Poopy diapers. They’re not so bad. Then your baby gets diarrhea, and it’s everywhere. Or you’re changing your baby, and she has one of those rocket poops that sprays the wall across the room and soaks your disgusted mother-in-law who knows you suck as a person and are just barely winging it as a parent. That changing pad cover we all got at the shower is now permanently stained with whatever poor food decision made your precious one sick in the first place. That stain’s not coming out. Time to kill it with fire. This thing spares you from all that. Not the rocket-poo - there’s no stopping that. This thing stops you having to throw away totaled linens all the time. It’s so easy. You just wipe it off. I’m laughing hysterically right now. I’ve been such a fool. Why didn’t someone tell me sooner about this thing. I’m five kids in. My mother-in-law might think I know something. She might have respected me sooner. It’s also heavy (not too heavy), so it doesn’t slide around when my boys are trying to escape the diaper change. I love it so much! One thing - don’t set it directly on a finished wood surface as it will discolor it. Our changing table is fabric underneath so it works great. One idea would be to lay a couple pieces of tile under it, or a scrap of granite from a kitchen design store. Get creative and make it look how you want. And in fact my mother-in-law is great. She helps me all the time. I love her so much, and I’m fairly certain she loves me more than she loves her own child. She’s the best.

After using the Peanut for the last month, I thought I better write a review. My wife and I got this for our first kid and at first were a little leery because of the cost. Since then it's been a life saver. We have a 4 week old boy and not having to strip down and clean a changing cover at 4am when he pees all over is priceless. To all other dads or soon to be dads out there, do yourself a favor and get this product. The first time you sleepily wonder 'why is my shirt getting wet and warm...?' you'll be glad clean up involves a paper towel or rag, not a trip downstairs to the washing machine. My wife is making me clarify that if you get peed on you should indeed make a trip to the washing machine to clean your clothes, all I meant was you didn't need to wash the lining to a changing table.

My husband and I agree that this is EASILY our favorite baby item! We debated getting a traditional changing pad with the covers and liners, but we’re so glad we got this instead. It’s super soft and so easy to wipe down. And when you consider the cost of a changing table, pad, liners, etc it’s basically the same price - but A LOT less laundry! We’ve been using it for just over 6 weeks, during the winter months, and it doesn’t seem cold (we keep the house around 68-70 degrees). We haven’t noticed any discoloring from poop yet but I won’t care if it eventually happens. It’s all about the functionality. We wipe up any spills immediately and I wipe every so often with Method cleaning wipes. Will definitely be recommending this to all my friends! UPDATE: it’s discolored now but we still don’t care. This thing saves us our sanity at least once a week.

This looked like a good product but I wasn't going to buy it because of how much it cost. In the end I gave in and it was one of the best decisions we made for baby products! My wife and I are thankful we got it every single day. The first time our baby pooped on it in the middle of the night and we had it clean in about 10sec without having to throw anything in the washer my wife and I looked at each other and said "this changing table was SO worth it!" I am encouraging all my expecting friends to buy it as well. We also love how portable it is, we keep it in babies room at night but often move it into the living room during the day. We even took it with us on an overnight trip! Life is hard enough as new parents but this changing table makes it a little easier. We would buy it again in an instant.

Best diaper changer ever. It is expensive at around a hundred dollars, but if you think about it, a regular diaper changer is about $20, and you then buy 4 sets of covers for it because poop will get on the cover and you'll have to wash the covers, and you're looking at about a hundred dollars and a lot of extra work. Just get this one. The only down side is poop will stain the foam. I've been using this for just a month and the foam is already stained yellow where my baby's butt lies.

I went a few months with baby before deciding to order this. What was the kicker? Baby started rolling, and rolling, and rolling. Especially during diaper changes. The Keekaroo helps keep her contained so I don't have to worry about her rolling off the changing table. It is bigger than I imagined, but I know she will growth with it. It is a breeze to clean too - just wipes clean. Baby does seem to not like how it is cold on her back during diaper changes, so I lay a little cloth under her back as a little barrier.

Oh boy, the price. It’ll just about take your breath away thinking about the cost. But then you realize you don’t have to ever buy changing pad covers. Or wash them. Or store them. It’s a hallelujah moment. This changer is soft, closed cell foam - so it won’t absorb anything. It wipes clean easily and I spritz it with hydrogen peroxide if it gets soiled. It is ingeniously engineered so that the top of the baby is flattish, and then the changer slopes downwards slightly so that all of the messy parts are not in line with the head. My infant has pooped and peed (left a lovely puddle of mess) while on the table and it simply pooled. Easy clean up AND my baby didn’t get mess everywhere (like, in her hair). I had this for my first child 10 years ago and knew that THIS was going to be an essential piece of nursery equipment this time around. Highly recommended.

Honestly, I love this thing. Everytime my daughter is on this thing she smiles. From day one, it really supports her growing weight and it isn’t flimsy. I told her today we are going upstate and using this as a sled when she outgrows diapers lol. It’s so worth it. You look at the price and say the hell with that and you may be right. But everytime I put her on it, she lights up. It’s one of my favorite items at home for her. It doesn’t slip and it’s super thick. Yes it’s heavy but it’s awesome quality. No slip covers ever. When she was a new born I always used like a little towel so she wouldn’t feel it cold, now I don’t have to. I only put a little pillow and blanket where her head would be (to prevent flathead) to give her comfort, and she loves it! I love it! The amount she kicks around is ridiculously high and this thing doesn’t move or make that annoying crinkling sound the cheaper ones do. Listen your kid deserves it.

This diaper changer is the best there is. We have owned one for 2,5 years and we use it daily. It still looks like new and I know we will keep using it for a long time. I recently got another one to gift to my pregnant sister. I'm sure she will love it as well as we do and use it for many years to come. It's definitely worth the money, every parent should need one for their kids. I really like that the mat itself is sturdy and won't move on the changing table, and that you don't need any covers for it. You can easily wipe it clean when it gets dirty. In my opinion this is the best product to own for new parents.

This is a great product. Yes, it is expensive for what it is (a glorified block of plasticky foam), but it is a great design that will save you time and energy. Well worth it in my opinion. I started by putting a blanket on it because I thought my daughter would feel cold but honestly I wouldn't bother: the blanket will get stained with poop and your baby will kick around in the poop and make a huge mess. I've found that putting my baby directly on it works great. The pee or poop that inevitably occurs during changing pools at the bottom, so it's out of the way of her frantically kicking legs and I just wipe it up later with paper towels and baby wipes. So much easier than having to machine wash something every time. This thing is also somehow very stable. I thought it would move around alot but honestly it sticks right there (on our wood table) even though my daughter is extremely fidgety while being changed. Also is pretty safe with the raised sides, though I still wouldn't walk away from the table just in case. It comes with a bit of oily film as noted in other reviews but literally just wipe it with a baby wipe and gone. One of the few baby products that is actually super useful and worth the money.
