It came promptly and plugged into my Kindle correctly. No complaints although I haven't owned it long enough to say much about durability. It is futile to complain that the charger for the Kindle doesn't fit my smartphone and vice versa. But having lost the cord for the Kindle it was great to be able to get a new one promptly and without paying too much.

Good charger cord

Good charger!! I noticed some chargers are smaller than others and don’t have a tight fit .. this little charger fits the kindle 8 nice and snug.. does not feel loose in charge port... I always try to find a charger that fits snug.. so it doesn’t pop out etc .. I’ve done a lot of experimenting.. and found the wider fit the better for kindle.. chargers... this charger fits to my specifications.. and doesn’t pop out... once I find a charger I like.. I stock up and buy several for each kindle etc .. so you know you always get the right one.. hopefully this is helpful... just need to play around with chargers and find the one that fits tight in your kindle model but this one works great! Excellent customer service

It broke within 5 months. I left a “1 star” review stating what happened. The next day, I received an email that said a new one was on the way to replace the broken one! Excellent customer service.

Good replacement cable

I still like my early version kindle with the tiny keyboard and physical page turners, but its cable had deteriorated badly. This replacement cable works perfectly and I am so glad to be able to keep the old kindle working.

Works with a 2013 Kindle Fire

I needed a original type charging cord for a 2013 Kindle Fire. I tried several cords that claimed they would fit but didn't. I was glad to find this cord of any length. It's still long enough to sit on my desk and plug in. I'm fine with it.

Sturdy, High Quality

I was quite pleased with these cords. I use for my Kindle and my cell phone. Heavy duty construction. Should last a long time. Much heartier feel to them as compared to others I have gotten in the past that came apart after a few months.

Very Happy With USB Cord

I received exactly what I ordered and it was as advertised. I use it for my Kindel Fire which I have had for several years. I have found that every cord I have ever had becomes loose after a while and needs to be replaced. I believe this is a problem with the Kindel and not the cords as it had happened with every cord I have ever purchased, even the one that came with the Kindel in the first place.

Works well with older kindles.

I was glad to discover that the replacement cord worked with my older kindle ,because the old cord was quickly becoming a hazard. Luckily, the usb adapter for the old cord works with the new cord.

Exactly as advertised, exactly what I needed!

My outdated Kindle DX has a lot of miles on it, and when my dog chewed the original charger cord, I was afraid I would not be able to replace it.
