This is such a good buy. I bought the paper towel holder to use for hand towels in our half bath. I love that you can pull the towel right off rather than lift it up and over in this small space. We have plaster walls and the just the two screws securely anchored it to the wall. Thanks to everyone's reviews I save a lot of money and got a quality bar (toilet paper holder too) that looks sleek and classic.

Beautiful, quality product!

Very simple and easy installation. A few screws in, and POOF, you're all done! The towel holder itself looks very stylish sleek. I'm sure the shiny pearl white would look good in many kitchens! Functionality is perfect as well. As much use as you'd hope to get out of a paper towel holder, you certainly will get out of this thing. There's really not a bad thing to say about this product. You'll be getting exactly what you are looking for, and you won't be disappointed. Beautiful, quality product!

Great paper towel holder!

We purchased this item to get our paper towels up off the counter. We installed it vertically and have been very please with how it looks as well as how easy it is to remove a paper towel. It is also very simple to change out the paper towel roll once it runs out. Great sturdy and effective product!

Best in price range, sturdy, all metal construction!!

For the price, this is the nicest paper towel holder that I could find on Amazon. Most other holders in the same price range seem to be made of cheap plastic. We mounted this under one of our cabinets, and we couldn't be happier with the result. The whole unit is made of metal, and it is not flimsy or cheap in the slightest.The two screws that it came with were a little too long for where we were putting it, so I ended up using two shorter screws that I had on hand. That is my only "complaint" with this, but it was no real trouble to fish out a couple smaller screws from the ole' junk drawer.

Nice simple bar, pleasant design.

Nice simple bar, mounted it under my cabinets. Looks like a painted finish but being its a paper towel holder I don't see the finish getting chipped or worn off anytime soon. Matches nicely with my brushed stainless handles on the cabinets. Mounts on any flat surface where there's enough room. Light but sturdy construction. If you mount this under a cabinet like I did you have 2.25" of room above the top of the bar so big rolls of paper towels may not fit or may rub. I have no issues with it. I have it mounted to hard wood and it is sturdy!

Beautiful, sturdy, functional

We are very pleased with this paper towel holder and would buy it again. Pros: - Sturdy, well made - Attractive design and color - Easy to change the paper towel roll Cons: - As with many paper towel holders, one often gets more sheets than they want. We previously had the Kamenstein Perfect Tear one and liked it very much, however, the pros of this InterDesign model outweigh the 'more sheets than I wanted' issue - We have it situated such that, if one wants to use it, one would only be able to pull from right to left. This prevents one from inadvertently pulling the roll off the holder. One would have to decide placement of the holder with care so as to lessen the occurrence of someone inadvertently pulling the paper towel roll of the holder.

LOVE THIS! Just what I needed to keep my counter space as clear as possible. It's very sturdy and is perfect. I wish I would have bought this years ago!

Solid, easy to change. Needs to have longer extension.

I added this to a desk I am using as a candy shop in my home theater. Over attached it to the side of the desk but my only issue is the part coming from the desk is too short. I buy name brand paper towels and new rolls are too snug in there. Cheaper no name brands at half the roll would fit well I assume. The picture attached is a partially used roll. I'm too lazy to get a full roll on for the picture, sorry.

i love this! it’s so nice looking and very easy to install PROS: only tools needed are a drill or a phillips head screw driver. it takes 5 minutes to install and anyone can do it. it’s priced very reasonable and looks very nice. comes with all necessary equipment CONS: if you have thin cabinets, the screw is long and will go right through it, leaving you with an exposed screw in your cabinet

Works great in RV

We easily installed this paper towel holder up high on the side of a cabinet in the RV and it works well to hold paper towels. It worked well for some time and then after one trip, we opened the RV to find that the whole roll of paper towels had come unwound and was all over the place! (Not the holder's fault, but funny.) We keep the towels "tied up" when in motion now. But we do like this holder as it's easy to put the roll of towels on and take the roll off. (Not sure why they're asking about the "Softness" of this holder!)
