I saw a folding device similar to this one being used by the TV character Sheldon on "The Big Bang Theory" and it sparked my inner neat freak. It's quick and easy to use with simple instructions provided. The uniformity provided when folding tees and the gentle compressing of the clothing definitely helps to maximize storage in my dresser drawers. My drawers are shallow, so I hand-folded the tees one more time in order to “file” them. I’ve posted pictures of my husband’s size XL tees neatly folded (most which I think are ratty and I would love to toss instead of fold); a drawer with his thick thermals and flannel p.j. pants; and a drawer of ladies’ size L and XL tees to show as examples. Anything is an improvement over the clothes that were literally stuffed willy nilly into the dresser. UPDATE FEB 2017: still using this folding device weekly to fold laundry and it's holding up well!

Great Flip Fold in Emergency Vehicle Orange

You won't loose this flip fold in your closet with it's bright orange color. I bought two for Christmas gifts and both recipients were happy with the folders. Once you get used to using a flip fold, you grab for it every time you fold laundry. The flip folded shirts have less wrinkles and stack much better in a drawer or on a shelf. This is also great for folding clothing to pack in a suitcase. I get so much more in when I use my folding board. Men with a technical mind seem to like this, too. My engineer husband now uses it when he helps with folding and I think it's because he likes the perfectly folded finished product. Whatever the reason, he likes to fold laundry more now! I recommend buying a MiracleFold because this is one of those tools that makes your life a little easier. I'd like to note that it would be very easy to add a strip of colored duct tape to reinforce all the fold lines for those who are worried about the sturdiness of the board. One wish I do have is for a slightly smaller flip fold for women's and children's clothing. I use a less sturdy flip fold that I made from Dollar Store foam core board and duct tape per instructions on the web and it produces a smaller rectangle that works better for my women's t-shirts.

You won’t regret this purchase!

I know it would make a difference but I didn’t think it would be THAT much of a difference! I am SO happy with this purchase and I wished I had bought a LONG time ago! After getting the hang of using it (which is really easy) I was on a roll because it was so fun and awesome to see my clothes stacked and folders so nicely! It changed the game! What a HUGE difference it made in my closet. And im so happy now that I can see all of he clothes that I have. I own such a variety of clothing from different shapes to textures and fabrics. I’ve had such a hard time organizing my clothes over the years until using this folding board, I’m able to fold everything evenly and orderly! It seems very durable and should last a long time as long as you take care of it. I would recommend to everyone I know!

This is the best!!!

I stumbled across a similar product at a retail store, an associate was using one to fold shirts to put them back out on display. I was so interested in what she was doing, I seriously watched her for like 10 minutes!! (not creepy) I asked her about it and as soon as I came home, I ordered one!! I don't know how I folded laundry before this invention!! It makes my shirts all uniform and they stack nicely in my closet!! My daughters each wanted one of their own for college!! I highly recommend!!!

I feel like Sheldon Cooper!

I chose this shirt folder after reading reviews and confirming that it had the highest rating. The bigger the shirt, the easier it is. I have several acrylic running shirts that are thin and slippery; they're a bit more difficult to fold than cotton; as they slip a bit. But all in all I'm happy with this. I just read an organization book that stated that you should fold your t-shirts this way, and then again one more fold and then store your shirts vertically (standing up against each other) in your drawer. This takes up much less space than putting them on hangers or stacking in a pile. You can then open your drawer and see each t-shirt standing up in rows ... no more piles to dig thru and re-organize. I would definitely recommend.

Folds beautifully

Don't expect not having wrinkles but with T-shirts, sweaters and jeans, it folds everything uniformly. I try to smooth out the piece of clothing but anything not hung will show some wrinkling. I really like this gadget though. I like that I can stack it all uniformly. My clothes look neat.

Truly Miraculous!

I bought one of these as a housewarming gift for a friend who had confessed to always wanting one and bought one for myself as well. I don't know that it actually saves any time, but it is soooo satisfying to produce a pile of evenly matched, perfectly folded shirts that I don't really care! It inspired me to tackle my closet, sort and cull years of clothing--some of which was still in boxes from previous moves--and turn it into a thing of beauty. Now THAT'S a miracle! It's held up well in the months that I've had it. There are weak spots in the design (the middle flap seems the most vulnerable), but I haven't felt like the folder requires excessive care or attention. I haven't used it on pants or towels (I'm already pretty good at folding rectangles), so I can speak to those. It works best on tee shirts and tunics, but is fine with bulkier items as well. I still fold my heaviest winter sweaters by hand.

Quailty and durable

This is definitely one of the best investments that my family has made in a long time! This laundry folder is made of a thick durable plastic. It is a pretty good size too. It folds my husband's size 2x tshirts easily along with my L tops as well. I've had it for a while and use it weekly and it has held up. I had read reviews on several different brands of these and was worried it wouldn't be a long lasting product. In glad I chose to order this one. I use it to fold all types of clothing and I've really been amazed at how nicely it folds. I've even tried using it for towels. It works great for that too. I don't know what I did without this fancy gadget. It's definitely been a time and space saver!
