My kids, 22months and 5 years, LOVE these. However, I do not believe these are worth paying over $30 for. Should be closer to 20 in my opinion because you don't get much in the box.

This magnet set is a good choice for little hands (and mouths). Toddlers like to taste everything, but this set is safe for the very young. It’s a good learning toy to become familiar with magnets, and even fun for adults! I feel it’s a bit on the expensive side; wish there were more pieces for the $.

This is a favorit for my 22 month old and 5 year old nephew. They love playing with it! Parts are big so you don't have to worry about a chocking hazard.

My grandchildren, ages 3 - 6, play with these for hours. They are so versatile and really stretch the children's imaginations. I love the bright colors.

I've always been fascinated by magnets. These were not as expensive as some I have found but perfect for a two-year-old! I love them and plan to buy more but the other types I've seen are quite a bit more so . . .These are large enough so that a child cannot put them in their mouth or choke, etc. I think little ones believe they are "magical." I'll have to continue to look on Amazon.com for more of these types of toys.

Got this for my grandson for his 4th birthday. He loves it!

I love these! I use them in my pediatric OT practice. They are a perfect size. It is true that they aren't well-suited to construction, as the magnets (while strong enough to hold any 2 pieces together very well) aren't strong enough to hold up to the weight of multiple pieces. This does not decrease the value of them for me, as I find the cylindrical pieces to be the perfect size to promote a good grasp pattern - particularly for a hand with increased tone. I can disperse the balls on the floor and motivate a child to hold a rod and reach with it to pick up the balls from sit, all fours, from tall kneel, prone over a ball, etc. Separating the pieces is a great bilateral task, and the pieces can be sorted by color!

I love that my 18 month old can play with these magnets without me worrying about the typical dangers that come along with magnets in general. They are very fun to play with and use with the IKEA Spontan magnet board!

I purchased these for a daycare setting and the kids love them. They have spent hours building with these and love to roll the balls around. The only thing I don’t really like is the red soft sided storage container for them. It is very easy to bend and break.

I got this as a gift for my 1 year old nephew. He loved it!!! I have worked in preschool for a long time and I had seen this product in schools. It is the first time I order it. The packing was excellent, the box came in perfect condition. The quality of the toy is great and seems durable. The pieces of the toy are the perfect size for little hands to hold and manipulate. The magnet is strong enough so that he could easily put them together. Really fun and a great developmental toy for fine motor, eye hand coordination.
