Easy to install and look great
Had I realized it would be this cheap and easy, I would have replaced the taillights in my 2004 Silverado years ago. The passenger side slid right in perfectly. The driver side was just a little off but nothing a little push didn't solve and the holes were "close enough" that I could start the screws without issue. I would expect the same from an OEM replacement part. It was that close. I did use the original wiring harnesses. I wasn't in the mood to get under the truck and route the new ones. Existing bulbs locked right in without a problem. Hope I don't need a replacement for a long time but I would buy again if needed.

Drop in replacement for OEM tail lights
It took me 20 minutes to remove the old light housings and replace them with these on my 2005 1500 LS. I reused the existing harnesses but the harnesses and bulbs that shipped with the housings appear to be of excellent quality, There was no shaving of plastic or forcing anything to fit, they just dropped right in and look great. A welcome replacement for my OEM housings, which were looking pretty shabby.

Very happy I went with this set rather than the cheaper ...
Exact match to OEM, I had zero fitment issues that required modification but did have to manipulate it a bit during installation which is expected with any aftermarket item such as this. Very happy I went with this set rather than the cheaper sets that had several reviews stating that modification (sanding, filing, trimming, etc.) was required to get them to fit. Installation took 15 minutes.

Bolted right onto my 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab with an 8 foot bed.
Nice replacement part equal to the quality of the OEM part. Bolted right onto my 2006 Chevy Silverado 2500 crew cab with an 8 foot bed.

Installed on 2000 Silverado
Lights look and work great. Installed them on my 2000 Silverado. They come with a new harness so everything is plug-n-play even though they’re only meant for 03-07 classic Silverados they work flawlessly on mine. No need to modify anything. You have to use the provided harness in order to install on a 99-02 Silverado. Can’t use stock harness.

Fits 02 silverado.
Just installed these on my 02 silverado. Amazon said they don't fit my truck. I used a sharp box cutter to shave down about 1/16 of one of the tabs. Worked perfect. I highly recommend using led bulbs instead of the stock halogen. My old wire harness had burnt spots on the bulb sockets. I did have to install the new harness anyways cause the old one only has 3 bulb sockets compared to the new one with 4 sockets. These look great. Packaging was great. Arrived fast with free shipping and no damage. Was not hard at all switching the harness and taillights. People that give less stars for the fitment are just lazy. I attached some pics including old taillight.***update. 1.16.19. I had an issue with the turn signal bulb. The turn signal light indicator on the dash stayed lit when headlights were on. I removed the 4th small bulb on corner of taillights and It fixed the problem. So now I have 3 socket in there with a bulb and the 4th socket is empty. My turn signal lights are now working perfectly. Still keeping it at 5 stars.******update****** February 1st 2019. It's been raining pretty good in my area. No leaks at all. I get comments saying my truck looks newer than a 2002.******update*****March 7th 2019. So I figured out why I had the signal light issue on my dash. The small signal bulb is a halogen bulb and for some reason it doesn't work properly with the led bulb. So you either have to have all led bulbs or all halogen. I installed an led bulb on the 4th socket and it works like it should. I had the same issue when I had a combination of led and halogen up in front as the signal bulbs. So my advice is to use all led bulbs and everything will work as intended.

Great replacement product
Needed these to replace the originals that had developed a broken tab causing one of them to fall out occasionally. Very pleasantly surprised they came with the full wiring harness AND the retaining clips. Had not expected that at this price. Fit just like the OEM ones.

Near perfect replacement for OEM
These tail lights are a near perfect match to OEM! The only reason that they are not perfect is that the passenger side cable was too short so I had to use the old cable. Both lights fit great and required NO force to get them into place and the screw holes lined right up.

Very happy with these tail lights
Very happy with these tail lights. Put these on my 2002 Silverado 1500. Like others have mentioned, just needs a small amount of sanding down to the plastic pins where they insert into the body of the truck. The included harness was a major plus since the 02 ones are slightly different. Looks like a new truck. Now we'll wait and see how they do with condensation or fading.

Easy to install, great price, and look great
I bought these for my 2007 Silverado Classic because I had a couple of bulbs that were out and the old bulbs did't want to come out. The layers in the lenses were also separating allowing water to enter and affecting the light output. The new units were very simple to install. I just had to unscrew the old light units and unplug them behind the bumper, plug in the new lights and screw the units back in place. For my truck I didn't have to do any grinding, etc. They were a perfect fit and they look just like new.
