Great, simple aprons

These are nice, simple aprons. It would be nice if the strap that went around the neck was adjustable, but it doesn't really take away from the quality of the apron. I used white acrylic paint to paint a simple design on one of these as a gift to my husband. It ended up looking like it was done in flour, fun project!

Great if your tall

This is a basic apron, no pockets, but perfect if you are tall. I am 6' tall and my old apron always fell just slightly below my waist which was OK -- but with this one I do not have to worry about splatters since it covers down to just above my knees. It is also has a nice feel. It says "commercial restaurant" in the description but I don't believe it is really heavy enough material for commercial kitchen use. However, for home use, really is perfect. If you are slim you will need to wrap the ties around the front. For any on the husky side, no worries, plenty of room to tie comfortably! Utopia Towels was the seller and had no issues with them at all.

Lightweight but sturdy

I live an off-grid life and between the inside and outside chores that have to be done every day, my clothes take a beating. These are my new favorite aprons. They are lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day, but the material is sturdy enough to keep my clothes clean and dry. The only drawback has been the lack of pockets, but that might not bother other people at all. All in all, these are great aprons and to get two at this price is really more than fair.

Just right for my uses

This pair of aprons are just right for my cooking, cleaning, and crafting. The material is the right thickness (not very) to provide a layer of protection and allow ease of movement. It is not especially soft, but not scratchy or starchy either. Time will tell if it will hold up to heavy soiling and laundering. I would not recommend relying on this to fully protect delicate clothes as it is not waterproof but I see no problem using this apron over casual or work fabrics. The size is right for most anyone but know it's plenty big. The strings are long and the length and side coverage is excellent. There is no neck adjustment but it is roomy and can be easily shortened with a small clip which I leave on and adjust as needed. No surprises, a useful utility item at a good price.

Excellent bargain -- planning to buy several for gifts!

Very surprising bargain. These arrived in perfect shape, nicely starched, folded and packaged. I decided to wash them up right away, just to make sure they would hold up well. I've become a little jaded, I guess, with super inexpensive fabric products that fall apart or shrivel up in the wash. These came out PERFECT. They are both hanging inside my kitchen door and will get lots of use. Highly recommended. One thing to note is that the loop that goes around your neck leaves the top of the apron bib hanging a bit low (if you're a small person) and is not adjustable.

As good a pocketless black apron as you would want IMO

If you are in need of black aprons these are as good as you could expect. In case you preferred them these do not have a pocket though. The pld apron I replaced these with had a pocket but I rarely used it and ended up having a hard time when I went looking for whatever I had stashed in it so I am better off without them. These are also a little lighter/thinner material so they fold up into a smaller bundle as well.

Very pleased!

I purchased these for myself and a friend to use while making soap and bath products. For the price I wasn't expecting top quality. But I was pleasantly surprised! The quality, although not top of the line, is fabulous! Heavier fabric than I expected and washes perfectly! I personalized them with iron on decals of our logo! Awesome!

This is perfect for the home cook

I just started really getting into cooking when I went looking for an Apron. Scores of shirts with grease stains and sauce stains had me fed up. I was looking for something very usable and not overly kitchy. This is perfect for the home cook. long enough to cover my pants, and wide enough to cover my shirt. The material is durable and does not restrict any movements. I love that the tie strings are long enough to get a secure fit, and won't come undone while working in the kitchen. I throw it in the laundry, and it comes back looking as good as new. The fact that you get 2 is an added bonus.

Great for appliqué. Nice large aprons

Aprons are quite large and long. They easily fit plus-sized ladies. My pal did a scissors motif appliqué on the bib of the aprons for our cardmaking group, sailingwithscissors, and they look awesome. The waist tie backs are quite long which is great. The strap that goes over your head may be a tad long for shorter people but it would be easy to reduce the length with a bit of handstitching.

They appear to be really good. If something gets on them. .

You just have to understand this. I wear my Bistro Garden-Craftsmen aprons to work every day. They appear to be really good. If something gets on them,it washes out. Stains,they wash out too. Are they magic aprons,NO!!! If you get them dirty,just put them in the washer,they will come clean. If they don't,just order another pair. If those don't come clean,just order yourself another pair. Worst case scenario,just get another pair and you have another pair to back yourself up when the first pair gets dirty
