- Professional stereo microscope with pillar stand has long working distance to enable users to perform work or manipulate large items, including circuit boards and dental appliances
- Binocular viewing head with pair of 10x super-widefield eyepieces, adjustable interpupillary distance, fixed 45-degree vertical inclination to reduce eye and neck strain, and 360-degree rotation capability to enable sharing
- 0.7x-4.5x zoom objective provides continuous zoom magnification and longer focal length for inspecting large-scale specimens, and a 0.5x Barlow lens extends the working distance
- Removable rheostat-controlled 64-bulb LED ring light provides intensity control and bright, cool light for working with temperature-sensitive or live specimens
- Pillar-style table stand has reversible black and white stage plate to provide contrast with light- and dark-colored specimens, and large stage clips to secure the specimen during viewing

For the price this is an amazing stereo microscope
For the price this is an amazing stereo microscope. I grew up using a Zeiss stereo microscope that my Dad owned; and now that I want one for myself I can't afford the 10K price tag. However, this AmScope gives me everything I want. I still can't believe it's so cheap. My family and I have had tons of fun looking at flowers and insects. Totally amazing - and the 3D effect of the stereo optics makes all the difference in the world. Thank you!

Great scope!!
Impressive piece of equipment. Smooth operation. Nice wide field eyepieces with high eye point for those wearing glasses. The 0.5 aux lense is perfect to give you wider field of view and higher working distance for SMT work. And the LED ring light is incredibly bright. I have spent over a thousand dollars in the past just for a fiber optic ring light and this LED seems superior since the bulbs should last much longer than the bulbs used in the old FO illuminations. Ring lights are nice because you always get great illumination with no fuss or adjustments. You can go right to soldering.

Slightly flimsier than a more expensive scope, but has smooth focus and a clear image. What more could you want?
I was worried that the build quality of this scope would be lacking compared to the still-pretty-cheap Celestron I use all the time at work. But I was pleasantly surprised. For SMT electronics work it's perfect. I'm 100% happy with it. It's lighter weight than even the Celestron, but the focus mechanism is nice and smooth and the image is clear. What more could you ask for from a scope in this price range?

Good little microscope.
I like this microscope, Good for looking at electronic circuits and also other small things. The donut led light also works and is adjustable.

Very clear optics. I use this for putting 0805 parts on pc boards and it's a lot easier.

love it
The microscope is actually mich better than I expected for the price. I use it for assembling very small parts and soldering, so I don't max out on the resolution. The LEDs provide and even light.

45X scope is powerful.
Great for the home laboratory.

which I like it more with its longer pillar stand
The one I receive is SM-1BS-V203. which I like it more with its longer pillar stand. I bought used but it look new and been adding .5X Barlow lens and a light ring to equate with 1BSX-64S.
