Better Than Expected

This toaster looks way better and feels to be a much higher quality than the other reviews scared me into thinking. I was quite pleased, especially for the price. It toasts quickly, fairly evenly, and is very attractive in appearance. No, it doesn't look like a nightclub spaceship like some of the other new $200 toasters out there... but who really wants/needs that anyways? All four sides and most of the top (except for the metal right around the openings) stays touchable throughout the toast cycle, so you avoid burn marks on you and your children. My unit did come with a small ding on one side as others reported, but it looks like something I could easily pull out with a suction cup and little effort. Honestly this thing otherwise looks really good. If you just want a really nice looking toaster that toasts your bread for a reasonable cost, this is the model to go with.

Great looking and performs great!

This was a great selection. It is wonderfully made and performs great. The style is contemporary yet traditional. The controls are easy to use and read without having to look for reading glasses.Toast and bagels both come out well toasted as expected and I would recommend this toaster to everyone looking for a stylish functional toaster.

Functional, Sleek, On a Budget.

This toaster is a great add on to my counter top! I've been looking for an affordable toaster that had a sleek look, but in my budget as well. This toaster won! It has multiple setting making toasting bread, bagel, or even my waffles easy and to my liking. The display is a plus as well it isn't a guessing game! This toaster is easy to clean as well. If you looking for a toaster that not only looks great but does it's job on a budget. This is the one for you.

Shinier than I anticipated.

This toaster is perfect, especially for the price. It toasts evenly and with the defrost setting and bagel setting it is everything I need in a toaster. It is shinier than I thought but after a couple of days, I didn't notice as much. I have been happy with Hamilton Beach products lately.

Stylish and functional!

Very stylish toaster, and toasts our bread and bagels nicely and evenly. We moved from a DeLonghi toaster oven to this guy, and we are happy with the smaller amount of counter space this guy takes up, and it definitely does a better job of toasting overall. Due to the chrome finish it is a little bit high maintenance, which I didn't expect (it collects dust and fingerprints), but if you give it a wipe down with your regular kitchen cleaning it will stay looking nice and classy!

Love the toaster, but not the shipping cost

Love the toaster , works great and looks great in my kitchen! The only problem we had, was when we ordered we didn’t notice the shipping charge was, it was outrageous! I won’t make that mistake again. This toaster is worth the money, but be aware of the shipping they charge!

I love the cancel button! My kids always break our toaster by pushing up the handle when their toast takes too long. This toaster had a resolution. I love it!

This toaster ranked very high on consumer reports and $20 cheaper than advertised on other sites. It is living up to expectations!

Good enough

Came quickly on the super fast Amazon shipping. Replaced our dead toaster and it is functional and has a nice, clean modern look.

Does the job of toasting bread very well.

So far, so good. A reasonable price for a toaster with digital control of the timer. Does it's number one job and that is toast bread.
