I can't say that I have notice a difference when using this so it may or may not work for me I don't know, I'm always trying different supplements so it's hard to say. That said my kids went out drinking one night and this happened to be on the kitchen table when they came home and they thought I left it out for them to help with any potential hangover they might have so they took before going to bed. They swear that this must be the reason they didn't have a hangover when they woke up, and for that reason it its five stars from me. They don't drink often,(to my knowledge) but when they do they make sure to drink this after and so far so good.

On Keto Diet, lot of cramping in legs, back and torso at night and did not sleep well. Tried taking Magnesium supplements which helped a little bit, but still did not help with the cramping at night. I've been taking Lyte Balance for a while and was only probably taking it once or twice a day and was feeling a little better, but still had problems at night sleeping with cramps. So I started taking 3 to 4 servings of Lyte Balance a day and have had no cramps last two nights and sleeping a lot better. Definitely going to order Lyte Balance again and keeping taking it at least 3 times a day.

This one has the most complete list of electrolytes, not just sodium and potassium. The price is very reasonable, and it's easy to take. I also got an email from the CEO a few days after purchasing on what adjustments to make depending on how salty it tastes to you, which can vary from day to day. I tried this after some intense snow shoveling sessions recently, and it really helped to recover my energy more quickly. That "whole body fatigue" didn't last as long. Very happy with this, and will purchase again. All the electrolyte benefits without the unhealthy sugary mix of "sports drinks".

I started using Lyte Balance when I was eating a ketogenic diet to lose weight. There's this thing called keto flu that can happen when you start the diet, can cause flu-like symptoms, headache, and brain fog. Increasing electrolyte consumption can relieve the symptoms greatly. I found Lyte Balance was the lowest carb/sugar option. Start with using one cap-full in a tall glass of water. It will have a slightly salty taste. You can add it to any liquid, soup, smoothies, something that wouldn't be ruined by a little salty taste. To get more magnesium I sometimes add it to a Natural Calm powder - warmed drink (Raspberry Lemon is my preferred flavor). I'm also a migraine and headache sufferer. I have absolutely noticed an improvement in headache/migraine frequency when I use an Lyte Balance regularly. When I feel a low-grade headache coming on, I'll drink a tall glass with a cap-full or two, it quite often prevents the headache from settling in. With migraines there's usually no stopping it, I always vomit excessively and drinking electrolytes does help me recover faster. I live in a hot part of the US, Lyte Balance is my go-to for hiking, attending regional Burning Man events, or being outside in general. I'll carry a 32oz Nalgene with water and 2 cap-fulls in it to sip on and camelbak of plain water. If I start to feel a little dizzy or dehydrated, I chug down some of the Lyte Balance water and recover quickly. I've ordered at least 6 bottles since 2016, never had an issue with quality. I highly recommend the product, it's a necessity for me.

I was suffering with leg cramps at night and had to find a solution; this was it, for me. One good squirt in my coffee every morning is all I've needed to keep the leg cramps at bay. And it doesn't alter the taste of my coffee.

As a martial artist who occasionally competes, but am always training, this stuff has never let me down. Not an energy booster or anything like that, it makes it so that workouts dont leave me depleted and feeling like a man who has just walked through the desert. I just take 1-2 cap fulls before a workout, and I always feel amazing afterwords. I would recommend this to anyone who is active, non-active, or people with a pulse. Oh, really effective for hangover recuperation as well.

I have ordered this twice so far, and I'm planning to buy again soon. I bought this just for one reason, so I could add my own electrolytes to my drinks and not have to buy so much Smart Water. This is really helpful if you have a medical condition where you get muscle spasms a lot. I had them so bad, but using only this as instructed has cut them out completely. This is great to have around when someone gets sick too, instead of having to run out and buy some gatorade or whatever you prefer, adding this to fruit juice tastes just the same as gatorade, and YOU control how much you need. I have added this to coffee, tea, and juice. I haven't tried milk or water just because I don't want to taste the saltiness too much. If there was one downside to this, it would be the price. You get a pretty small bottle that lasts for about a month for one person. In the same way, I guess it's better for the environment because you can cut down on how many bottles of water you are drinking and just add this to cups or re-usable bottles.

Wow! This is super awesome! I bought this for mom. She was just diagnosed with a rare advanced stage breast cancer and severe lung disease, so she will be having to have surgery and then start chemo and radiation treatments within the next two weeks. Trying to help her anyway I can, I thought about her hydration, I'm kind of a weirdo about making sure people are well hydrated, so I looked into electrolyte helpers. I thought it might help to start out her treatments being balanced, so I came across this. It's ingredients are: Sodium 281mg, Potassium 350mg, Magnesium 50mg, phosphate, chloride, bicarbonate and sulfate. This is just ideal for her potassium and magnesium deficiencies. I worried over the sugar and dyes in sports drinks not being great for her, and the blandness of water...so this was exactly what I was looking for. It has great reviews and I really liked that it could be added to juice or milk. Mom was reluctant to try it. She made me try it first lol we only used water for the first tasting. We weren't sure if it was just a hyped up product. So, I mix up the cap full in a glass of water, bottoms up! Apparently my face was priceless lol It was like drinking salt with a hint of water! so gross! I couldn't believe the flavor, BLEH!! so I had my brother immediately drink a glass too..."what are you going on about, there isn't any saltiness at all?" I couldn't believe it! So then mom drinks a sip and has the same reaction as me! Bleh!! looks at my brother and asks how he can't taste that?! hahaha! Later that night I check my emails and read about how the saltiness is the sign of an electrolyte imbalance Lol So, I have been having her drink 2 times everyday, but she drinks it in lemonade, says it is much easier to drink salty. Luckily after about a week, she has said there is no saltiness, and feels a little better. Now she drinks one cap full each day. I have also been drinking it and notice I feel much better and our lips are much less chapped, gums aren't so red, and our skin feels and looks better, which are just a few areas that show outward signs of dehydration. This has been especially great for my mom. A bonus is that it's so great for me too who gets too busy at work and forgets to eat and drink as much as I need too until after my shift. Cannot recommend this product enough and will be ordering more very soon. I have had all my family members try this, and we all agree this is much better than tablets. While I can appreciate the handiness of the the tablets and still keep them in my purse, I feel like Lyte Balance is simply better. This is not a hyped up product, this is a truly awesome product. Also, I was not offered a discount or free product in exchange for an honest review, I am simply a consumer raving about a legit product. Best wishes :)

My Ronin Trainer and Doctor recommended this drink to get a healthy balance of sodium, magnesium, and Potassium. So, this is the best Electrolyte concentrate I have used. Not bad and it has helped with the cramps and spasms.

This is such a simple, tasty and effective way to make sure our whole family is getting the electrolytes they need. It is super interesting to see how our needs change from week to week as well. Pour 1 capful into a glass then add 8 oz of water and taste. To save, I pour small amounts of the mixed 'sample' into small cups for everyone to taste and then assess our needs for more or less from there. One of us then finishes the main glass and I mix more for anyone else that needs it. Also helpful is the tracking sheets that you can get from their website so I can remember who needs it and who doesnt.
