I will revise this review after I get some service from PDP. I'm a female gamer so it fits my head just perfect alittle big in fact, this is the first headset I have ever owned like this and was a gift from my mom for a late Christmas present. after receiving though is where the 3 stars comes into play I need an adapter cable for it to work on my PS3, that is not provided with the headset you have to contact PDP, so I did like the book said call the 1800 number I called it and got told to go to the website to file for my adapter piece, then just for the heck of it I hooked this headset to my brothers xbox to see what the sound quality was like on there surprise surprise I need another adapter since both systems are HDMI linked and not hooked up with the original cables this piece is needed and in the book it says after you call it's free and 2 days shipping, issue is it's 2 day shipping from when they get your ticket so if they don't get it for several days you don't get to have optimal game sound till then. All in all if you hook your systems up with HDMI be ready to not use your headset for awhile unless you have the original cables ready like I did for my PS3 but also be ready to go down in visual quality for better sound. I will again revise once I receive the items needed to let future buyers know how long it will take. Ok so as I said I would revise if I received the adapters and I have so my review on this is WOW !!! I never received a message back from the company they just sent the adapters, not a bad thing at all but it does show they are working on customer service just make sure you file the claim ticket at the right place on the website. The sound quality is AMAZING !!! it takes some getting used to if your like me and never had surround sound headsets before. you have to do some adjusting to the sounds and from what I can tell mine are backwards where it says chat it's actually the game and vice versa but it's not a big deal since I know that's the issue I just adjust from knowing that. if you have any issues hooking up your headset don't get frustrated go here( [...] )they have instructional videos for all electronics, plus they will tell you where to go to file your tickets for the adapters I would really recommend these if your really looking for a quality item and to block out sound.

Best headset in my opinion definitely get the wired version

I have already bought 4 of these. 3 green and 1 blue. Best headset in my opinion definitely get the wired version. Ear cuffs are extremely comfortable for long hours. Top head band doesn't squeeze your head so it fits just right. Play hours of games and can't hear someone calling me they work so well. The chat voice is clear on both sides, and my friends hear me perfectly. Many have bought the same brand and agree these things are awesome

QUALITY! A Benchmark Headset

This headset comes in a Collector's Box. OMG! The box is a work of art. The head set comes with a comfortable double head wrap. The outer is a Halo effect Glowing Aqua light as do the earpieces. The fit is comfortable and fits comfortably across your head and the ear pieces shroud your ears with a Vacuum effect. Anatomically crafted. The wiring is heavy gauge and won't pull out with a slight pull I.E.: Stepping on the cord while your wearing them. They are built to last and should. The sound is controlled by a Shirt/pocket clipped Master Volume control that works well and holds your settings, it even has an Aqua lighted LED. SWEET!! OH! The sound. I am using them listening to my Rock n Roll faves. They have the quality sound of "Creative Products" Quality. Every sound is crystal clear. You will hear sounds in your music you probably have never heard B4. As far as Gaming. Words cannot describe the experience you will have on in game music, effects and dialogue. The Microphone tucks away into the earpiece out of your way when you are not using it. YUP, it has an Aqua Light at the tip. Lastly they are almost noise cancelling. If someone is talking to you, you will have to remove them to hear, they really isolate you in your listening. ESCAPE and ENJOY! Nuf said. :{~

Great for tiny heads

These headphones have fantastic sound and fit fantastically on me! I can wear them comfortably for hours! However I should note my husband, who has larger than average head, cannot really wear them comfortably (it works, but he says he wouldn't wear them for longer than an hour or so tops). My head is smaller than average and I think they fit better than most other pairs I have had. Good sound, great sound from the mic, and universal. I also think the blue lights look really cool when they are in use. :)

Awesome and Wicked Sound

These headphone are simply as cool in sound as they look. The audio response is just awesome, both in games on the PS3 and on the Computer. I was so impressed with them, that I ordered a second set. Now I have one for my music and one for my PS3. I'll most likely order another set for my Home Entertainment System as well. Just an excellent sound. I highly recommend this audio headgear for both music and game lovers alike.

Great headphones.

This Afterglow Wired headset is great. At first though, it seems tight on the ears, But after a few days i got used to it and now i dont feel a tightness. It is very cool at night because it glows green and i called my friend on skype he said he heard me very clearly. I reccomend this product to people with not a large head, but maybe a young teenager. I thought 5 stars would do. The only other bad thing about it is that the leather around the ears looks like it might peel easily if got wet or a tiny cut. Other than that, its a great product. Also the wire i think is a bit too long. my computer is only like 1 foot away and its like 4 feet long. maybe longer.

great sound quality.

i bought this on amazon and my wife probably loves it more than me. sounds is awesome. best deal if getting wired controller. i use it on hopper -ps3 and 360 and all works great. just remember to keep included green cable to hook to your 360 controller.

Great sound quality

Great sound quality they have held up very well the only bad thing is I guess I tend to twist them everytime I take them off the wire is exposed where it meets the headset . But they still work . I had to buy a second one because the piggyback jacks sccidently were broken off and I couldnt find a replacment cord .
