I am PLEASED with this hole punch

I am PLEASED with this hole punch. It works very well, has as strong spring and is easy on the hands. I had purchased a different one, that ended up in the trash. This is a keeper. The only issue is that the handle that holds the little round punch outs only opens about one inch on the end of the handle, so it is difficult to get all of the little chads out. Not a big deal. I would buy it again.

Finally! Sorry for the odd enthusiasm but our search is over to find ‘A simple single hole punch product that is simple to use and works!!!’. It’s a sad product battle between the “traditional”all alloy metal design or newer updated design like this one... Normally, you would think that the “traditional” hole puncher with its all metal material design would be durable and longer lasting ... but instead it is a piece poorly designed cookie-cutter junk waiting to be used and will eventually get bent out of shape (lol) then tossed away like junk (did I mention it is junk... uh, ok)... i know this because I have purchased enough of these junk ones to melt down to make parts for a small working lawn mower engine (haha... whoa?, maybe not funny now lol). HOWEVER this product has a smarter design and it takes a whole lot less effort to use which effectively translates to more usage and greater lasting durability overall. Kinda similar to the 3.5 floppies, you get used to buying things ‘cause you need it, but not realizing (in this case) that certain products land in the trash bin faster because of the bad and crappy designs. Very easy for kids

Super easy to use! I didn’t really let my kindergarteners in the past years use hole punchers because they are so hard to squeeze, however, this one is super easy and perfect. I will definitely be ordering more.

Work great for preschoolers!

Bought these for my daughters preschool class. Her teacher mentioned the kids were struggling with a normal hole punch. They work like a charm. The 4-5 year olds are no longer struggling. Love empowering little ones so they feel more secure. Love making any teachers life easier any way possible.

Great for kids and mature adults—love easy open packaging too

I ordered this one to replace the old junky metal one we’ve had forever that doesn’t cut cleanly. This one puts our old one to shame. It is easy for even my toddler to use. It goes through paper and foam paper easily with clean holes. I like the locking feature so it doesn’t take up much space in our desk drawer. I just ordered another one for my mom who has arthritis. Two thumbs up! Oh, and it has easy open packaging which was great!

Wow. Very easy to use!

All I've ever used are the old 'sturdy' metal hole punches, and this one is fabulous in contrast! I bought 2, one for a preschooler grandchild, and one to share with an elderly friend. Should be perfect for each. (might have to get one more for myself...) Note: I've only had them a very short time, so cannot speak to durability. Still: a good deal.

Perfect for kids!

Love it! Bought this for my students to use for hand strengthening and arts and crafts projects. Perfect for kids, easy to punch with one hand but still provides a little resistance for strengthening purposes.

Great for fine motor skill work

This is great to help fine motor skills. My 3 year old was struggling with cutting so I figured I’d have him try a hole punch to help him with hand strength. He loved punching holes. This was easy enough for him to be able to do on his own.

This punches single holes quite easily, even through cardstock. The compartment that holds the little paper circles is generously sized and, much to my happiness, the door to it is attached in such a way that it's still connected even when open, so until my kids actually snap it off it won't get lost.
