Arctic Zero is low cal & low carb, & IMO the best of the ice cream 'cousins'

Many of the flavors are fabulous; the entire carton is only 135-160 kcals/20 carbs (unless you choose one of the flavors with brownie bits, etc. in them). The chocolate, chocolate mint, cookies & cream are my favourites, but all of them are great (except maybe the pistachio, it was a little sweet for me; chocolate peanut butter is a little dry). Unfortunately, this is harder to find now, but I much prefer it over Halo Top or Enlightened. A little pricey, but I'm an anxiety eater and, especially since covid19, I can grab a carton and still feel good if I eat the entire thing (it happens :\). I am SO HAPPY that Amazon Fresh carries it now. Yay!

The only 160 kcal chocolate ice cream of which we know

It's great. Haven't found anything remotely as pleasant in this calorie range. It also doesn't make us feel sick, sticky, gummy and provides all the typical values we search for in an ice cream product. Not fearing the scale is a big value add in our humble opinion. We still hate Amazon shipping for this product. See other recommendations where we've explained our experiences with AMZN shipping --- which is so close to unacceptable we'd punt were it not we really like this product.

Artic Zero chocolate

This is the best tasting alternative to the real thing. Too much sugar and calories in real ice cream. As long as Artic Zero is available I will continue to purchase and gobble it.

Tasty and satisfying. Microwave it first.

Very tasty when a little melty - put it in the microwave for a minute first. Amazingly low in calories period because it also has protein fiber it is more filling and satisfying than expected.

Tasty! Really tasty for 160 calories. I’m not picky when it comes to healthy food and it tastes good. Just ordered a second one
