Helps with regularity!
My toddler has struggled so much with constipation, I was having to give him laxatives, suppositories, and enemas just to give him relief. I had been hesitant to try the fiber gummies because he struggles with chewing at times and I wasn't sure how he would do with the gummies. I have to remind him to chew them or else he will swallow them whole, but he does great with them and within a few days of starting him on 2 gummies a day, he was going regularly, almost every day, without straining. These have been awesome and have helped so much!

Our daughter always had really hard poops to the point ...
Our daughter always had really hard poops to the point where potty training was hard and shed cry ever time she pooped. Got these fiber gummies and the poop immediately softened up and she no longer refused to use the toilet. We started with two in the morning and now (after about a month) she generally eats only one.

This is a wonder product! Buy this now!
This is a wonder product! My 9-year old has had trouble going to the bathroom since forever and, for whatever reason, would literally hold it in for days at a time. I've tried other options before (prunes, Miralax, suppositories) but had marginal success since it sometimes caused uncontrollable accidents or was a fight to have him take. I bought these Lil' Critters gummies after researching and only wish I found them earlier. They work! Within days, he started to go to the bathroom more frequently and is now at a point of going every 2 days. This may seem like a problem still, but the lil man would sometimes hold it in for up to 7 days before! This is amazing progress and I think he'll finally get to being regular soon. Short summary is: Buy this!

The Proof is in the Toilet!
My daughter is two years old and has had some trouble having bowel movements. So, I purchased these gummy bears hoping they would help, and they have. Now every morning my daughter looks forward to having her fiber. I give her one in the morning and one at night and she stays pretty regular using it. I've tried other gummy's and found some of them have weird smells or odors. These did not have any weird smells or odors. All and all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

May work a little too well.
It takes a little testing to get this right, because all kids have differently functioning bodies. My 3 year old seemed to have a lot of trouble going number two (discomfort, not wanting to go unless she couldn't hold it anymore) and that's why I purchased these. She's average in height and weight to other 3 year olds (based on a well child check I took her to before buying these). The recommended amount is 1-2 a day. I decided to give her one a day. It worked too well. It made her have accidents (she's been potty trained for a year). The magic dose is one every other day during the week and none on the weekends. It's a great product, but starting out I would try every other day until you know how your child's body is going to react.

My first choice is Metamucil fiber wafers, but these are a good alternative for other days. Lil Critters is a great line, too.
Chronic constipation causes lots of other problems, including nausea, abdominal cramps, etc. We try every way possible to increase the fiber in our kids' diets, but some days it's less than we'd like. The Metamucil fiber wafers (in cinnamon spice and apple cinnamon, both yummy) are small and tasty, and the kids don't mind eating them as a snack. That's my first choice as a fiber supplement for them, as it's just psyllium husk, and adds natural fiber for the days we don't get enough veggies, etc. into them. On days when all attempts at fiber are a bust, I keep these Lil Critters Fiber Gummy Bears on hand and give them 2 with water. They definitely work, and while I agree with other reviewers that sucralose isn't great, the tiny bit in just a couple of these is OK with me because in the risk/benefit trade-off, we need to keep their bowels moving so other problems don't set in. The same goes for the sugar used in some of the other ones...it's a small sacrifice for the overall benefits. We love the Lil Critters line of vitamins, and take several of the other ones (Complete, Probiotics and Calcium, to name a few), along with the adult line from the same company, Vitafusion (Women's, Calcium, B12, and others). Almost all of the gummies taste good, and the kids like them a lot. They give me peace of mind that our entire family is getting what we need nutritionally, on top of our attempts to eat healthy, which on a lot of days, just isn't enough.

My toddler loves these
My 2 year old struggles with constipation. We tried introducing more Fiber into his diet but it didnt help. After taking these twice a day for about a week he is having consistent soft bowel movements. He loves them and thinks they're candy. This is our second bottle. I also purchased a bottle for my neice and it's been helpful for her as well!

Solved our miralax dependency
Love these. My son has been on 1/4 dose of miralax daily for over 4 months. I bought these with hopes of weaning him off the miralax. He's now having 1-2 gummies a day and no longer constipated - YAY! These can get a little tough/hard if it's cold out - holding them in your hand for a few seconds before giving them to your kid can soften them right up.

Great product to help children with constipation
A lot of toddlers just don't eat right, which makes potty training even harder (does it hurt? when will they have a bm?). these fiber gummies are a great (and fun) way to add some much needed fiber to their diet and kids love them. Just read the instructions and make sure they chew them well (I tell my grandson bite the legs off....and he chews each tiny "leg" before going on to the next "arm" or "head". they have helped him tremendously with his bm, they are no longer painful and he's much more open to potty training now.

And they are very easy to get her to take
My kid has poop withholding issues. I didnt want to give her miralax every day - these are doing the trick instead. And they are very easy to get her to take, because it's candy.
