Great part

Works well. The installation is very simple and straightforward however requires a pair of strong hands. The bottom line is easy to connect and can be accomplished in 30 seconds. The top clamp is difficult, I recommend pulling the core out about 1" then you can slightly twist the top coolant line to compress the lines to the core together enough to capture it with the clamp. This is where a pair of strong hands comes into play as one hadn't will need to hold the line into the core while the other clamps and gets a thread started on the bolt. Once the bolt is threaded you can move the lines around and verify orientation prior to final installation. I found keeping the gaskets on the lines was easier than putting them in the cooler, this was prone to sandwiching them in a point where they would leak.

I used this as a replacement for a clogged heater. All the required parts were included and it was a factory fit. No leaks were noticed during its use in the winter and the heat function was restored.
