Yummy! Nicer texture than other almond butters

Love the texture! It doesn't separate like other almond butters do. It's creamier than the Marantha brand, and the color is more like that of peanut butter than that of almond butter.

Awesome SCD Almond Butter

This is a wonderfully smooth nut butter that has great flavor - better than all other brands we've tried that are (1) gritty, (2) oil separated (which I don't mind except the hassle and the awful, hard, dry stuff at the bottom third of the jar that becomes nearly inedible), and (3) even natural brands that have "all natural" ingredients. The flavor and texture are great and I love that it's SCD legal with ZERO sugar or sweetener of any kind. I do love the nuttier flavor common to other almond butters, so if you are looking for the strong almond butter flavor, this isn't it. It's more mellow (my family likes both). This was our first nut butter on SCD and I'm so glad we found it. It's super pricey, which is a bummer, but well worth it.

The best almond butter

This almond butter is absolutely delicious. I love that there’s no added salt or sugar. The consistency is very smooth and creamy (photo attached), and the taste is fantastic. I put this one on subscribe & save to make sure i wouldn’t run out!

I absolutely love this stuff. I never thought I'd like something better than peanut butter, but I was wrong. It is so decadent that it fulfills my cravings for desserts. I am sugar free and keto, but I do add Himalayan pink salt to it and it is the best. I believe the blanched skinned almonds is what makes it taste so good. No bitterness at all. Be aware, there are different sizes, and the 16 oz is like the size of a peanut butter jar if you want a big size. I am on my 4th jar. I also love the dipping cups for work. They are the perfect snack size at 1 oz for a 173 calorie snack.

I don’t understand the bad reviews. This is the best healthy almond butter I’ve ever had. And I said healthy almond butter because most of what you get at the grocery store is not healthy. It’s loaded with sugar and salt, which is why I suspect some people complain about the taste of this. Their taste buds have been destroyed by all of that sugar. The other complaint seemed to be the oil content of this almond butter. Either it was too dry or they didn’t like the fact palm oil was added. If you’ve ever made almond butter at home you find out quick enough that almond butter is very dry, you have to add oil to it. There is no naturally occurring almond oil produced when you’re making it. Oil has to be added. As far as it being too dry, I haven’t had that problem, every jar has been creamy all of the way down to the bottom of the jar. This is the only almond butter I buy.

Safe alternative to peanut allergies

My family loves this product! I love that it's made in a peanut free facility. I have 2 sons with severe peanut allergies and, unfortunately, many other nut butters on the market are also produced in a facility where peanuts are present or "may contain" peanuts. Therefore, they are not a safe alternative for my kids. I was happy to stumble upon Barney Butter early in our allergy journey and we have been loyal ever since. 9 years! We go through a 16 oz. jar every week (yes, it's an expensive necessity). Barney Butter is such a great peanut butter substitute, my husband and I don't even miss having peanut butter in the house. We used to buy the Smooth (with sugar and salt) - which is tasty as well, but we switched to the Bare Smooth last year in an effort to curb our kids' sugar consumption. It's a bit of an adjustment, but well worth it! I store our jars upside down so the oil doesn't settle on the top, and heat in a hot water bath when opening, to make mixing easier and to distribute the oils.

Best Almond Butter Ever!

If you're going for taste first this is the almond butter to get! I am absolutely hooked with just one spoonful. It tastes so creamy except where the chunky parts are so it has both of best worlds mixed into one. There are no skins added so it's not bitter tasting. The price is well worth it. I am going to order another jar as soon as possible because this isn't going to last very long in my household. Yummo! I dislike the kinds where you have to stir in order to distribute the natural oils throughout the jar and this one doesn't have that. Those stirrable kinds usually have a hard chunk at the bottom that is hard to eat. Very pleased with my first purchase of this almond butter!! That is an honest fact.

Creamy, doesn't separate, great taste! Prior to this I was using a natural peanut butter but I decided to switch to almonds to get a calcium boost easily, First I tried a store brand and found out it was full of sugar. This product has no added sugar. Plus the Amazon price is half the price of the same product at my local grocery store!

Better Almond Butter

Love this almond butter! My local stores have been out of Barney Butter Crunch Almond Butter for a few months now, and I was desperate! My friend Amazon to the rescue! The difference here is the taste - hands down a better taste than any of the other premium almond butters. And... no mixing! Most almond butters have a layer of oil on top that you need to vigorously mix into the container... if you don't the bottom is like cement. Not Barney Butter. Thanks Amazon to the rescue, almond butter crisis averted.
