Fits my pan and bakes my food perfectly. Feels firmer than my original Silpat, which makes it easier to clean and store. I can use it as a work surface and then slide the perforated pan right under it. Great for homemade pizza.

After initially searching for silicone mats for our cheap tiny baking sheets, I decided that I wanted to buy new sheets, mats, and cooling/cooking racks. I searched and searched and read so many reviews of Sheets that warp, lose their form, collect water, rust, Mats that smoke and/or emit strange odors - what? and Racks that have poor welds, rust, warp, or are just weak and can't support much weight. I began to lose confidence in the ability to find something reliable here on Amazon. I adjusted my search criteria multiple times before this brand, New Star Foodservice, showed up. As I read the reviews my confidence slowly returned and I decided to proceed with my purchase. I paired these with heavy duty stainless steel racks from Hamilton Housewares. I puchased (2) 1/4 sheet sets for our toaster oven, (1) 1/2 sheet set and (1) 2/3 sheet set which is the largest that will fit in our conventional oven. My wife and I are stoked! We now have these high quality sheets each with a silicone mat and cooking/cooling rack in all these sizes. So far so good! Everything cleans up so easily and we do not see any of the multitude of issues reported by other reviewers.

Got this to knead dough on. It works and I am really happy with it. I hate kneading on the counter top. I always feel like its not clean enough. So this is a great surface to work on. It rolls up and then lays flat when I get it back out. I read other people say theirs started to fray at the edges. I have not seen this with mine at all. Its also a perfect size to roll out cinnamon bun dough. I roll mine out to the red edge and my cinnamon buns are big and wonderful.

I love this mat! I keep it in my toaster oven all the time because I cook everything on it: pizza, leftovers, bread, everything! It all comes out wonderful, and the mat keeps the toaster oven so clean -- no more crumbs :)

Excellent non-stick pan liners that make cleanup a breeze. I’m not sure why there are some negative reviews about sizing, but having bought six of these I can say with certainty that they fit my Sur La Table quarter sheet pans perfectly. For those who said these left gaps, perhaps it is more about the quality of the pans rather than the size of these liners. Overtime like any pan liner they will have some discoloration and so I replace mine about every two years, and when I do I save the old ones to use for broiler cooking.

Perfect size and value! Fits perfectly in my NordicWare Big Sheet Pan. I was going through so much parchment paper, and my other silicone mats just weren’t quite big enough. This one is perfect.

I have used these a few times. I used them under salt clay ornaments and when toasting some bread for stuffing, but when they really impressed me was when I used them for my yearly Christmas cookie baking. I was a bit skeptical at first but the cookies (mostly oatmeal m&m) lifted right off and they tray was immediately ready for the next batch. It made my cookie sheets super easy to clean as well. I bet if I had started using these when I bought my cookie sheets they would still be bright silver and not the inevitable yellowy brown of years of baking.

I've never owned one of these before so i didn't really know what to expect. I am pleasantly surprised! I used it for the first time yesterday baking my no added oil peanut butter cookies (Low carb cookies). The recipe said to spray the baking sheet with oil but I didn't....the cookies baked beautifully and slid right off the mat without any added oil. I'm so glad I bought this!

"Jeff's Wife"- I bought this mat, not to use for baking but, to use as a nail art mat. It is much larger than the mats specifically for nail art, this is 17x25 where the others are 12x16 or 8x11. Granted this is not a smooth surface as those others or have specific markings for nail art (I made my own on paper and slid it under the mat) but it is a much better value, can be used in the same exact way and covers a much larger area of my desk to protect from acetone, polish or nail glue. I can still make all the decals I want or test color combos with stamping. The decal do retain the crosshatch pattern but after top coating it's not visible. It cleans up with a lint roller and is acetone resistant. I haven't had any polish stain it yet but it doesn't like nail glue very much.

This silicon baking sheet liner works perfectly, releasing the product at the end of the baking cycle. It does, extend the baking time somewhat as it provides some insulation for the sheet tray. After a couple of timing experiments, I was able to adjust my recipe instructions and now the product in dead on.
