• Easy comfort grip
  • Metal hook with large plastic handle
  • No stress on your wrists

This is the best hook on the market! My first two looms came with a flimsy hook that broke after using it for just a few weeks! The metal in the middle was super thin and I could even pull the metal out of the hook! Not with this! This is super bulky but it makes it more comfortable to handle the hook and use it on my loom. I would buy this over and over and over again!

I have rotten hand arthritis and have had to give up many hand crafts. I started using a knitting loom and it was so easy on my hands, but I had to wrap the hook with a foam grip because it was hard to navigate. Then, I found this and it is perfect. I can loom knit significantly longer than before! I love that I can keep crafting thanks to innovated new tools like this!

I've already bought 2 of these! Extremely comfortable which definitely helps when working on longer projects. My hand has not cramped up yet. Would recommend to any serious loom knitter.

This hook is nice to hold since the material on the handle is smooth but has some give so it doesn't dig into your hand. The metal end is longer than the ones I am used to so it took a little getting used to not poking myself. I love it..was so much easier on my hand.

LOVE this hook. I bought this to replace the little red hook that comes in my loom packages. This hook is so much more comfortable. I am able to loom for hours at a time with this! I am not sure why people are calling it sharp. It is pointed and precise, and not blunt- but I don’t think it’s samurai sword sharp or anything. That being said, I am very careful not to leave it out on my couch for anyone’s tush to find lol

Love it! I’m new to loom knitting and was using the pink hook that came with the looms I bought. I didn’t mind using it, but it started to seem worn and I was concerned about it breaking. I purchased this one based on the good reviews, even though I wasn’t sure about such a thick handle. It arrived today and I love this hook!! It’s so much easier to use and I feel like I have more control. I’m also knitting rows faster with this hook. I’ll probably buy another so that I can have one in different rooms with different projects.

I had ordered one a while ago, loved it. ordered a second. it really feels great in the hand. I prefer to hold my tool closer to the tip and its metal neck was a bit long for me so I used sugru mouldable glue and created a longer handle. perfect!

The tip is sharp and pointed which poked through the plastic package, however this is what makes it a great hook for loom knitting. For yarn that splits or separates it makes it easier for the tip to go into the groove of the loom peg and slide under the yarn keeping the yarn whole rather than splitting into smaller threads. One thing to be careful of is that because it's so pointed you'll need to watch that you don't accidentally split your yarn by putting the tip too close to the yarn before taking it off the peg, make sure you always slide it under the yarn. It also helps if you insert the tip under the thread then turn slightly before pulling the yarn over the loom peg, this helps to keep the pointy tip from catching onto your other yarn on the peg or from accidentally sliding off the hook. The handle is comfortable and helps greatly if you have arthritis, which I have along with carpel tunnel, so it lets me work on my projects longer due to my hands not hurting as much because the handle is comfortable and wide. I tend to hold the hook like a pencil but you can grip the handle with your whole hand if you want or need to knit like this since the length is also longer than the hooks that come with the loom kits. I also tend to be a tight knitter on the looms so I also like the fact that the metal part of the hook is nice and sturdy and doesn't slide, twist, or have the metal end come through the handle, which has happened with the loom hook I received in a Knifty Knitter kit. If you're worried about the pointy tip from a safety standpoint you can put a cork at the end of it or keep it in the plastic package it comes in when you're not using it. The cardboard back of the plastic package slides out so the hook can easily be put back into the package. I've used the hook with Looms from Knifty Knitter, Authentic Knitting Board, and Boye. The hook slides easily into the grooves of the pegs on all those brands. I've used the KB Ergonomic hook for a month or two now and have done a lot of socks, hats, scarves, etc with it and have no complaints about it.

I like how this fits in my hand. It’s easier to hold onto than most. It’s much more comfortable. When I’m not constantly dropping the little tool thingy I can knit pretty fast 😊 the size to weight ratio is more or less perfect for me. The texture of the material the handle is made of is less slippery than hard plastics. I’m genuinely grateful to KB for making this “specialty” tool. Without it I think I would have had to stop knitting. This was almost like getting new hands.

I'm extremely new to knitting, so decided to try learning while I'm laid up from a spinal fusion surgery in January, then gall bladder surgery in March. Knitting with needles is much harder than I thought it would be, so I decided to try first a sock loom at first. I bought this hook, and am very glad I did, as it is much more comfortable to use than the smaller, plain one that came with my loom. It feels much more substantial, is well-made, and great to handle so far.
