This is the first and only zinc I've been able to take with not queasy stomach. I had given up on zinc supplements but thought I would try this one. I already use this brand for about 90% and I LOVE this brand. A little pricy but I'm not peeing my vitamins in the toilet like all the other brands.

Love these, even got not pregnant times

Love these!!! I have a very sensitive runny and these are great, even if you're not prego! Also, they're capsules and I think free from papaya and pineapple (I'm allergic). I like the added ginger as it helps my sensitive tummy. I have methylation issues and this made it so I don't have to take a ton of vitamins, only one multi and a few extras. Really appreciate these!

I’m obsessed! Great immune booster

Zinc is incredible. I used to get sick rather easily, I’m in college so around hundreds of people per day. I heard zinc could help the immune system and I was desperate so I gave it a try. I took the white zinc pills from a drug store, which did help my immune system too, but these vitamin code zinc pills help my sleep too. My immune system is much stronger since taking this. My boyfriend and roommate recently got the flu but somehow I didn’t and I’m convinced it’s because this zinc. Give it a try!

I ordered this s couple months ago and it worked great! But I decided to try a different brand that was cheaper...two different times. And neither worked as good for my acne as this! It clears my face right up!

Hormonal acne+ vegetarian + paragard IUD

This review is for people that suffers hormonal acne. I was suffererring for really bad acne and I didn’t know what was the cause. I tried being vegan ( I am vegetarian). Cleaning my face 2x per day, changed all my skin products and nothing worked. Until I realized that having the IUD in my body was making me weak in Zinc plus with a vegetarian diet and a surgery which I used antibiotics for a month !! The IUD eliminates the Zinc in your body and I don’t get enough being vegetarian. I started taking these Pills + probiotics and yeast. You guys can’t believe how my skin is. I feel so confident and proud I got to listen to my body and it’s needs. I hope I can help people that are in the same situation!

These zinc vitamins really helped me with my acne. My blemishes dried up same day they appeared. Now my face is much better but i combined it with clean diet(no gluten, dairy, sugar) and used apple cider vinegar on my face every day.

Works great

This works great. I take this along with a vitamin D supplement and I feel its helped heal my hormonal acne. I"ve also noticed an increase in hair and nail growth

Works for us

My daughter catches a cold with the slightest blowing of the wind. About a week ago she started coughing after being out in 50 degree weather for a couple of hours. Even though we take What I believe to be high quality supplements, and vit. D3 and K2 she still catches colds very easily. As a joke I told her she probably needed to take some zinc and I found a used bottle of GOL zinc in the cabinet. She took one and that night she did't cough, and the next day all of her cold symptoms were gone. She do pool closing and sometimes have to work in cooler weather and even rain. Since she have been taking this zinc in the morning a copper at night no more colds. This is for a kid who would catch summer colds, so whatever is in this stuff (because a lot of people were complaining that they don't disclose the source of their zinc) all I can say is it works for us. As a side note I started taking it too because I took the zinc tally and could't taste it so I realized that my levels were low as well, and now I can smell a whole lot better which is a blessing and a curse.

Best choice, most effective

Was using an opti-zinc before this. This is much better. I now have clearer focus stronger immune function and less B.O. This is easily the best zinc suppliment that i have used seems to be more effective. Awesome for during cold & flu season. Men need this more as well because every time we urinate we lose some zinc if we had any to begin with
