Sturdy and heats evenly.

This was the top-rated griddle at Cook's Illustrated, and the first griddle that I've owned or cooked on. It performed very well in terms of browning on pancakes, even heating, and maintaining heat - no splotchy bits on my pancakes. I have one burner that is smaller than the other, and it wasn't able to compensate for that, so I can't quite get the most use out of it, but when I get a new stove someday it will be better. It still gives me more room than my 12" skillet, it appears to be very sturdy, and I'd recommend it!

The best griddle I have ever owned

We were looking to replace our kitchen griddle and I was clued into the Analon griddle by Cooks Illustrated. I have been very please with this product. It is much lighter than our previous steel griddle, and the non-stick surface preforms quite well. The surface heats up very evenly, there are no issues with cold or hit spots. It's fantastic for breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon...) and also comes in handle for making grilled sandwiches/quesadillas. If you're looking for a really nice stove top griddle, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better one that the Anolon.

very pleased

Have had this griddle for over a month and used it almost every day. At first it was difficult getting our new ceramic cook top regulated so things did not burn on the griddle as the burners seem to require different settings. Since learning the proper settings it is a great piece of equipment, easy to use, non stick, cooks a pound of bacon at one time, handy and safe to drain bacon fat with the well positioned handles and pouring spout. It cleans like a charm and hangs for easy storage. It is very easy to clean in warm soapy water.

GREAT PRODUCT..MANY USES

Very happy with this purchase. It's lightweight; yet durable. I wondered about the metal spatula that came with it, but it doesn't seem to scratch the griddle . With short space in my kitchen, I place it over the less used burners on my electric stove. So it's handy, and doesn't scratch the ceramic surface.

Durable and works well

Came quickly and well wrapped. I’ve had this exact same griddle for 10 years and finally retired it. It had a build up of cooking spray. If I had treated it better, it would have lasted longer. Excellent product for the price. We use it for pancakes, primarily.

Works great!

This was another Christmas present I got for my wife at her request. She uses it about twice a week and we haven't had any complaints. We use it to scramble eggs, cook bacon or sausage and it's great for cooking homemade hash browns because you have the extra room to get a big batch cooked all the way though. The spatula it came with also works great. This is a very durable product, cleans up great in the dishwasher. I also use it to cook cheeseburgers for everyone all at once and it's the next best thing to using the grill outside so I'll be using this one a lot during the winter months!

Great Nonstick Pan

So far, after having this double-burner pan for about a month, I am very pleased with it because the nonstick surface works well, it is easy to clean, and the pan is easy to handle, being lighter in weight than my last one. Also, the coating on the handles keeps them from getting hot when the pan is hot. This pan is so much better than the last two pans I had purchased at the local stores.

Finally... the perfect griddle

I don't write reviews very often unless I am really impressed or really disappointed. This is the best investment I have made in a very long time. This griddle is perfect. Just the right size for a breakfast for two. NOTHING sticks to it and it cleans up in a breeze. It's seriously perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Cleans up easy.

I like the surface and it cleans up very easy. I use it for pancakes, casedias and anything that can be fried in a shallow pan. I never use any grease in this but if I do I do not wash with dish soap. I just wipe it off with paper towels.
