Professional quality!

This is a great pan! I have made cookies and biscuits on it as well as roasting my coffee beans on it. The pan is heavy duty meaning it doesn't bend and isn't "cheap " like some other pans at higher prices. This is a wonderful pan that will last you a lot of years. Easy to clean as well.
