My surprise Bengal mix kitten loves to play with this. I thought I had picked the most alert, brown tabby kitten at the shelter. Soon discovered how uncommonly smart and clever she is. She reveals new discoveries about herself every few days. I have to stay ahead of her! She most enjoys my putting her little wool balls and Kong chew toys in the holes of this box. When she gets them out, she puts them back in and continues playing!!! Great idea. Thanks! *Update 8/14/18 My cat is now 1-year-old and this puzzle box continues to be one of her favorites. While she no longer drops toys into the holes, she absolutely loves to get her treats out of them. She's become lightning fast. Really, she can whip them out in seconds. I keep the box in a corner of my front closet where it's safe, then pull it out every day for "treat and fun time." The box is in near-perfect condition, and the fun lives on :)

Our cat is not a “toy” cat. Most things I’ve bought him get a 2-second glance at best. But he loves this box. I am not sure how long it will last because he pushes and drags it around the living room. He definitely owns it!

As an owner of 6 Cats, i must say this toy is a hit with all of them I placed a few treats inside and it kept them busy and entertained for hours. We love this toy!

My niece told me about this toy the other day and how her cat spends hours a day playing with it. I couldn't find it in petsmart so I ordered one online... My cat has become an addict! When I first gave him the box, he spent an hour straight playing with it. He was EXHAUSTED! But he never gets bored with it, he keeps coming back and waits for food to be dropped in there. This toy is now his preferred method of eating... The beauty here is in its simplicity and genius design. I don't write reviews often but I feel really inspired to give the creator the due props. Check this thing out, you will want to spread the love to all your cat friends.

what can i say. its a cardboard box with holes in it but the cats go bananas. maybe my cats are kind of dumb. but maybe i am kind of dumb. after all i shelled out big money for a cardboard box. maybe we are all kind of dumb. i tried to smoke catnip once, we all did i guess, but i used a paper towel as rolling paper. it didn't get me high, not any more than smoking dried banana peel did.

Our 10 month old kitten is the smartest cat I've ever known...and I'm not bragging, it's more a complaint. Two weeks ago, he pulled down our shower curtain; last week, we saw him get up on the kitchen counter, open the top drawer and he took out 2 rubber bands to play with (of course we took those away immediately, to his dismay); and over the weekend, he discovered the joys of shredding toilet paper. I noticed that he likes to put his favorite mousey toy in places that are hard to reach (like on the other side of an open door) and then spends a bunch of time trying to get it back. He's adorable, but exhausting for us and our 15 year old cat (who mostly wants to sleep and cuddle). I was searching Amazon for puzzle toys in hopes of finding something to entertain him, and was excited to find this toy! We received it today, and he was interested even while I was doing the simple assembly. I put it on the floor, he saw me put one treat in each section, and he IMMEDIATELY went for it. He tried the intermediate section first, and it took him about 7 or 8 minutes to get the treat out, then went for the easy side (1 minute flat). The advanced side kept him occupied for another 20 minutes until he got that treat, too. I put 3 more treats in - one in each section - and he had all 3 of those in another 10 minutes. Hahaha. So I stuffed his favorite mousey into the intermediate section and he had it out in less than a minute. Hmmm. Now that it's empty, he's taking a nap. I'll try it again tomorrow with some regular food instead of treats, and see if he's still as excited. My 15 year old cat, who is very sweet but not very bright, has no interest in the toy. ;-) If you Pet Amazing folks ever make an even more challenging puzzle toy and need a smart kitty tester, send it on over!

All of our cats love this silly box. It was easy to put together (and sent in a recyclable and adorable HUGE envelope), and then we dropped in the treats and let them have it. We have 5 cats. They have never all enjoyed one toy before. One cat is 16 - he's the one we are sharing the photo of. He also has a birth defect in his front leg, making him basically a three-legged cat. He still figured out how to get treats from this box. :)

For $15 I thought why not try it, it had got good reviews. Well my cat Homer usually likes the box the toy came in more than the actual toy, but not this time. He really seems to enjoy it and it keeps him entertained and stimulated. This might be his all time favorite plaything. We've had this toy for at least a year and he plays with it several times each, still looks new. Can't wait for the newer version, Catamazing Epic, which I hear will come out next January. It is the best toy he has.

I was skeptical.. however my pictures speak for themselves. My lazy, overweight, senior kitty is pictured with her paws in the box! Do they enjoy trying to solve the puzzle? I'm not sure, but either way it certainly keeps them occupied for a while. Also, I really liked the instructions/insert that came with the box. It had some interesting facts and was very clear on how to assemble. (And assembly was VERY simple.)

My Chartreux loves this! He's a smart kitty who gets bored with ordinary toys, and I was desperate to find a toy that could keep my little boy entertained. He has a treat tower by CatIt, and that keeps him entertained, but he's mastered that toy already. This puzzle box is great because it has so many holes with different shapes and angles, which makes the toy much more difficult to master. I know my little boy really has to think about it, too, because after he plays with it for awhile, he'll sit down facing away from it as if he's mad at it, and within minutes he'll roll over and attack it again. It keeps him thinking! My only wish is that this box was more bottom heavy. He easily pushes it around the floor, but that's fun, too. He can also knock the box upside down, and that spills the treats, but he hasn't made the connection yet.
