My husband (who has partial incontinence following prostate cancer surgery) decided reluctantly to buy a brief. He had been using regular underwear with a Tena Men's Guard, but as he got older he had more trouble with leaks, which caused him stress whenever we were away from home. I bought both the Real Fit and the Fit Flex for him to try. The Real Fit did fit better and were easier to put on and take off. (They cost more but are worth it!) He is so pleased with the fit--no problem wearing all his regular jeans, slacks, and shorts. He is especially happy to no longer have leaks!!! And these briefs are very absorbent and hold a lot if we are on a trip and can't find a rest room. Some commenters have said the briefs they get online are not as good as the ones they buy in stores. So far we have not had that problem.

these Depends men's underwear was shipped on time and packaged well and discretely for privacy,they fit well and fell like regular men's cloth underwear, My uncle now has the freedom to go out without any problems of possible leakage or showing that he is wearing any such depends underwear.

Well tailored and extremely comfortable

I have had surgery for prostate cancer and must now wear a "type" of protective underwear. I have found Depend REAL FIT excellent! It is "crafted/tailored" like a good brief and fits comfortably. It is extremely effective in its absorbing quality. I highly recommend this product!!

Functional

Just started to wearing adult diapers. So far I am satisfied with depends real fit briefs. They work. Getting used to wearing them.

Very comfortable

This is much more comfortable compared to the original one.. it feel more comfortable and thinner like an underwear. It's more breathable so it won't be so hot too.

Walmart 38 dollars at the store save money

Buy these for my dad they work well and are comfortable. You can buy these at Walmart for 38 dollars tax included and seem to be a better quality.

I am a prostate cancer survivor having had a prostatectomy and radiation therapy. Needless to say I have urinary incontinence issues from time to time and the Depend Real Fit briefs have been a real life saver for me. I was previously using the regular fit Depend briefs which have the appearance of adult diapers. I like the look and feel of the Real Fit as I wear these whenever I travel. They don't leak and wick moisture away from your skin when wet. I had an episode on my way to work and forgot to change them because they didn't feel wet. I wear the small/medium size and I am 5' 10" and weigh 160 lbs. The briefs fit snugly around my upper thighs to provide a secure seal without discomfort.
