A very sturdy and good looking desk for the price. I don't regret buying this for one second. One thing about assembly. It went together in about 20 minutes and the hardest part was the desktop itself. I had to lie on the floor on my back and align the holes which was cumbersome and took most of the assembly time. I did this myself and might have been easier with another person but eventually I got it done. I use this for my 24" iMac and it looks great. Don't be concerned about reviews that complain about the keyboad tray not sliding out far enough. It does.

Product came packed nicely with all hardware. You will need a Philips screwdriver to install the keyboard shelf, but an hex key(Allen key) is included. Easy to assemble. I did leave the bottom shelf out because I felt that I would need the leg-room, but after the keyboard tray slides out, i discovered that it wasn't necessary. I put the bottom shelf in and use it for storage. Without the bottom shelf the desk felt sturdy enough. I choose to install my monitor on a wall mount which left the desktop open for other things.

Desk is exactly what it is described as being, a great little desk for a computer. Well worth the price. No frills and not a lot of room but for 32 dollars did not expect any. I read where some people had problems putting it together so was a little concerned but found it easy to assemble. I'm thinking they must have gotten a faulty product. I put it together very easily in 30 minutes or less. I did have just a little difficulty with the right front extension and top attachment but just took a different angle to accomplish. I did not care for the little Allen wrench they sent along but once I switched to my own it went a lot faster and was easier on my fingers. But nice they sent one along for those who don't have their own. I would buy another if need arose and recommend to anyone looking for a small computer desk that does not take up a lot of room.

Overall, I adore this desk. I ordered two to replace the Balt LX dual desk, just so I could put my and my boyfriend's gaming systems on separate wall outlets to lighten the electrical load. I do not agree with other reviewers that you need the bottom shelf as a footrest. I find that it's small enough to where you are not reaching uncomfortably if your chair is at the proper height. I am not using the keyboard tray (see images) for keyboard/mouse because...the simply truth is that my gaming keyboards are too tall for the space provided in the tray area. Also, it is not nearly wide enough for a mechanical gaming keyboard and a hard mat. The upside is that the surface of the tabletop seems to be incredibly accurate and responsive with my Razer Naga mice. For my boyfriend's setup, his midsized homebuilt tower fits perfectly on the bottom shelf. This tower is your average larger size of most bought computers today, so you shouldn't have a problem there. He's using a RipJawz mechanical keyboard which was too tall and wide for the tray in combination with the mouse, so that is placed on top of the desk. His subwoofer also manages to fit on the bottom shelf. Our monitors are both compact ASUS 1ms HDMI monitors and we have them sitting on glass Uboards. These fit perfectly and provide a little bit of additional storage space under the monitor. His L/R speakers had nowhere to sit on the desktop, except behind the monitor. Not the greatest place for sound, but it's good until we can build shelving. Now....MY computer...please see images (it's the white computer tower). Someone had mentioned they had enough space for their full size tower and showed a picture. Theirs was a mid-size. THIS computer is a full size tower, and as you can see....it is practically the height of the entire desk and twice as deep. Obviously, putting this on the bottom shelf was a no-go, so I placed my 3-in-1 HP printer on the bottom shelf. The desk is so sturdy, my monitor doesn't even rattle when I'm printing, and I'm quite pleased with that. My keyboard is a MadCatz STRIKE TE mechanical gaming keyboard, which is a little less wide than the RipJawz, but taller...so it didn't fit in the keyboard tray area....howeve, I had enough space to work my Razer Vespula mouse mat on there....with difficulty. The keyboard is partially on the mat. I would have loved to have about four more inches of width on the whole desktop, but I wasn't even expecting this to work. :) Not looking for miracles, just space saving options and this fit the bill. As you can see, my subwoofer was quite a bit larger too and that had to go on the side....which ended up serving as a shelf for my headsets. I ended up using the keyboard tray as a tuckaway for my USB Blu-ray, SD drive, and external SSD. So, what's the final say? It's a preference. My Balt LX had more than enough room for all my options and extras. But I really needed the space in the room. If you have an extreme gaming system and just want a desk, but are not overly concerned about space....look elsewhere. If you're an average gamer in a college dorm, living with others, looking for something you can move around with ease or just need space....this is perfect. If you're a teacher who needs multiple desks for your students in a computer lab or elsewhere, you will LOVE these. Overall, recommended. But gamers use caution if you're a peripheral junky like me. Use my photos as reference to see which type of gamer you are.

I have to say, this is one of the best purchases i've made all year. I needed something temporary for a small space and came across this desk here on Amazon. I had shopped around previously at other local competitors and no one came close to the price of this one. The stand arrived well packed and only took me about 30 minutes to put together while taking my time. The desk is extremely sturdy and actually has a quality feel to it. Some of the other reviews state that the keyboard pullout is too shallow. If you have a Mac...this is not an issue as the keyboard is so small. It's perfect for Mac users! I've attached a photo of my 27" iMac 5K sitting on top. You won't regret your purchase.

I purchased this table for my home office which is a small room. This desk is very sturdy (and extremely heavy when it arrives in its very well packaged box). I am a 73 year old woman with some experience and abilities in diy. It took me about 1 1/2 hours from opening the box to placing the desk in the room. Here are some tips. FIRST, even though the instructions say otherwise, I would strongly suggest you put the leg caps on the legs first. This will save you a great deal of frustration while assembling the desk. Also, I layed all the pieces out on the floor before assembly. There is an included wrench that does everything you need except for the keyboard. It would be helpful if you have an additional person to assemble this desk without having it falling over. A chair had to suffice for my additional person. I would also suggest that you look for the holes that are rather semi drilled under the keyboard tray. They are difficult to see and you will need a Phillips Screwdriver for this particular part of the assembly. I used my battery operated screwdriver and it went together quickly. Lining up the keyboard was the most frustrating part of assembly for me. After the final tightening of the screws, the desk was ready for my computer. It is very solid - no swaying at all - and very functional. As I have shorter legs, I didn't find it cramped, as my legs go under the keyboard nicely. I actually put my wireless printer on the bottom shelf and it works like a dream. I did use a monitor riser on the top which allows my MAC MINI and my G-drive a space under my monitor. I have room for my router, my Logitech camera and my telephone on the top of the table. The best part is that is a a brilliant choice for the small space and keeps everything where I need it to be. I would think this would be ideal in a kids room as well.

For the price, this cannot be beat. I bought this for a new HP All-in-One desktop with a 24" display and weighing approximately 10 1/2 lbs. If put together correctly, it is very sturdy and capable of holding much more weight than my AIO. I don't understand the reviewers who wrote that this desk is for small kids. I'm a 6' man whose height is mainly in my legs and this is perfect. Even with my chair at the highest level, my legs are below the keyboard tray. It holds my AIO, Dymo label printer on the main shelf and my HP LaserJet printer on the bottom shelf. At first, I had concerns about the bottom shelf; I wondered "How can anyone sit at this desk with that shelf?". But it is not a problem at all, especially if using the keyboard tray, you'll be sitting far enough away that the shelf is no problem. I also read one reviewer state that when using the keyboard tray, her back couple rows of keys were inaccessible. I think that must have been a flawed, or incorrectly installed, unit. My keyboard is full size by modern standards (about 6" deep) and I have room to put it far enough back on the tray where the balls of my hands rest on the tray and all keys are accessible. BUT it was not as easy to assemble as all the reviews I read, but that may be due to my older age and poor vision; I had trouble with one assembly step. To connect the main work station (top shelf), you must screw the frame into the board through maybe 4" extenders. You screw from the bottom and it took me a very long time before I could match the screw to the hole in the shelf (the whole is very visible against the black surface but my vision is not good and it took me a long time....again, probably not a problem for most people....especially those young enough to bend at the knees with no pain :-). Overall, great desk for any adult or child and very sturdy.

In this price bracket I was having visions of paper veneer bubbling and scraping off, saggy low quality particle board, and rickety construction that I wouldn't trust with the weight of my equipment. Instead, this beauty arrived at my door. As the headline says, I was pleasantly surprised! This desk is very well built for the price. It went together very quickly. The laminate coating feels strong and seems like it will resist scratching and chipping. The shelves feel solid. I had no worries about filling up the bottom shelf with my gear. The keyboard tray slides very smoothly. While this desk serves my purposes 100% perfectly since I needed something that would fit in my closet, I would warn others that it is pretty small. A full size keyboard and mouse works, but to allow more room for the mouse, a compact keyboard without the number pad may be a better fit.

I needed a small, inexpensive desk for the kids and this fit the bill based on the many positive reviews. Even with all those reviews I wasn't setting my expectations too high as I've been disappointed before, but after having set this up I'm pleasantly surprised. Assembly is very easy and this desks overall sturdiness can be attributed to its simple design. As long as you're not sitting on it and rocking it from side to side, this should last a long time under normal use. The overall build has a small footprint and can easily be tucked away in a corner or other small spaces. The desk itself measures 19 inches deep, a little over 27 inches wide, and 28 inches tall

Good desk. Arrived in perfect condition, No peeling or scratches. If you plan on doing any kind of gaming with this desk you will have to assemble the desk without the bottom shelf. In fact I don't know how you would even sit at it with it on. The desk is sturdy enough without the bottom shelf, It shakes a little but it will take a lot to move your monitor enough to obscure your vision while gaming intensely. There is enough room for a keyboard with a detachable numpad and a mouse, I don't see you using a full size keyboard. If your okay with the mouse being on the desk and the keyboard in the tray below it isn't a problem but I need both hands level with eachother. There is NO place to put your computer at all, Even if the bottom shelf was on you would kick it and knee it constantly not to mention.... How do you sit. Overall its what I expected from a $35 desk, It does what I need it to do, Came in perfect condition, and was easy to set up.
