Good SIM card

We are Verizon wireless customers and my husband had not upgraded his phone ever. He wanted to upgrade his phone so we purchased a factory unlocked smartphone and needed a new SIM card so I purchased this one. When the phone arrived I inserted the new card. Our 4g lite signal was not strong enough to initialize it ourselves but we set up wifi in minutes. Then we called Verizon and again within minutes we had dial tone. In summary we had no problem with this card, set up was quick and easy. I recommend it.

Avoiding the verizon store is worth the price for me.

Yes, it is a sim card just like the ones that the Verizon store is supposed to provide for free. But in my experience, visiting the Verizon store is never free. When I have tried to get one of these from them, they have always insisted on some fee for activation, plan change, whatever. Not to mention the wait in the Verizon store can be long. It is worth it to me not to have to deal with them when replacing my phone. I bought this card, programmed it to my account online and installed it in my new phone. Total about 5 minutes. Couldn't be easier and didn't have to argue with anyone at Verizon to get it. It arrived through amazon prime shipping faster and cheaper than Verizon would have gotten it to me. Worth the 7 bucks.

I can get prepaid cellular on used iPad 3

I bought a used iPad 3 off amazon. It did not have a SIM card. This SIM card allowed me to activate it to get prepaid cellular plans. The setup went smoothly other than it took a little more pressure than I was expecting to get the sim button to open the sim slot on the iPad.

Works as expected. I purchased a pre-owned Samsung Galaxy S4. The SIM card had been removed by the previous owner, and the phone wouldn't do anything without a SIM card installed. Seeking to avoid a trip to Verizon and the hassle of trying to glom a SIM card from them, I purchased this one for under $6. The SIM card installed easily in the back of the phone, just above the battery, and was immediately recognized by the phone which displayed a bright red Verizon logo on the display. I am yest to activate my Samsung Galaxy, but am able to now use the device's features like the camera, and also download apps, so long as I am connected to wi-fi. So far, no issues with this SIM card. if you need one, I recommend this one.

Works great when you accidentally deactivate your account on Verizon 4G LTE for iPad

I made the mistake of "deactivating device now" when I just meant to cancel my subscription, which burned my SIM card. When I tried to reactivate the account, I got the message on my iPad to contact Verizon wireless for a new SIM card. I called Verizon and was told that they cannot mail me a SIM card and that I would have to go to a Verizon wireless store. Rather than make the trip to Verizon and deal with pushy salespeople and wasting a couple hours, I decided to just order a new SIM card online for $9. The item was received two days later with Amazon Prime, and I was able to replace the SIM card and reactivate my account (by creating a new account) within a few minutes. The $9 cost for the SIM was worth saving the time, money, and hassle of going to the Verizon store. My 4G LTE works again on my iPad on prepaid services with personal hotspot! I highly recommend ordering this SIM card if you make the same mistake I did and accidentally deactivate the account. I am thinking of buying a couple extra to have on hand in case I make the same mistake down the line or I cancel my subscription and Verizon deactivates my account due to inactivity, which they automatically do after five months of no service. I am so happy to have my 4G LTE on the go again with the personal hotspot and am so happy I could do this through Amazon!

Worked 100% on my Galaxy S4 !

I purchased this SIM card for a Galaxy S4 that a relative of mine was no longer using. (She transferred her old SIM card to a newer phone). I received my SIM card in a very timely manner, plugged it into the back of the phone and the phone immediately recognized it. I then called Verizon and had the phone activated on my family plan to replace my previous non-smart phone. Verizon was very friendly and cooperative and there was no activation fee! You may have a different experience with Verizon but all I know is this SIM card worked 100% for me and it all went seamlessly!
