Excelente Producto!
Muy bien construido y firme a pesar de su bajo costo es muy útil para hacer macro fotografía, y para poner a punto nodal los lentes para hacer panorámicas! Adjunto una foto de mi primer test macro con el accesorio! Super feliz

Beautiful design, beautifully built
This 2-dimensional macro slider is fantastic. The sliding adjustment is smooth and precise, and it's actually two sliders, one which is mounted to the other, but you can take them apart if you want! Great build quality and stability. Great deal.

Amazed at the versatility for the price.
I was pleasantly surprised at how well this focusing rail is made. I do occasional macro photography and wanted an inexpensive mount that would allow fine adjustments. I put a 70mm Arca-Swiss plate (a 50-60mm plate would work, too) on the bottom to mate with the Arca-Swiss clamp on my tripod. I fitted a 50mm Arca-Swiss clamp on top to accept the Kirk plates on my cameras. The X and Y rails each have a tension/locking knob, and one to move the camera forward/back or left/right. The rail worked fine with my Nikon D4s and both 60mm and 105mm macro lenses, although it's more likely I'd use it with my D810 or even my Sony a7r II. It was possible to set the tension so the camera could be moved in tiny increments for focus stacking. I can't venture to say how the system would operate with a 200mm or longer/heavier macro lens, but everything locked down tight. The Neewer Pro is actually two rails in one, as the side-to-side rail can be removed and used separately from the bottom, with a quick release plate and clamp fastened to each, giving you two focusing rails, or one light weight rail for hiking with, say, a Gitzo Traveler tripod. (You must remove the end stop to fasten a camera plate to the bottom rail. I don't hesitate to spend big bucks for gear that I use frequently (e.g. the Gitzo Traveler), but for something I'll use a couple times a month, at most, it was great to add this to my arsenal without emptying my wallet.

I purchased this product for two purposes. Mainly I wanted to use it for pano head for panoramic photography. I have mounted it on an old tripod I had that I added an inexpensive ball head to. I thin calibrated the bottom slider so that I could find the no parallax point for each lens and I have found that it works just fine. Pano heads can be expensive and for what I have used it for it works great. The second purpose was to use it for photo stacking macro images, I have not used it for this yet as the pano head gets lots of use. I removed the top slider and replaced it with a quick release plate and mounted it to the ball head tripod I already had and the pictures included show the result and a pano image of nighttime Boise created for a stitch of about 7 images. I am very satisified with the product and for the price it can't be beat.

D810 and 200mm micro f4.
Listen, if you are not shooting for money, this is the one to get. Yes is not top notch professional gear. But you are not spending thousands here, you are paying less than a battery or a iv filter. I'm using this with a D810 and a 200mm f4 micro. Yes, maybe too heavy for this product, but it gets it job done. This is 5 starts for the price.

A good product.
Can be mounted directly on top of a tripod, but requires a ball head to truly achieve a full range of angles. There are calibrations on the two movable scales that allow precise positioning of the laser. Once the two heads are used together, you are free to slide left/right and forward/backward or up and down.

Time Saver
I bought this item specifically for balancing out my Neewer camera slider, since the one that comes with the slider can take close to an hour to finely balance it (shown how in numerous YouTube videos). I put this unit on and had the slider balanced out in less than 5-minutes, do to its micro adjustments - love it!
