Beautiful thread, I ordered this size 80 by mistake, and what a great mistake that was..! I'm completely in love with micro embroidery now. I'm starting to collect all the colors, Lizbeth thread is now my go to every time I start a new project - it's strong, knots slip out easily, and a ton of gorgeous thread on this tiny ball.

Perfect tatting thread

Absolutely amazing tatting thread. This thread is very tightly twisted, very strong, very smooth, super mercerised. It's a little stiff, which is great for tatting. It almost blocks itself!! I almost never break the thread pulling rings closed; it slides beautifully. The color is bright and vibrant. The only real con I can come up with is price. Per yard, it's more than twice the cost of DMC Cordonnet 80. If you like a softer thread, lizbeth might be a little stiff your for crochet lace, especially for long lines of single chains. Still, honestly I love it for crochet, too. Little pricey, but really great thread.
