• Use this distribution amp to strengthen signal reception from antenna to TV
  • This product should be installed by a qualified technician to ensure proper performance and suitability.
  • This amplifier will increase or amplify a TV signal, however it cannot create or produce a TV signal.
  • This amplifier is not designed to work with CABLE TV. It's sole purpose is to amplify TV signals ranging from 47 to 1000MHz.
  • If you are not experienced with the distribution of a TV signal you should not purchase this item.

AS STATED ABOVE IT NEEDS TO BE PLACED JUST BEFORE THE TV IF YOU HAVE AN OVER THE AIR DIGITAL ANTENNA AS THIS PRODUCT HELPS THE RANGE AND SIGNAL OF THE ANTENNA TREMENDOUSLY. MOST DIGITAL ANTENNA'S HAVE A CONTROLLER AND BOOSTER WITH AN ASSOCIATED BOX THIS MUST BE FIRST IN LINE WITH THE ANTENNA AND THEN INTO THE SKYWALKER AMPLIFIER AND THEN INTO THE TV. SIGNAL STRENGTH CAN BE MEASURED ON MOST TV MENU PROGRAMS COMPARE WITH AND WITHOUT THE AMPLIFIER IT IS A SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE,

Put this up to boost FM signal to my shop stereo. With no booster I get like two FM stations, with booster I now have 17. Have this coupled to a FM loop antenna from Radio Shack and it works awesome. I am pulling in stations from over 100 miles away. Don't know how it works for TV, but for FM it is doing an awesome job.

Hooked the thing up and told TV to go scan channels and wow.... it did. I have a bad location as my TV stations are both directly North as well as others directly South. With out the Pre-amp got one station with 6 subsets. With Pre-amp I got 41 stations counting subsets i.e. 64-1,2,3,4,5,6 and 28-1,2,3,4 etc. Still have not conquered the gain control as TV in another room with 40 feet of coax will need 2 people one for sig strength and one to tweak gain. This sky38323 works for me with nothing but an old "4 bay bow tie" stuck against the side of the house about 6 feet off the ground. I am astounded as I expected it to be a waste of money as all the other things I have tried such as the "150 mile" nonsense that gets maybe 10 channels and is directional.

Got this to amplify TV signal from my Mohu Airwave basic antenna. Some stations behind my city building, opposite window exposure. Many registered stations, but would not play/ completely unusable. Including CBS/ some major stations. Happy to say, putting this booster in line between the included Airwave antenna and the Airwave unit (an experiment) made almost all of the 66 local stations that were picked up useable. All the majors now perfectly clear 👍! Very happy with the provided (adjustable) boost. It worked!

Used to boost the FM signal from a simple indoor half-wave dipole antenna to either Adcom GTP-400 tuner-preamp or Yamaha T-8500 tuner. The Skywalker amp raised the signal level to the Adcom tuner by two bars out of five for the two stations of interest that were running one or two bars at best. Made stereo listening possible where signal had only been strong enough for mono on one station. The variable gain control made one bar of difference between minimum and maximum. Unit appears solid and well-built externally. Energy consumption for this 2.4 watt unit for entire year would be about 21 kilowatt hours and would cost cost about $2.40 in our town in So. Central MN. However, I have the Skywalker plugged into the switched output of the tuner, so it is off when tuner is off.

I have two long run coax in my house and needed to boost the signal out to them. I tried several other types of boosters and all of them didn't do anything or lost more than gained. Tried this one and it works perfectly. Plus, it was less expensive than the others as well so bonus.

Live in central Virginia and installed an amplified antenna in the attic. However the amp that came with the antenna only had a 10 dB gain. The Richmond stations are near the max distance for my antenna and some of them pixel ate depending on the weather with my original setup. Bought the skywalker and now everything is sharp all the time.

I was looking for a slightly more powerful signal to upgrade on the ANTOP 400 BV Antenna. The SKY 38323 did the trick! Pixilation was a problem on some of the UHF RF signal, the Fox,MyNet and CW affiliates. This amplifier solved that issue. I recommend this product. The other thing to note is that this unit doesn’t produce AM interference to nearby radios!

I have been looking for this type of product for several years a Variable Gain TV Amplifier. It works great in my application of combining 2 TV antennas with a "Combiner" and then feeding that output to the "Skywalker Amplifier". The combiner has some signal loss so the Amplifier is need to boost the signal level. As a design engineer I would use a knob with a pointer so it is easier to restore to the position I want to use.

This is a great antenna amplifier. It does boost the signal significantly leading to more watchable channels. The casing is metal and the construction is very professional. Don't be fooled by the low price. This thing does its job. I installed it in the attic together with the antenna. I live in a suburban area about 45 miles from the closest transmitters and without it, I get 25 watchable channels, with it the number increases to 65.
