High Quality

This is a very well made pan that should last generations. The porcelain coating makes for easy cleanup too. I use it on my induction plate as well as my gas stove.

Best Skillet Ever for Grilling

I wanted a skillet that I could cook on the electric stove with to grill meat. This is the best skillet I have ever had and was well worth the price. Grilled chicken breasts had grill marks and were juicy and full of that char grilled flavor. Hamburgers turned out great on it too. I like that it has the deep grill marks and a moat around the edge of the pan to catch drippings. With the spout on the spade, the long handle on one side and the loop handle on the other, it's easy to pour off the grease and to clean. I highly recommend!

No Grill? No Problem!

This skillet has yet to disappoint. We don't have easy access to our grill right now (to the complete dismay of my husband) so needed another solution. I already have a tried and true set of flame Le Creuset, so decided to jump in and buy the skillet. It works amazing on smaller European flame stoves, and has freed us from greasy, pan fried steaks. Everything from chicken, pork, red meats, etc. cuts like butter. We're avid campers, and fully intend to pack this as our primary cooking item for the future.
