Biotin for hair & nails!

What can you say? It works. Since I've been taking Biotin, my previously thinning hair has thickened up and stopped falling out so much. It's part of my daily vitamin routine.

want more hair?

I'm taking extra biotin to grow my hair back. I lost a lot after my surgery and was told to get this. It really works. It take about a month to start seeing results.

Excellent For Hair and Nails

I'm 67 and I have been using Biotin since my 50's. Not only does it keep my nails strong, but is excellent for your hair. People always remark on my hair. Love this product!

Patience is the key.

While it may have triggered some people's acne I didn't really see anything out of the usual blemish. You don't really start to see results until about 2-4 weeks but I did notice the difference from when I'm taking the biotin and when I'm not. Both my hair and nails grow both faster and stronger.

Makes hair grow faster!

Very good quality supplement. My skin looks better and my hair is growing faster than ever. I would typically get a hair cut every 3 weeks and since I have been taking this ive had to start getting it cut every 2 weeks.

fine, straight hair with no body

I have very thin, fine, straight hair with no body. This has helped tremendously. It has also made a big difference in the growth rate of my nails. I wear acrylic powder with gel polish and my nails are much stronger and hold up to that type of artificial nails much better. They are not breaking like in the past.

Very Happy

All natural, no bad taste or aftertaste. Keeping my levels at optimum range, hair does not fall out as much. Skin seems more resilient and the nails became harder. Very happy.

A sleep remedy that really works

I haven't played with insomnia for at least 20 years. I tried a variety of OTC remedies as well as Ambien. I've reached an age where the doctor will no longer let me have a prescription for Ambien, so I went online and did my research. I tried two other sleep remedies which didn't work all that well. And then I tried this. I'm on my fourth bottle, and I have recommended it to so many friends! It works. I get a restful night sleep, and wake refreshed the next morning. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend it.

Stopped losing my hair!

After two weeks, I couldn't believe that I stopped losing my hair after taking this. I was on a medication that caused hair loss. I had already lost at least a 1/4 or more of my hair. My hair loss stopped and it's starting to grow back!

Six months of hair growth!
