces from heat damage.
  • USE FOR MULTIPLE PROJECTS - Use to protect from solder and copper-foiled projects. Can also be used as work surface for electronics soldering.
  • HEAT RESISTANT & DURABLE - Made from 1/2" thick insulation material elevates project. Soft but rigid material accepts thumbtacks to hold projects in place.
  • SQUARE SHAPE- 12" X 12" area is perfect for small projects while still having room for tools. Shape and size conveniently stores away when not in use.
  • A MUST HAVE IN ANY STUDIO - Easily move your uncompleted project to different areas of your work space. Add multiple boards to create a larger work surface.

No worries about heat when I use this. It has protected my kitchen table exactly like it should - NO heat transfers to my table. The 12"x12" size is large enough to have room to work, but small enough that you can use multiple boards if you want to work on several projects. I have not noticed any smell when high temps hit this surface. I also like the 1/2" lift - your projects set a little above the table, making the work all that easier. I am going to order a couple more of these so I can completely cover an old table I have been wanting to turn into my metal/glass working table. I recommend!

This is a great surface much larger than the one I was using for soldering stained glass. It works great!

Perfect for stained glass work! Fast shipping

This is the perfect item to have for glass cutting and soldering your pieces together since it is heat resistant. I looked several places before I found it and so glad that I did. I do wish that it was a little bigger but that is not big deal. Fast shipping!!

Used this product for stained glass projects. It keep the surface under it from getting hot while protecting it from damage. Also you can use pins on it to help hold the glass in place.

Pins go in easy, safe to solder on.
